5. The preparation method of the water-based granite imitation coating for preventing the composite rock slice from warping as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4, characterized by comprising the following steps:

(1) selecting a composite rock slice according to the decorative effect of a preset granite decorative coating;

(2) pre-dissolving the composite rock slices and the film-forming additive to obtain a pre-dissolved substance A;

The coating is added into a building coating, and the building coating with the granite imitation effect is formed on the surface of a building through construction processes such as spraying and the like.

In order to improve the decorative effect of the water-based granite imitation coating, adding composite rock slices is a common practice in the industry. With the advancement of technology, composite rock slices have been able to meet the requirements of relevant standards. However, in the practical application process, the collocation of various composite sizes and colors has great influence on the construction, decoration effect and the like of the final coating. The water-based granite imitation coating in the current market generally encounters the phenomena of gun blockage by a composite rock slice, splashing of the composite rock slice and tilting of the composite rock slice in the construction process, not only increases the construction difficulty, but also seriously influences the decoration effect, and is a technical problem to be solved by technical personnel in the field.

How to develop a water-based granite imitation coating which can meet the decoration effect of water-based granite imitation and can meet the requirements that a composite rock slice does not block a gun, the composite rock slice is prevented from splashing, the composite rock slice is prevented from tilting and the industrial standard (JG/T24-2018) is met in the construction process is a problem to be solved urgently by technical personnel in the field.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to overcome the defects that the prior art water-based granite imitation coating is easy to break in the production process and commonly encounters the defects of gun resistance of a composite rock slice, splashing of the composite rock slice and tilting of the composite rock slice in the construction process, and provides the water-based granite imitation coating which is environment-friendly, high in simulation degree, dried and has the effect of imitating the granite and a preparation method thereof. The coating is a non-hazardous article and has no strict fire-proof requirement on production, transportation and storage.

In order to achieve the purpose, the water-based granite imitation coating for preventing the composite rock slices from tilting comprises the following components:

The acrylate copolymer emulsion has the Brookfield viscosity of 4500-5000 mPa.s (25 ℃, 3#, 12 rpm), the solid content of 46.5 +/-0.3%, the particle diameter of 0.08-2 mu m, the volatile organic compound (VOC for short) of preferably less than 20g/L, excellent film forming performance, excellent low-temperature high-humidity water-resistant recovery performance, excellent color spreading effect, excellent ultraviolet yellowing resistance and good construction atomization effect, and preferably RS-707 of Changcidefujiku corporation, GST-408 of Beijing ruicheng building materials GmbH and XS-889 of Jinsenzai chemical industry Co., Ltd.

The antifreeze can be an antifreeze conventionally used in the art, and is preferably propylene glycol and/or ethylene glycol.

The film-forming assistant can be a film-forming assistant of colorless transparent low-odor liquid which is conventionally used in the field, the mass content of the film-forming assistant is more than or equal to 99 percent, the specific gravity (20 ℃) is 0.95, the refractive index (20 ℃)1.4423, the solubility in water (20 ℃) is insoluble, the volatilization speed (butyl acetate is 1) is 0.002, the boiling point (760mmHg) is 255 ℃, the freezing point is-50 ℃, the compactness of a paint film can be ensured, and the emulsion paint can achieve good paint film performance when being dried under unfavorable temperature and humidity. The bactericide can be an efficient, broad-spectrum and environment-friendly antiseptic bactericide which is conventionally used in the field, has a fast and efficient sterilization and antiseptic effect, is effective in a wider pH value range (less than 9.5), has no stimulation to human bodies in a use concentration range, does not contain heavy metal and other toxic and harmful components, has a broad-spectrum and efficient inhibition and killing effect on microorganisms such as bacteria, actinomycetes and fungi (saccharomycetes and mycete), is a light yellow or yellow green transparent liquid in appearance, has the effective component more than or equal to 2.5 percent and has the density (20 ℃) of 1.00-1.10 g/ml. The thickening agent can be a nonionic associative polyurethane thickening agent which is conventionally used in the field, and has the advantages of high thickening efficiency, good splashing resistance and slightly turbid milky viscous liquid appearance. (2) pre-dissolving the composite rock slices and the film-forming additive to obtain a pre-dissolved substance A; preferably, 50 percent of the total amount of the film-forming additive is added and pre-dissolved for 20 to 30 minutes;

(5) under the stirring state, sequentially adding 40-80 mesh natural colored sand and 80-120 mesh natural colored sand into the mixture E, and stirring at a low speed of 500-700 revolutions per minute for 5-15 minutes to obtain a mixture F;

(6) and adding the pre-dissolved matter A and the pre-dissolved matter B into the mixture F under the stirring state, and stirring at a low speed of 500-700 revolutions per minute for 5-15 minutes to obtain the water-based granite imitation coating for preventing the composite rock fragments.

