1. A method for replacing a cross air duct of a coke dry quenching furnace is characterized by comprising the following steps:

installing a bricklaying hanging scaffold provided with a hoisting hole in the coke dry quenching furnace;

lifting the bricklaying hanging scaffold to a preset height;

the cross air duct is replaced at the lower part of the bricklaying platform while bricks in the furnace are removed and built by a platform formed on the bricklaying platform;

and replacing the straight cylinder, the lower cone hopper and the upper cone hopper by using the hoisting hole.

Technical Field

Background

In the field of dry quenching, the cross air duct of the dry quenching furnace is sometimes collapsed by high-heat coke carbon to generate hidden equipment troubles, which seriously affect the normal operation of the dry quenching equipment, and at the moment, the cross air duct needs to be integrally replaced. The cross air duct mainly comprises a straight cylinder, an upper cone hopper, a lower cone hopper, 4 sections of air ducts and 32 sections of wear-resistant plates, the old cross air duct is synchronously installed along with the furnace shell when the dry quenching furnace is newly built, in the prior method for replacing the cross air duct during the coke dry quenching maintenance, the volume of each part of the air duct is larger, therefore, coke oven holes at the top of the dry quenching furnace are used as channels for hoisting and transporting, so as to remove the old cross air duct and install a new cross air duct, because the process occupies the coke oven hole at the top, the cross air duct and the corbel bricks in the oven and other parts can not be overhauled simultaneously, which affects the overhauling of the corbel bricks in the oven, thereby occupying the time of the coke dry quenching maintenance network main line, prolonging the construction period of the whole coke dry quenching maintenance, and when dry quenching maintenance is carried out, water is needed for quenching coke, so that the coke quality is reduced, and the environment is not facilitated.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the problems, the invention provides a method for replacing a cross air duct of a coke dry quenching furnace, which can reduce the time for occupying a main line of a coke dry quenching maintenance network, shorten the maintenance period, improve the coke quality and reduce the environmental protection pressure on the basis of safety and reliability.

In a preferred embodiment of the above method for replacing the cross air duct of the coke dry quenching furnace, replacing the straight cylinder, the lower cone hopper and the upper cone hopper with the lifting hole may include:

In conclusion, the brick laying hanging scaffold is utilized, the bricks can be replaced and the cross air duct can be replaced at the same time, the overhauling efficiency is greatly improved, the phenomenon that the coke stopping time is too long is avoided, and the environment is protected.
