Background

Wood processing, which is processing mainly by mechanical or chemical methods using wood as a raw material, still maintains the basic characteristics of wood. In the forest industry, the wood processing industry and the chemical processing of forest products are both subsequent industries of forest felling and transportation, and are important departments for comprehensive utilization of wood resources.

The wood processing technology comprises basic processing technologies such as wood cutting, wood drying, wood gluing and wood surface decoration, and functional processing technologies such as wood protection and wood modification. Cutting includes sawing, planing, milling, drilling, sanding, and the like. The method of cutting differs from other materials due to the effects of wood texture, grain, etc. The wood is required to be dried in the wood processing process, so that the quality of the wood and the wood products is ensured, and the service life is prolonged. Composite flooring is a popular flooring material in recent years. It is made up by using raw wood through the processes of pulverizing, adding adhesive, preservative and additive, high-temp. high-pressure pressing treatment by means of hot press. The composite wood board can generate an unpleasant pungent smell in the drying process, which affects the health of workers, and the wood board can also have residual fungi, viruses or ova which need to be sterilized, so that the wood processing process is prevented from being mildewed and affected.

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the invention provides a wood processing pretreatment mechanism, which solves the problems of emitting unpleasant odor and residual fungi, viruses and ova in the wood board drying process.

The invention further describes that the ventilating pipe is arranged in a snake shape, at least two ventilation openings are arranged on one surface of the ventilating pipe, which faces the wood board, in a penetrating way, and the temperature in the drying bin can be quickly and uniformly increased due to the snake-shaped arrangement of the ventilating pipe.

The invention further describes that the temperature sensor, the PLC and the electric heating box are electrically connected, the temperature sensor can timely detect the internal temperature of the drying bin and transmit data to the PLC, and the PLC controls the electric heating box to be closed, so that the phenomenon that the internal temperature of the drying bin is too high and the structure of the plate is damaged is prevented.

The invention further describes that a driving motor is fixedly arranged on the outer side wall of the box body, a rotating shaft is fixedly arranged at the output end of the driving motor and penetrates through the side wall of the box body, a first bevel gear is fixedly arranged at the other end of the rotating shaft and is meshed with a second bevel gear, a fixed shaft is arranged at the top end of the second bevel gear, the other end of the fixed shaft is rotatably connected with the inner upper wall of the air purification bin, a stirring shaft is fixedly arranged at the bottom end of the second bevel gear, and at least two stirring rods are uniformly arranged on the stirring shaft.

The invention further describes that at least two exhaust holes are arranged at the top end of the air purification bin in a penetrating mode, the exhaust holes can exhaust air in the air purification bin, and the potential safety hazard caused by overlarge air pressure in the air purification bin is prevented.

The invention further describes that a drain pipe is communicated with the side wall of the water tank and penetrates through the side wall of the air purification bin, and a control valve is arranged on the drain pipe.

By means of the scheme, the invention has the following advantages: 1. electric heating cabinet, first air-blower can heat up drying chamber, and the ventilation pipe makes the inside temperature of drying chamber rise fast and more even to improve dry efficiency. 2. Temperature sensor, PLC controller and electric heating box conveniently control dry storehouse internal temperature, prevent that the high temperature from influencing the processing of plank. 3. The air purification storehouse can remove the bad smell that produces when the plank is dry and discharge to the air after removing the flavor, and puddler and (mixing) shaft can fully be mixed deodorant and water, improve deodorant result of use.

The ventilating pipe 16 is arranged in a snake shape, at least two ventilating openings 17 are arranged on one surface, facing the wood board 10, of the ventilating pipe 16 in a penetrating mode, and the ventilating pipe 16 is arranged in a snake shape, so that the temperature inside the drying bin 3 can be quickly and uniformly increased.

Temperature sensor 12, PLC controller 15 and electric heating cabinet 13 electricity are connected, can in time detect the inside temperature in dry storehouse 3 through temperature sensor 12 to with data transmission to PLC controller 15, closing of PLC controller 15 control electric heating cabinet 13 prevents that the inside temperature in dry storehouse 3 is too high, destroys the structure of panel.

The side wall of the water tank 19 is communicated with a drain pipe 28, the drain pipe 28 penetrates through the side wall of the air purification bin 4, and a control valve is arranged on the drain pipe 28.
