Detailed Description

In order to make the technical solutions of the present invention more clear and definite for those skilled in the art, the present invention is further described in detail below with reference to the examples and the accompanying drawings, but the embodiments of the present invention are not limited thereto.

As shown in fig. 1-10, the wireless monitoring device for a vertical mill type gear box provided in this embodiment includes a workbench 1, shock absorber assemblies are disposed on two sides of an inner wall of the workbench 1, an L-shaped holder 8 is mounted on the shock absorber assemblies, the vertical mill type gear box can be placed on an inner side of the L-shaped holder 8, a side middle fixing plate 7 is mounted in a middle portion of one side of the workbench 1, a second electric lifting rod 10 is mounted in a top middle portion of the side middle fixing plate 7 through a bearing, a detection frame 9 is mounted on a top portion of the second electric lifting rod 10, a third horizontal motion driving assembly is disposed at a bottom portion of the detection frame 9, a second adjusting slider 40 is disposed at a bottom portion of the third horizontal motion driving assembly, a detection head 41 is mounted at a bottom portion of the second adjusting slider 40, a gear adjusting assembly capable of adjusting rotation of the second electric lifting rod 10 is disposed at a bottom portion of an outer side of the second electric lifting rod 10, a first horizontal motion driving assembly is mounted at another side of the workbench 1, an L-shaped horizontal moving frame 4 which can be driven and adjusted by the first horizontal moving driving component is arranged on the first horizontal moving driving component, a second horizontal driving component is arranged on one side of the top of the L-shaped horizontal moving frame 4, a first adjusting slide block 15 which can move on the second horizontal driving component is arranged on the second horizontal driving component, a first electric lifting rod 6 is arranged at the bottom of the first adjusting slide block 15, a limiting adjusting disk 19 is arranged at the output end of the first electric lifting rod 6, telescopic grillage components which can rotate on the limiting adjusting disk 19 are arranged on two sides of the limiting adjusting disk 19, a third electric lifting rod 23 is arranged at the bottom end part of the inner telescopic plate 18, a sucker component is arranged at the output end of the third electric lifting rod 23, an adjusting cylinder component is arranged above the inner side of the sucker component, and an L-shaped connecting pipe 26 which penetrates through the side wall of the sucker component and is fixed at the bottom end part of the telescopic grillage component is arranged on one side of the adjusting cylinder component, the bottom of an adjusting cylinder assembly is provided with a screwing assembly, a screw clamping assembly is arranged between the upper part of the outer side of the adjusting cylinder assembly and the output end part of the screwing assembly, an air supply assembly is arranged at the top of the limiting adjusting disc 19, and the air supply assembly is communicated with the sucker assembly.

The general working principle is as follows: the vertical grinding type gear box is placed on the inner side of an L-shaped clamping seat 8, clamping and damping of the opposite grinding type gear box are achieved through the cooperation of a third damper 48, a second damper 47 and a first damper 38, a second adjusting motor 11 is started to drive a first adjusting threaded rod 12 to rotate, then an L-shaped horizontal moving frame 4 is adjusted to move to a proper position through the first adjusting threaded rod 12, a first electric lifting rod 6 is started to drive a limiting adjusting disc 19 to move downwards, a third adjusting motor 21 is started to drive an outer telescopic plate 17 to adjust the angle, an inner telescopic rod arranged in the outer telescopic plate 17 drives an inner telescopic plate 18 to adjust to enable a third electric lifting rod 23 to be located above a screw, the first electric lifting rod 6 is started to drive a screw screwing motor 32 to move downwards to enable a screw head 33 to be inserted into the screw and start the screw screwing motor 32 to screw out the screw, the screw screwing motor 32 is enabled to move upwards to compress an outer hollow cylinder 49 under the counter-acting force of the screw which is screwed out when the screw is screwed out, when the screw screwing motor 32 compresses the outer hollow cylinder 49, the screw moves upwards and is inserted into the inner side of the rubber pad 35 to clamp the screw, the third electric lifting rod 23 is started to drive the adsorption pipe barrel 24 to move downwards, the suction cup 29 of the third electric lifting rod is attached to the vertical grinding type gearbox cover plate, then the air pump 20 is started to suck air in the adsorption pipe barrel 24 and the suction cup 29 through the three-way pipe 16 and the connecting hose 22 so as to fix the vertical grinding type gearbox cover plate, the first electric lifting rod 6 is started to drive the limit adjusting disk 19 to move upwards, the vertical grinding type gearbox cover plate is opened through the upward movement of the limit adjusting disk 19, the second electric lifting rod 10 is started to adjust the height of the detection head 41, the fifth adjusting motor 43 is started to drive the adjusting gear 44 to move, the bottom gear ring 36 is driven by the adjusting gear 44 to move, the detection head 41 is driven by the bottom gear ring 36 to perform angle adjustment, the fourth adjusting motor 42 is started to drive the third adjusting threaded rod 39 to operate, the third adjusting threaded rod 39 drives the second adjusting slide block 40 to perform horizontal adjustment, and then the position of the detection head 41 inserted into the vertical grinding type gear box is adjusted, and the vertical grinding type gear is detected through the detection head 41.

