the swing mechanism is a double-parallelogram mechanism, an upper support arm, a lower support arm, an upper swing arm and a lower swing arm form a parallelogram structure, and the rocker arm, the two shock absorbers and the lower swing arm form a second flat quadrilateral structure, so that the safety and the practicability of the motor tricycle are enhanced.

As shown in fig. 1-3, an electric motor tricycle with a swing mechanism comprises a battery, a control and drive system, a wheel brake system, a main beam tube 70, a frame, a handlebar, a rear wheel 30 and two front wheels 51,52, wherein the handlebar is fixedly connected with one end of a steering rod, the other end of the steering rod is rotatably connected with one end of a head tube 10, the head tube 10 is fixedly connected with the front end of the main beam tube, and the rear end of the main beam tube is connected with one end of the frame; the other end of the frame is connected with a rear bottom fork, and a rear wheel 30 is arranged on the rear bottom fork; and a battery bin is also arranged at the rear part of the frame. The electric motor tricycle also comprises a swing mechanism and a locking mechanism matched with the swing mechanism. The front wheel shaft is connected with the swing mechanism so that the front wheel moves up and down along with the swing mechanism, and therefore the swing of the motor tricycle is achieved. The control and drive system of the motor tricycle and the brake system of the wheels are common knowledge and are not described in detail herein.

The rocking mechanism includes: upper swing arm 13, lower swing arm 14, rocker arm 175, shock absorber 17, and bracket 18.

The bracket 18 is arranged between the two front wheels 51 and 52 and positioned at the front part of the head tube 10, the upper end of the bracket 18 is fixed on the head tube 10, and the longitudinal center line of the bracket 18 is arranged in parallel with the head tube; the bracket 18 is respectively provided with a second connecting shaft 16, a third connecting shaft 19, a fourth connecting shaft 20 and a first connecting shaft 15 from top to bottom, and the second connecting shaft 16, the third connecting shaft 19, the fourth connecting shaft 20 and the first connecting shaft 15 can be integrally formed with the bracket 18 or can be connected in a riveting or welding manner. The second connecting shaft 16 and the first connecting shaft 15 protrude from the outer surface of the bracket 18 towards the driving front, the third connecting shaft 19 is located in the middle of the bracket, and the fourth connecting shaft 20 protrudes from the outer surface of the bracket 18 towards the frame direction.

The rocker arm 175, the two shock absorbers 17, and the lower swing arm 14 form a parallelogram structure.

The inner sides of the front wheel shafts 511 and 521 are sleeved with steering knuckles, the steering knuckles comprise journals sleeved with the front wheel shafts, upper arms 512 and 522 and lower arms 513 and 523 extending outwards, and shaft parts extending towards the direction of the head tube 10, and the shaft parts are used for fixedly connecting one ends of steering pull rods 191.

Because the support 18 is fixedly connected with the head tube, two ends of the upper swing arm and the lower swing arm are respectively fixed on the upper support arm and the lower support arm, the front wheel can swing up and down along with the swing mechanism by two flat quadrilateral structures formed by the swing mechanism, and the fluctuation degree of the front wheel is determined according to the rigidity of the shock absorber.

When the steering device is used, when a rider leans rightwards, the handlebar is turned rightwards, the steering rod rotates along with the handlebar to drive the head pipe 10 connected with the steering rod to rotate, the head pipe 10 drives the support 18 fixedly connected with the head pipe to swing, the upper swing arm 13, the lower swing arm 14 and the steering pull rod 191 are driven to swing around the first connecting shaft 15, the third connecting shaft 19 and the fourth connecting shaft 20, and the lower end of the shock absorber 17 is fixed on the lower swing arm 14, so that the shock absorber 17 moves up and down in a displacement mode, and the rocker arm 175 is driven to rotate around the second connecting shaft 16. When the rider plans to stop the rocking, the locking wrench 171 is adjusted upward, and the locking tong 173 grips the locking disc 174 under the action of the wire 172, so that the rocker arm 175 cannot rock. When the rocking mechanism is turned on, the rider adjusts the lock wrench 171 downward, the lock jaws 173 do not grip the lock disk 174, and the rocking mechanism can rock.
