When the device is used for exhausting air, a user takes out the front insertion tube 2, then the thin guide tube is used for passing through the hole, the side position sliding block 7 is pushed rightwards to move rightwards, air is exhausted from the left end of the storage tank shell 11, the pressure is large under the condition that the storage tank shell 11 is full of air pressure, the side position sliding block 7 is tightly attached to the inner wall of the storage tank shell 11 under the combined action of the pressure and the main spring rod 13, the side position sliding block 7 is difficult to push, at the moment, the first hinged plate 81 and the second hinged plate 84 both move leftwards due to the side position sliding block 7, the included angle is changed, the arc elastic force arms 82 on the two sides are elastically deformed, the first hinged plate 81 and the second hinged plate 84 are pushed, the included angle has the tendency of restoration, the side position sliding block 7 can receive acting force towards the right, and at the moment, the user can push the side position sliding block 7 more easily under the auxiliary action of the balance hinge device 8.
