8. Oil seal of screw compressor according to claim 1, characterized in that the male rotor base (11) is provided with a bearing seat (111), and the bearing seat (111) is provided with a sixth oil channel (1111) communicating with the compression chamber inside the air compressor housing (1).

The invention relates to the field of air compressors, in particular to a screw air compressor and an oil seal device thereof.

Background

Traditional air compressor machine sets up an oil blanket on the bent axle, separates through the oil blanket between host computer and the motor, prevents that lubricating oil from flowing out from the host computer side. If the oil seal is damaged, sealing failure can occur, and lubricating oil in the main machine flows out of the main machine, so that the air compressor is scrapped. Therefore, the lubricating oil flowing to the outside of the oil seal needs to be treated accordingly.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the above problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a screw air compressor and an oil seal device thereof, in which an oil passage for collecting leaked lubricant oil is provided at an outer side of an oil seal to prevent the leaked lubricant oil from flowing out of a main unit.

For the purpose of the invention, the following technical scheme is adopted for implementation:

an oil seal device of a screw compressor comprises an air compressor shell, a male rotor, a bearing, an oil seal and an oil seal end cover;

the shell of the air compressor is provided with a male rotor seat and a female rotor seat, and the male rotor seat is positioned above the female rotor seat; the male rotor is rotatably arranged on the male rotor seat through a bearing, one end of the male rotor is provided with an axon, the axon extends to the outer side of the shell of the air compressor, the axon is coated with an oil seal, the oil seal is positioned on the outer side of the bearing, the outer side of the oil seal is provided with an oil seal end cover, and the oil seal end cover is fixedly arranged on the side face of the shell of the air compressor; the oil seal end cover is provided with a limit flange, the oil seal is positioned on the inner side of the limit flange, and the oil seal is limited by the limit flange;

a first oil duct is arranged at the lower part of the oil seal end cover, a first oil inlet of the first oil duct is positioned on the upper end surface of the limiting flange, and a first oil outlet of the first oil duct is positioned on the side surface of the oil seal end cover connected with the air compressor shell;

a second oil duct is arranged between the male rotor seat and the female rotor seat, a second oil inlet of the second oil duct is positioned on the side surface of the air compressor shell, and the second oil inlet is communicated with the first oil outlet; a second oil outlet of the second oil duct is positioned in the female rotor seat;

the female rotor seat is sealed by a female rotor end cover; and a third oil duct is arranged at the lower part of the female rotor seat, a third oil inlet of the third oil duct is positioned in the female rotor seat, and a third oil outlet of the third oil duct is positioned at the lower part of the air compressor shell.

Preferably, the air compressor shell is further provided with an air inlet seat, and the third oil outlet is connected with an air inlet of the air inlet seat through an oil return pipe.

Preferably, a shaft sleeve is arranged between the oil seal and the axon, and the shaft sleeve is separated from the bearing by a spacer sleeve; the end part of the outer side of the oil seal end cover and the axon are also provided with a dustproof ring.

Preferably, the inner side of the oil seal end cover is provided with a mounting part matched with the inner diameter of the male rotor seat.

Preferably, the first oil duct is further provided with a first opening, the first opening is located at the bottom of the oil seal end cover, and the first opening is provided with a first plug.

Preferably, the third oil passage is further provided with a second opening, the second opening is located on the side face of the air compressor shell, and a second plug is arranged on the second opening.

Preferably, a fourth oil duct is arranged at the lower part of the oil seal end cover, a fourth oil inlet of the fourth oil duct is positioned at the lower side of the inside of the oil seal end cover and is positioned at the inner side of the limiting flange, and a fourth oil outlet of the fourth oil duct is positioned on the end surface of the inner side of the oil seal end cover; and a fifth oil duct is arranged on the air compressor shell, a fifth oil inlet of the fifth oil duct is communicated with a fourth oil outlet, and a fifth oil outlet of the fifth oil duct is communicated with a compression cavity in the air compressor shell.

Preferably, the male rotor base is provided with a bearing seat, and the bearing seat is provided with a sixth oil channel communicated with a compression cavity inside the air compressor shell.

Preferably, the upper side of the interior of the oil seal end cover is provided with a cutoff hole, and the aperture of the outer side of the cutoff hole is smaller than that of the inner side; the intercepting hole is positioned on the inner side of the oil seal.

Detailed Description

As shown in fig. 1 to 7, an oil seal device of a screw compressor includes an air compressor housing 1, a male rotor 2, a bearing 3, an oil seal 4, and an oil seal end cover 5.

As shown in fig. 2, the compressor housing 1 is provided with a male rotor holder 11 and a female rotor holder 12, and the male rotor holder 11 is located above the female rotor holder 12. The male rotor 2 and the female rotor are rotatably arranged on a male rotor holder 11 and a female rotor holder 12, respectively, by means of bearings 3, the male rotor 2 and the female rotor being in mesh with each other. The male rotor seat 11 is provided with a bearing seat 111, and the bearing seat 111 is provided with a sixth oil channel 1111 communicated with a compression cavity inside the air compressor housing 1, and the sixth oil channel 1111 is used for leading lubricating oil inside the air compressor housing 1 to the bearing 3 to lubricate and cool the bearing 3.

