the top of the box body is provided with a spray washing assembly which can extend into the box body, and the spray washing assembly is used for washing the inner wall of the box body;

the top of the box body is provided with a partition plate assembly which can extend into the box body; when the partition plate assembly completely extends into the box body, a first accommodating cavity, a second accommodating cavity and a third accommodating cavity are separated in the box body; the first side wall, the second side wall and the rear wall of the box body respectively form an inner wall of the first accommodating cavity, the second accommodating cavity and the third accommodating cavity;

a water inlet pipe is arranged in the oil receiving groove and comprises three branches, the three branches are respectively communicated with the first accommodating cavity, the second accommodating cavity and the third accommodating cavity, a stirring device is arranged in the oil receiving groove, and a liquid outlet is formed in the outer wall of the oil receiving groove;

when the baking machine needs to be cleaned, the spraying and washing assembly is controlled to slowly extend downwards into the box body, hot water is sprayed into the box body through a spray head of the spraying and washing assembly to primarily clean oil stains in the box body, and the cleaned sewage flows into the oil receiving groove and is discharged from the liquid outlet;

controlling the partition plate assembly to move downwards to close the air inlet and the air outlet, forming a first accommodating cavity, a second accommodating cavity and a third accommodating cavity in the box body, filling hot water into the first accommodating cavity, the second accommodating cavity and the third accommodating cavity through water inlet pipes, and soaking for a set time;

controlling the partition plate assembly to be slowly drawn out upwards, and enabling the soaked sewage to flow into the oil receiving groove and be discharged from the liquid outlet;

closing a liquid outlet of the oil receiving groove, injecting hot water into the box body through a water inlet pipe, enabling the hot water to flow into the oil receiving groove, controlling the stirring device to stir so as to clean the oil receiving groove, and opening the liquid outlet to discharge liquid after cleaning;

then the spraying and washing assembly is controlled to slowly extend downwards into the box body to wash the oil stain in the box body again, and the cleaned sewage flows into the oil receiving groove and is discharged from the liquid outlet;

after the cleaning is finished, the air heater arranged at the air inlet is controlled to blow hot air into the box body so as to dry the box body.

In a possible embodiment, the temperature of the hot water inside the water heater is greater than 50 ℃.

According to the cleaning device provided by the invention, the five partition plates are linked by adopting the lifting mechanism, two of the five partition plates extend into the box body to close the air inlet and the air outlet, the other three partition plates extend into the bottom of the box body to form local accommodating cavities in the box body, namely only three accommodating cavities of the first side wall, the second side wall and the rear wall can be accommodated, namely large-space cleaning is converted into small-space cleaning, and the three accommodating cavities are injected with water to soak the side walls, so that the difficulty in cleaning adhered oil stains is reduced. 1. when the baking machine needs to be cleaned, the spraying and washing assembly is controlled to slowly extend downwards into the box body 1, then hot water is sprayed into the box body 1 through the spray head 27 of the spraying and washing assembly so as to primarily wash oil stains in the box body 1, and cleaned sewage flows into the oil receiving groove 14 and is discharged from the liquid outlet 48;

2. controlling the partition plate assembly to move downwards to close the air inlet and the air outlet 2, forming a first accommodating cavity 36, a second accommodating cavity 35 and a third accommodating cavity 37 in the box body 1, filling hot water into the first accommodating cavity 36, the second accommodating cavity 35 and the third accommodating cavity 37 through the water inlet pipe 34, and soaking for a set time which can be set to be 30-60 minutes;

3. the partition plate assembly is controlled to be slowly drawn out upwards, and the soaked sewage flows into the oil receiving groove 14 and is discharged from the liquid outlet 48;

4. closing a liquid outlet 48 of the oil receiving groove 14, injecting hot water into the box body 1 through the water inlet pipe 34, enabling the hot water to flow into the oil receiving groove 14, controlling the stirring device to stir so as to clean the oil receiving groove 14, and opening the liquid outlet 48 to discharge liquid after cleaning;

5. then slowly extending downwards into the box body 1 by controlling the spray washing assembly to wash the oil stains in the box body 1 again, wherein the cleaned sewage flows into the oil receiving groove 14 and is discharged from the liquid outlet 48;

6. after the cleaning is finished, the air heater 9 arranged at the air inlet is controlled to blow hot air into the box body 1 so as to dry the box body 1.

In the present embodiment, the temperature of the hot water is set to be more than 50 ℃.

That is, the cleaning method in this embodiment can clean the inside of the baking machine by adopting the manner of initial cleaning, sidewall soaking, cleaning and re-rinsing of the oil receiving tank 14, and finally drying. In addition, the water inlet pipe 34 may be connected to the water heater 10, and may be connected to smoking to change the flavor of the pressed salted duck.

In addition, detergent may be injected into the case 1 during cleaning, for example, detergent may be injected from the detergent injection port 45 during washing to improve the cleaning effect.
