1. A prestressed FRP reinforcement structure of a T-shaped member including a branch pipe and a main pipe connected perpendicularly to an end of the branch pipe, characterized in that the reinforcement structure comprises:

a cloth belt having one end fixed to a side portion of the branch pipe and the other end wound around the main pipe and fixed to a corresponding side portion of the branch pipe, so that the cloth belt is U-shaped and hangs over the main pipe, the cloth belt being made of an FRP material;

the anchor plates are fixed at the end parts of the cloth belts and are attached to the corresponding side parts of the branch pipes, and the end parts of the cloth belts are clamped between the anchor plates and the branch pipes; and

9. A construction method of a prestressed FRP reinforced structure of a T-shaped member as set forth in claim 1, comprising the steps of:

providing the anchor plate and the cloth belt, and fixing the anchor plate on the end part of the cloth belt;

attaching one end of the cloth belt to the side part of the branch pipe, and attaching the other end of the cloth belt to the corresponding side part of the branch pipe by bypassing the main pipe, so that the cloth belt is U-shaped and hangs the main pipe, and is clamped between the anchor plate and the branch pipe;

and providing the screw rod, and connecting the screw rod drawknot between the two opposite anchor plates so that the two anchor plates are fixedly connected and clamped on the branch pipe.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of structure processing, in particular to a prestress FRP (fiber reinforced Plastic) reinforcing structure of a T-shaped member and a construction method thereof.

Background

The T-shaped pipe structure is a common structural form and is widely applied to bridges and building structures, however, due to the problems of welding defects, stress concentration and the like, the fatigue performance of a welded pipe structure node is poor, and fatigue failure is easy to occur under the action of cyclic load. The traditional reinforcing method comprises the steps of welding a steel sleeve, welding a stiffening plate, arranging an external stiffening ring and the like, but new welding defects are inevitably introduced into new welding seams to form new fatigue weak points, the problem of easy fatigue failure still exists, and the construction quality and the structural strength cannot be ensured.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art, provides a prestress FRP (fiber reinforced Plastic) reinforcing structure of a T-shaped member and a construction method thereof, solves the problem that a connecting weld joint between a branch pipe and a main pipe of the T-shaped member is easy to generate fatigue damage, reinforces the connection between the branch pipe and the main pipe of the T-shaped member through an FRP (fiber reinforced Plastic) cloth belt so as to improve the tensile bearing capacity and the fatigue strength of the T-shaped member, avoids generating new weld joints and welding defects in the reinforcing process, ensures the construction quality and improves the structure reinforcing effect.

attaching one end of a cloth belt to the side part of the branch pipe, and attaching the other end of the cloth belt to the side part corresponding to the branch pipe by bypassing the main pipe, so that the cloth belt is U-shaped and suspends the main pipe, and is clamped between the anchor plate and the branch pipe;

and providing a screw rod, and connecting the screw rod drawknot between the two opposite anchor plates so that the two anchor plates are fixedly connected and clamped on the branch pipe.

The construction method of the prestressed FRP reinforcement structure of the T-shaped member is further improved in that the anchor plate is parallel to the main pipe, and the end part of the anchor plate protrudes out of the branch pipe to form a protruding part;

Detailed Description

The invention is further described with reference to the following figures and specific examples.

Referring to fig. 1, the invention provides a prestressed FRP reinforcement structure of a T-shaped member and a construction method thereof, wherein one end of a cloth belt is fixed on a branch pipe, and the other end of the cloth belt bypasses a main pipe and is fixed on a side part corresponding to the branch pipe, so that the cloth belt is used for hanging the main pipe, thereby reinforcing the connection part of the main pipe and the branch pipe, and in addition, an anchor plate is used for clamping and fixing the cloth belt and the branch pipe, thereby preventing the cloth belt from falling off from the branch pipe, solving the problem that the welding seam of the T-shaped member is easy to generate fatigue damage, reinforcing the connection of the T-shaped member through the FRP cloth belt, enhancing the strength of the weak point of the T-shaped member, avoiding generating new welding seams and welding defects, ensuring the construction quality and enhancing the structural strength. The prestressed FRP reinforced structure of the T-shaped member according to the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.

Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a side view of a prestressed FRP reinforcement structure of a T-shaped member according to the present invention. The prestressed FRP reinforced structure of the T-shaped member of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 1.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the prestressed FRP reinforcement structure of a T-shaped member of the present invention, which includes a branch pipe 22 and a main pipe 21 vertically connected to an end of the branch pipe 22, includes:

a cloth tape 11 having one end fixed to a side portion of the branch pipe 22, the other end of the cloth tape 11 passing around the main pipe 21 and being fixed to a corresponding side portion of the branch pipe 22, so that the cloth tape 11 is U-shaped and hangs the main pipe 21, the cloth tape 11 being made of FRP material;

the anchor plate 12 is fixed at the end part of the cloth belt 11 and is attached to the side part corresponding to the branch pipe 22, and the end part of the cloth belt 11 is clamped between the anchor plate 12 and the branch pipe 22; and

the threaded rods 13 connected to the opposite anchor plates 12 are pulled in opposite directions so that the anchor plates 12 are fixedly connected and clamped to the branch pipe 22.

Preferably, the cloth tape 11 is made of CFRP material.

Specifically, the cloth tape comprises a filling layer 15 which is filled in a gap formed between the cloth tape 11 and the branch pipe 22.

Preferably, the filling layer 15 is filled with epoxy mortar or structural adhesive.

As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the anchor plate 12 is parallel to the main pipe 21, and the end of the anchor plate 12 protrudes out of the branch pipe 22 to form a protrusion, and the screw 13 is connected between the protrusions of the two opposite anchor plates 12;

the jacking member 31 is arranged between the protruding part and the main pipe 21, and the jacking member 31 is extended to push against the protruding part and the main pipe 21, so that the anchor plate 12 moves along the branch pipe 22 in the direction away from the main pipe 21, thereby tensioning the cloth tape 11 and applying prestress to the cloth tape 11, and further fixedly connecting the screw 13 and the protruding part, so that the anchor plate 12 is clamped on the branch pipe 22.

Specifically, a nut 131 is screwed to the end of the screw 13, and the position of the anchor plate 12 is fixed by screwing the nut 131 so that the nut 131 abuts against the corresponding anchor plate 12.

Preferably, the clamp also comprises a bead 14 fixed to the side of the anchor plate 12 remote from the branch pipe 22, and the nut 131 abuts against the side of the bead 14 remote from the branch pipe 22.

Preferably, the length of the bead 14 matches the length of the anchor plate 12.

adhering the anchor plate 12 at one end of the cloth belt 11 to the side surface of the branch pipe 22 by using structural adhesive, and adhering the corresponding anchor plate 12 to the corresponding side part of the branch pipe 22 by using the structural adhesive by bypassing the other end of the cloth belt 11 around the main pipe 21, wherein the structural adhesive is not coagulated;

fixing the pressing strips 14 at the side parts of the anchor plates 12 far away from the branch pipe 22, and penetrating the screw rods 13 between the protruding parts of the two opposite anchor plates 12, wherein the nuts 131 do not abut against the corresponding pressing strips 14, namely the anchor plates 12 are not clamped on the branch pipe 22;

placing a jacking piece 31 between the main pipe 21 and the protruding part of the anchor plate 12, placing a backing plate 32 at the bottom and the top of the jacking piece 31, extending the jacking piece 31 to enable the jacking piece 31 to abut against the anchor plate 12 and the main pipe 21, enabling the anchor plate 12 to move along the branch pipe 22 in a direction away from the main pipe 21, thereby tensioning the cloth belt 11, applying prestress to the cloth belt 11 and keeping the length of the jacking piece 31;

screwing the nut 131 to enable the nut 131 to abut against the corresponding pressing strip 14, so as to fixedly connect the two anchor plates 12, enable the two anchor plates 12 to be clamped on the branch pipe 22, shorten the jacking piece 31 after the structural adhesive is solidified and reaches the designed strength, and take out the jacking piece 31 and the backing plate 32;

epoxy plaster or structural adhesive is filled in the gaps between the cloth tapes 11 and the branch pipes 22 to form the filling layers 15 so as to provide protection for the cloth tapes 11, the cloth tapes 11 hang the main pipe 21, and the reinforced structure is connected with the T-shaped member without welding seams, so that new welding defects and fatigue weak points are not introduced, and the strength of the T-shaped member is strengthened.