Preferably, when the pre-dissolved matter B is prepared in the step (2), the pre-dissolved matter B is dissolved after being stirred at a high speed, the fineness is less than or equal to 60 mu m, and if the fineness is not reached, the stirring operation is repeated after standing until the fineness is less than or equal to 60 mu m.

Example 1

The raw material formulation (wt%) of the aqueous granite imitation coating for preventing the composite rock slice from warping is shown in table 1 below.

The preparation method comprises the following steps:

(1) selecting composite rock slices according to the decorative effect of the granite decorative coating determined by an architectural decoration designer, wherein the colors and the sizes of the composite rock slices select TC-002 medium slices and TC-004 large slices in a product catalog of Ji' an Tian Cheng New Material Co.

(8) and adding the pre-dissolved matter A and the pre-dissolved matter B into the mixture F under the stirring state, and stirring at a low speed of 500 revolutions per minute for 15 minutes to obtain the water-based granite imitation coating for preventing the composite rock fragments.

The preparation method comprises the following steps:

(1) selecting composite rock slices according to the decorative effect of the granite decorative coating determined by an architectural decoration designer, wherein the colors and the sizes of the composite rock slices are selected from TC-003 small slices, TC-004 medium slices and TC-005 large slices in a product catalog of Jiansian sanden New Material Co.

(2) And pre-dissolving the selected composite rock slices for 20-30 minutes by using 50% of film-forming auxiliary agent in advance according to the required amount to obtain a pre-dissolved substance A for later use.

(3) And (3) adding the soft tablet agent into the rest film-forming auxiliary agent under stirring, stirring at a high speed of 1400 rpm for 18 minutes, detecting and dissolving, wherein the fineness is less than or equal to 60 mu m, and if the fineness does not meet the requirement, standing for 2 hours and then repeating the operation, wherein the operation is usually carried out for 1-2 times. Until the appearance is light yellow transparent viscous liquid, the fineness is less than or equal to 60 mu m, and a pre-dissolved substance B is obtained for standby.

(4) Stirring the hydroxyethyl cellulose, 50.0 percent of deionized water, 40.0 percent of organic amine neutralizer and 40.0 percent of defoaming agent at a high speed of 1400 revolutions per minute for 18 minutes to obtain a mixed dissolved solution C;

(5) under the stirring state, carrying out high-speed stirring on the mixed solution C, 25.0% of deionized water and 40.0% of defoaming agent at 1400 revolutions per minute for 18 minutes to obtain a mixed solution D;

(6) adding the rest of the defoaming agent, the bactericide, the acrylate copolymer emulsion, the antifreezing agent, the thickener, the rest of the deionized water and the additional anti-caking agent into the mixed dissolved matter D under the stirring state, and stirring at the medium speed of 1000 revolutions per minute for 10 minutes to obtain a mixture E;

(7) under the stirring state, sequentially adding 40-80 mesh natural colored sand and 80-120 mesh natural colored sand into the mixture E, and stirring at low speed for 10 minutes at 600 revolutions per minute to obtain a mixture F;

(8) and adding the pre-dissolved matter A and the pre-dissolved matter B into the mixture F under the stirring state, and stirring at a low speed of 600 revolutions per minute for 10 minutes to obtain the water-based granite imitation coating for preventing the composite rock fragments.

Wherein the percentages are mass percentages relative to the mass of each corresponding component.

The preparation method comprises the following steps:

(1) selecting composite rock slices according to the decorative effect of the granite decorative coating determined by an architectural decoration designer, wherein the colors and the sizes of the composite rock slices are YC-921 small slices, YC-929 medium slices and YC-910 large slices in the product catalog of Shanghai rock color building materials Co.

(2) And pre-dissolving the selected composite rock slices for 20-30 minutes by using 50% of film-forming auxiliary agent in advance according to the required amount to obtain a pre-dissolved substance A for later use.

