A range hood capable of efficiently purifying oil smoke is characterized by comprising a range hood body (1), wherein a containing cavity (2) is formed in the range hood body (1), an oil smoke filtering component (3) is arranged in the containing cavity (2), the oil smoke filtering component (3) is connected with the inner wall of the containing cavity (2), and an air inlet (4) and an air outlet (5) communicated with the oil smoke filtering component (3) are formed in two ends of the containing cavity (2);

the oil smoke filtering component (3) is composed of a first oil smoke purifying layer (10) and a second oil smoke purifying layer (11) which are oppositely arranged, the first oil smoke purifying layer (10) and the second oil smoke purifying layer (11) are provided with a plurality of through holes (6) which are regular hexagons, activated carbon particles are filled in the through holes (6), filter screens (12) which are adaptive to the sizes of the through holes (6) are arranged at the inlet and the outlet of the through holes (6), the filter screens (12) are fixedly connected with the through holes (6), the aperture of the filter screens (12) is smaller than the particle size of the activated carbon particles, and the particle size of the activated carbon particles in the first oil smoke purifying layer (10) is larger than the particle size of the activated carbon particles in the second oil smoke purifying layer (11);

Background

In the prior art, after the range hood absorbs oil smoke gas, the existing range hood generally adopts an ionization mode to treat the oil smoke, when the oil smoke enters a high-voltage electrostatic field, the oil smoke is ionized under the action of the high-voltage electrostatic field, and most of the charged oil mist is degraded and carbonized; a small part of micro oil particles move to positive and negative plates of an electric field under the action of electric field force and air flow, are collected on the plates, flow to an oil collecting device under the action of self gravity, and are discharged through an oil discharge pipe, and residual micron-sized oil mist is degraded into carbon dioxide and water by the electric field and discharges clean air; meanwhile, under the action of the high-voltage generator, the air in the electric field can generate ozone. The existing oil smoke treatment method can generate ozone, and if the ozone is discharged outdoors, the environment pollution can be caused. The patent with the patent number of CN201820403060 and the patent name of dynamic electrostatic field strong range hood adsorbs impurities in oil smoke through the dynamic electrostatic field and generates ozone. In conclusion, the existing treatment mode can cause pollution to outdoor air, can not effectively remove peculiar smell in the oil fume, and has poor oil fume purification effect.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention mainly aims to provide a range hood capable of efficiently purifying oil smoke, and aims to solve the technical problem that the existing range hood is poor in oil smoke purification effect.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a range hood for efficiently purifying oil smoke, comprising: the range hood comprises a range hood body, wherein a containing cavity is formed in the range hood body, an oil fume filtering component is arranged in the containing cavity, the oil fume filtering component is connected with the inner wall of the containing cavity, and an air inlet and an air outlet which are communicated with the oil fume filtering component are formed in two ends of the containing cavity;

the oil smoke filtering component comprises a first oil smoke purifying layer and a second oil smoke purifying layer which are arranged oppositely, wherein the first oil smoke purifying layer and the second oil smoke purifying layer are provided with a plurality of through holes which are in regular hexagons, activated carbon particles are filled in the through holes, filter screens which are adaptive to the sizes of the through holes are arranged at the inlet and the outlet of the through holes, the filter screens are fixedly connected with the through holes, the aperture of each filter screen is smaller than the particle size of the activated carbon particles, and the particle size of the activated carbon particles in the first oil smoke purifying layer is larger than that of the activated carbon particles in the second oil smoke purifying layer;

one end of the first oil smoke purification layer is close to the air inlet, and the other end of the first oil smoke purification layer is provided with a second oil smoke purification layer.

Preferably, the first lampblack purification layer and the second lampblack purification layer are spaced by 20 centimeters.

Preferably, the air outlet is provided with a total volatile organic compound concentration detector connected with the inner wall of the accommodating cavity, and the total volatile organic compound concentration detector is electrically connected with an electric wire extending into the accommodating cavity.

Preferably, the accommodating cavity is close to the air outlet side and is further provided with a microbial degradation assembly, the microbial degradation assembly is connected with the inner wall of the accommodating cavity, the microbial degradation assembly is composed of a photocatalyst layer and an ultraviolet lamp, and the ultraviolet lamp is electrically connected with the conductive plate.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: the oil smoke filtering component is of a honeycomb structure, the honeycomb structure is formed by a plurality of hexagonal through holes, activated carbon particles are filled in the through holes, and when oil smoke passes through the oil smoke filtering component, the activated carbon particles can adsorb peculiar smell in the oil smoke. Because the oil smoke filtering component consists of the first oil smoke purifying layer and the second oil smoke purifying layer, the oil smoke passes through two filtering programs when passing through the oil smoke filtering component, and compared with the structure of one filtering program, the filtering layer of the structure can improve the oil smoke purifying effect; in addition, microorganisms in the oil smoke can be degraded through the microorganism degradation component, the reaction time of the photocatalyst layer and the microorganisms in the oil smoke can be prolonged through the rare earth long-acting luminous powder, and the efficiency of degrading the microorganisms can be improved. The range hood provided by the invention can play a role in efficiently purifying oil smoke.

Referring to fig. 1, in the fifth embodiment of the present invention, rare earth long-acting luminous powder is attached to the outer wall of the ultraviolet lamp 9 or/and the conductive plate 13.

In this embodiment, the rare earth long-acting luminescent powder absorbs light under the irradiation of sunlight or light, can convert absorbed light energy and store the converted light energy in the crystal lattice, converts the energy into light energy to emit light, and the luminescent rare earth long-acting luminescent powder can continuously react with the photocatalyst layer 8, thereby achieving the effect of degrading microorganisms.