The invention also provides a construction method of the prestress FRP reinforcing structure of the T-shaped component, which comprises the following steps:

providing an anchor plate 12 and a cloth belt 11, and fixing the anchor plate 12 at the end part of the cloth belt 11;

attaching one end of a cloth tape 11 to the side part of the branch pipe 22, and attaching the other end of the cloth tape 11 to the corresponding side part of the branch pipe 22 by passing the main pipe 21 around the cloth tape 11, so that the cloth tape 11 is U-shaped and hangs the main pipe 21, and the cloth tape 11 is clamped between the anchor plate 12 and the branch pipe 22;

a screw 13 is provided and the screw 13 is drawably connected between the two opposite anchor plates 12 so that the two anchor plates 12 are fixedly connected and clamped to the branch pipe 22.

Further, the anchor plate 12 is parallel to the main pipe 21, and the end of the anchor plate 12 protrudes out of the branch pipe 22 to form a protrusion;

providing a jacking member 31, placing the jacking member 31 between the protruding part and the main pipe 21, extending the jacking member 31 to abut against the protruding part and the main pipe 21, so that the anchor plate 12 moves along the branch pipe 22 in a direction away from the main pipe 21, thereby tensioning the cloth belts 11, and further fixedly connecting the screw rods 13 and the anchor plate 12, so that the anchor plate 12 is clamped on the branch pipe 22.

The operation mode of the practical implementation of the construction method provided by the invention is as follows:

fixing anchor plates 12 at two ends of a cloth belt 11, winding the end parts of the cloth belt 11 on the anchor plates 12, treating the surfaces of the branch pipes 22 and the main pipe 21, removing paint at positions of the branch pipes 22 and the main pipe 21 to be in contact with the cloth belt 11, performing rough treatment, and removing dirt on the surfaces by acetone or alcohol;

adhering the anchor plate 12 at one end of the cloth belt 11 to the side surface of the branch pipe 22 by using structural adhesive, and adhering the corresponding anchor plate 12 to the corresponding side part of the branch pipe 22 by using the structural adhesive by bypassing the other end of the cloth belt 11 around the main pipe 21, wherein the structural adhesive is not coagulated;

fixing the pressing strips 14 at the side parts of the anchor plates 12 far away from the branch pipe 22, and penetrating the screw rods 13 between the protruding parts of the two opposite anchor plates 12, wherein the nuts 131 do not abut against the corresponding pressing strips 14, namely the anchor plates 12 are not clamped on the branch pipe 22;

placing a jacking piece 31 between the main pipe 21 and the protruding part of the anchor plate 12, placing a backing plate 32 at the bottom and the top of the jacking piece 31, extending the jacking piece 31 to enable the jacking piece 31 to abut against the anchor plate 12 and the main pipe 21, enabling the anchor plate 12 to move along the branch pipe 22 in a direction away from the main pipe 21, thereby tensioning the cloth belt 11, applying prestress to the cloth belt 11 and keeping the length of the jacking piece 31;

screwing the nut 131 to enable the nut 131 to abut against the corresponding pressing strip 14, so as to fixedly connect the two anchor plates 12, enable the two anchor plates 12 to be clamped on the branch pipe 22, shorten the jacking piece 31 after the structural adhesive is solidified and reaches the designed strength, and take out the jacking piece 31 and the backing plate 32;

epoxy plaster or structural adhesive is filled in the gaps between the cloth tapes 11 and the branch pipes 22 to form the filling layers 15 so as to provide protection for the cloth tapes 11, the cloth tapes 11 hang the main pipe 21, and the reinforced structure is connected with the T-shaped member without welding seams, so that new welding defects and fatigue weak points are not introduced, and the strength of the T-shaped member is strengthened.
