The common thermoprinting machine used in the present society is that when the plane of the sheet material is thermoprinted, the single sheet material is manually sent to the workbench, and the next sheet material is taken out and replaced after the thermoprinting is finished.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides a hot stamping machine capable of automatically feeding and taking materials, which aims to solve the problems of low working efficiency, high labor intensity and unsafety of a common hot stamping machine for hot stamping sheet materials.

The height of the left and right material tables is controlled and adjusted by a material table motor through a screw rod, at the initial stage of thermoprinting, a plurality of sheets are arranged on the right material table, and the right material table is pulled down by the material table motor through the matching of a material table guide shaft and a guide sleeve through the screw rod, so that the total height of the right material table is reduced; meanwhile, the left material platform is pulled to ascend through the chain and the chain wheel, so that the total height (including the thickness of the sheets) of the left material platform and the right material platform and the workbench are kept on the same plane, the sheets on the right material platform are gradually reduced along with the hot stamping operation, the sheets on the right material platform are continuously increased, and the motor of the material platform can be automatically adjusted in time.

The sheet plane hot stamping machine has the technical effects that by adopting the technical scheme, the sheet plane hot stamping machine which is convenient to operate, safe, reliable and extremely high in working efficiency can be realized.