(3) And (3) adding the soft tablet agent into the rest film-forming auxiliary agent under stirring, stirring at a high speed of 1500 rpm for 15 minutes, detecting and dissolving, wherein the fineness is less than or equal to 60 mu m, and if the fineness does not meet the requirement, standing for 2 hours and then repeating the operation, wherein the operation is usually carried out for 1-2 times. Until the appearance is light yellow transparent viscous liquid, the fineness is less than or equal to 60 mu m, and a pre-dissolved substance B is obtained for standby.

(4) Stirring the hydroxyethyl cellulose, 60.0 percent of deionized water, 50.0 percent of organic amine neutralizer and 50.0 percent of defoaming agent at a high speed of 1500 revolutions per minute for 15 minutes to obtain a mixed dissolved solution C;

(5) under the stirring state, the mixed solution C, 20.0 percent of deionized water and 50.0 percent of defoaming agent are stirred at a high speed of 1500 revolutions per minute for 15 minutes to obtain a mixed solution D;

(6) adding the rest of the defoaming agent, the bactericide, the acrylate copolymer emulsion, the antifreezing agent, the thickener, the rest of the deionized water and the additional anti-caking agent into the mixed dissolved matter D under the stirring state, and stirring at the medium speed of 1100 rpm for 5 minutes to obtain a mixture E;

(7) under the stirring state, sequentially adding 40-80 mesh natural colored sand and 80-120 mesh natural colored sand into the mixture E, and stirring at low speed for 5 minutes at 700 revolutions per minute to obtain a mixture F;

(8) and adding the pre-dissolved matter A and the pre-dissolved matter B into the mixture F under the stirring state, and stirring at low speed for 5 minutes at 700 revolutions per minute to obtain the water-based granite imitation coating for preventing the composite rock fragments.

Effects of the embodiment

The performance and environmental index comparison experiments of the waterborne granite-like coating for preventing the composite rock slice from warping, the commercially available waterborne granite-like coatings SQ-0065 and ZCO-008 and the waterborne granite-like coatings of the comparative examples 1 to 3 are carried out, and the specific results are shown in tables 7 and 8.

As can be seen from Table 7, the roller coating construction of the water-based granite imitation coating for preventing the composite rock slice from warping is obviously superior to the commercially available water-based granite imitation coatings SQ-0065 and ZCO-008 and the comparative examples 1-3. The composite rock slice in the water-based granite-like coating container for preventing the composite rock slice from warping has no crushing and adhesion, the constructability composite rock slice does not block guns and splash, the composite rock slice in the coating does not warp, the phenomenon that a special roller flattens and does not have a roller bonding phenomenon, the composite rock slice in the coating does not warp after being flattened, and the drying time, the initial drying crack resistance, the adhesion strength and the artificial climate aging resistance of the composite product in the coating are obviously superior to those of the commercial products and the comparative examples 1 to 3 of the invention. Other performance indexes of the invention can meet and exceed the technical requirements of the currently effective product standard JG/T24-2018 exterior wall type products.

As can be seen from Table 8, the VOC content of the water-based granite imitation coating for preventing the composite rock slice from warping is far lower than that of commercial sand wall-shaped building coatings SQ-0065 and ZCO-008, free formaldehyde, benzene, toluene and heavy metal substances are not detected, the technical requirements of HJ 2537-. The content (VOC) of Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC) of the commercially available water-based granite imitation coatings SQ-0065 and ZCO-008 and comparative examples 1-3 of the invention is obviously higher than that of the water-based granite imitation coating for preventing the composite rock slice from warping.

Moreover, as can be seen from example 1 and comparative example 1, the content of the soft tablet and the external anti-caking agent has a certain influence on the implementation effect; from example 2 and comparative example 2, it can be seen that the content and type of film-forming substances in the emulsion also have certain influence on the implementation effect, the final implementation effect cannot be achieved only by the optimization of the soft tablet and the external anti-caking agent, and the implementation effect of the invention can be achieved only by the optimization combination of multiple components; from example 1 and comparative example 1, it is clear that the content of the external anti-caking agent has a certain influence on the performance, and the smaller the content, the better the performance. Thus illustrating that: the technical effect of the invention can be achieved only by selecting the combination with the preferential overlapping content for the types of emulsion, soft tablets and external anti-caking agent in the product of the invention, and the product is not a simple combination and is also the result of a large number of tests.

It will, however, be evident that various modifications and changes may be made thereto without departing from the broader spirit and scope of the invention. The description is thus to be regarded as illustrative instead of limiting.