In this embodiment, the bumper shock absorber subassembly includes spacing spout 45, spacing slider 46, second bumper shock absorber 47, first bumper shock absorber 38 and third bumper shock absorber 48, spacing spout 45 sets up the both sides at 1 inner wall of workstation, and spacing spout 45 has seted up three groups at 1 inner wall of workstation equidistant, second bumper shock absorber 47 is installed to the bottom of spacing spout 45 inboard, spacing slider 46 is installed at the top of second bumper shock absorber 47, third bumper shock absorber 48 is installed in spacing slider 46's the outside, third bumper shock absorber 48 installs first bumper shock absorber 38 in the outside near spacing slider 46 department and between the 1 bottom of workstation, L type grip slipper 8 is installed to the tip of third bumper shock absorber 48.

The wireless monitoring device of the vertical grinding type gear box and the detection method thereof comprise the following steps:

step 1: the vertical grinding type gear box is placed on the inner side of the L-shaped clamping seat 8, and clamping and damping of the vertical grinding type gear box are achieved through the cooperation of the third shock absorber 48, the second shock absorber 47 and the first shock absorber 38;

step 2: starting a second adjusting motor 11 to drive a first adjusting threaded rod 12 to rotate, and adjusting the L-shaped horizontal moving frame 4 to move to a proper position through the first adjusting threaded rod 12;

and step 3: starting the first electric lifting rod 6 to drive the limiting adjusting disc 19 to move downwards, and starting the third adjusting motor 21 to drive the outer telescopic plate 17 to adjust the angle;

and 4, step 4: the inner telescopic plate 18 is driven to adjust through the inner telescopic rod arranged in the outer telescopic plate 17, so that the third electric lifting rod 23 is positioned above the screw;

and 5: starting the first electric lifting rod 6 to drive the screw screwing motor 32 to move downwards so that the screw tightening head 33 of the screw screwing motor is inserted into the screw, and starting the screw screwing motor 32 to screw out the screw;

step 6: when screwing the screw, the screwing motor 32 moves upwards to compress the outer hollow cylinder 49 under the counterforce of screwing out the screw;

and 7: when the screwing motor 32 compresses the outer hollow cylinder 49, the screw moves upwards and is inserted into the inner side of the rubber pad 35 to clamp the screw;

and 8: starting the third electric lifting rod 23 to drive the adsorption pipe barrel 24 to move downwards, enabling the suction cup 29 of the third electric lifting rod to be attached to the vertical grinding type gearbox cover plate, starting the air pump 20 to suck air in the adsorption pipe barrel 24 and the suction cup 29 through the three-way pipe 16 and the connecting hose 22, and fixing the vertical grinding type gearbox cover plate;

and step 9: starting the first electric lifting rod 6 to drive the limiting adjusting disc 19 to move upwards, and opening the vertical grinding type gearbox cover plate through the upward movement of the limiting adjusting disc 19;

step 10: the second electric lifting rod 10 is started to adjust the height of the detection head 41, the fifth adjusting motor 43 is started to drive the adjusting gear 44 to move, the bottom gear ring 36 is driven to move through the adjusting gear 44, and the detection head 41 is driven to carry out angle adjustment through the bottom gear ring 36;

step 11: and starting a fourth adjusting motor 42 to drive a third adjusting threaded rod 39 to operate, driving a second adjusting slide block 40 to perform horizontal adjustment through the third adjusting threaded rod 39, adjusting the position of a detection head 41 inserted into the vertical grinding type gear box, and detecting the vertical grinding type gear through the detection head 41.