As shown in fig. 3, an axial protrusion 21 is provided at one end of the male rotor 2, the axial protrusion 21 extends to the outside of the air compressor housing 1, the axial protrusion 21 is covered with the oil seal 4, the oil seal 4 is located outside the bearing 3, preferably, a shaft sleeve 6 is provided between the oil seal 4 and the axial protrusion 21, and the shaft sleeve 6 is separated from the bearing 3 by a spacer 7. An oil seal end cover 5 is arranged on the outer side of the oil seal 4, and the oil seal end cover 5 is fixedly arranged on the side face of the air compressor shell 1. The oil seal end cover 5 is provided with a limiting flange 50, the oil seal 4 is positioned on the inner side of the limiting flange 50, and the oil seal 4 is limited by the limiting flange 50. Preferably, the end part of the outer side of the oil seal end cover 5 and the axon 21 are also provided with a dust ring 8 to prevent dust from entering and prolong the service life of the oil seal 4. Preferably, the inner side of the oil seal end cover 5 is provided with a mounting portion 52 matched with the inner diameter of the male rotor base 11, so as to facilitate the mounting of the oil seal end cover 5. The oil seal end cover 5 seals the male rotor seat 11. A first cavity A is formed among the axon 21, the right side of the bearing 3, the left side of the oil seal 4 and the oil seal end cover 5, and a second cavity B is formed among the right side of the oil seal 4, the oil seal end cover 5 and the axon 21.

The lower part of the oil seal end cover 5 is provided with a first oil passage 51, and a first oil inlet 511 of the first oil passage 51 is located on the upper end surface of the limit flange 50, i.e. the first oil inlet 511 is located in the second cavity B. The first oil outlet 512 of the first oil passage 51 is located on the side where the oil seal end cover 5 is connected to the air compressor housing 1.

The female rotor base 12 is sealed by a female rotor end cover 121. A second oil passage 13 is arranged between the male rotor base 11 and the female rotor base 12, a second oil inlet 131 of the second oil passage 13 is located on the side surface of the air compressor housing 1, and the second oil inlet 131 is communicated with the first oil outlet 512. The second oil outlet 132 of the second oil passage 13 is located at the upper portion of the female rotor base 12.

The lower portion of the female rotor holder 12 is provided with a third oil passage 14, a third oil inlet 141 of the third oil passage 14 is located in the female rotor holder 12, and a third oil outlet 142 of the third oil passage 14 is located in the lower portion of the air compressor housing 1. The air compressor housing 1 is further provided with an air inlet seat 15, and the third oil outlet 142 is connected with the air inlet seat 15 through an oil return pipe.

Preferably, the first oil passage 51 is further provided with a first opening 513, the first opening 513 is located at the bottom of the oil seal end cover 5, a first plug 5131 is arranged on the first opening 513, and the first opening 513 facilitates cleaning of the first oil passage 51.

Preferably, the third oil passage 14 is further provided with a second opening 143, the second opening 143 is located on a side surface of the air compressor casing 1, a second plug 1431 is provided on the second opening 143, and the second opening 143 facilitates cleaning the third oil passage 14.

As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the lower portion of the oil seal end cover 5 is provided with a fourth oil passage 53, and a fourth oil inlet 531 of the fourth oil passage 53 is located at the inner lower side of the oil seal end cover 5 and at the inner side of the limit flange 50, i.e., in the first cavity a. The fourth oil outlet 532 of the fourth oil passage 53 is located on the end surface on the inner side of the oil-seal end cover 5. As shown in fig. 6 and 7, the air compressor housing 1 is provided with a fifth oil passage 16, a fifth oil inlet 161 of the fifth oil passage 16 is communicated with a fourth oil outlet 532, and a fifth oil outlet 162 of the fifth oil passage 16 is communicated with a compression chamber inside the air compressor housing 1. The fourth oil passage 53 and the fifth oil passage 16 serve to return the lubricating oil in the first cavity a to the compression chamber.

As shown in fig. 3, the oil seal end cover 5 is provided with a cutoff hole 54 at the inner upper side, the diameter of the outer side of the cutoff hole 54 is smaller than that of the inner side, the cutoff hole 54 is located at the inner side of the oil seal 4, and the cutoff hole 54 is used for reducing the pressure of the oil-air mixture at the inner side of the air compressor housing 1 on the oil seal 4.

When the oil sealing device works, the oil-gas mixture on the inner side of the air compressor shell 1 moves towards the right side and enters the first cavity A, and normally, the fourth oil channel 53 and the fifth oil channel 16 return the lubricating oil in the first cavity A to the compression cavity. The above oil seal device has an advantage that even if the oil seal 4 is worn, the lubricating oil can finally return to the inside of the air compressor housing 1 through the first oil passage 51, the second oil passage 13, the third oil passage 14 and the oil return pipe, preventing oil leakage.
