Background

In the process of ship construction, a host machine serving as a ship advancing power source is provided with high precision requirements, the precision requirements of the host machine in the aspect of levelness are required to be guaranteed, and meanwhile, the bearing force of the host machine is required to be within an allowable range by adjusting the positions of bearings of the host machine. Which all require the use of associated tools for fine adjustment of the position of the host. With the continuous popularization and use of the dual-fuel host, more efforts are needed to be spent on the installation and adjustment of the WinGD host occupying the vast majority of market shares of the dual-fuel host. For the type of the host, two sides of the host are provided with supporting rib plates for placing a hydraulic oil cylinder to lift the host, and then a supporting bolt or a wedge-shaped iron plug at a bottom plate of the host is adjusted to realize the position adjustment of the host. However, in actual use, due to the influence and limitation of the accuracy of the hydraulic oil cylinder, the lifting of a common machine can reach more than 0.5mm, and the fine adjustment of a host to 0.01mm level cannot be realized, so that a lot of adjustments need to be carried out repeatedly. Meanwhile, the hydraulic equipment is relatively expensive and complex to use. In summary, an effective tool and method for quickly and easily realizing the relevant requirements for installation and adjustment of the WinGD host are lacked.

The outer ring is a cylinder with internal threads made of high-strength steel, the length of the outer ring is about 150mm, the thread specification is matched with the threads of the inner column, the length of the outer ring is more than 10mm longer than the length of the threads of the inner column, and the outer diameter of the outer ring is more than 40mm larger than the major diameter of the threads.

The bottom of the supporting tool base plate is provided with a circular groove, and the base plate is buckled above the inner column.

Lubricating grease should be smeared on all contact surfaces in the supporting tool.
