In the embodiment, when the device is used, the front end of the device is inserted into a uterine cavity, the guide rod 7 is rotated, the guide rod 7 drives the screw rod 13 to rotate, the screw rod 13 drives the sliding sleeve 12 to vertically lift, meanwhile, the first connecting rod 9 and the second connecting rod 10 rotate around the fixed block 15 and drive the arc-shaped fixed strip 6 to extend, so that the arc-shaped fixed strip 6 props against the peripheral inner wall of the uterine cavity, the screw rod 13 drives the scraping head 1 to rotate and also promote the stretching of the scraping head 1, thereby completing the supporting and fixing of the rear end of the device, meanwhile, the rotating guide rod 7 drives the scraping head 1 at the end part of the conical hose 3 to scrape the uterine cavity, in the process, nursing liquid is injected into the two first nursing liquid hoses and is guided into the liquid guiding head 2 through the first hose 16 and the second hose 21, the inner wall of the uterine cavity is effectively nursed by the liquid guiding head 2, and in the process, when the nursing liquid in one of the first hose 16 and the second hose 21 is reduced, the nursing liquid in the standby conduit pushes up the piston rod in the L-shaped tube 20 at the pressure-reduced end due to the reduction of the internal pressure, so that the nursing liquid supplements the nursing liquid, thereby supplementing the nursing liquid to the first hose 16 and the second hose 21.

Example 2:

a method for using a uterine curettage device for obstetrics and gynecology department, as shown in fig. 1 to 5, comprising the steps of:

s1: when the device is used, the front end of the device is inserted into a uterine cavity, the guide rod 7 is rotated, the guide rod 7 drives the screw rod 13 to rotate, and the screw rod 13 drives the sliding sleeve 12 to vertically lift;

s2: meanwhile, the first connecting rod 9 and the second connecting rod 10 rotate around the fixing block 15 and drive the arc-shaped fixing strip 6 to extend, so that the arc-shaped fixing strip 6 is propped against the inner wall of the periphery of the uterine cavity, and the screw 13 drives the scraping head 1 to rotate and simultaneously promotes the stretching of the scraping head 1, thereby completing the supporting and fixing of the rear end of the device;

s3: the rotating guide rod 7 drives the curettage head 1 at the end part of the conical hose 3 to curette the uterine cavity, and in the process, nursing liquid is injected into the two first nursing liquid hoses and is guided into the liquid guiding head 2 through the first hose 16 and the second hose 21, so that the inner wall of the uterine cavity is effectively nursed by the liquid guiding head 2;

s4: meanwhile, when the nursing liquid in one of the first hose 16 and the second hose 21 decreases, the nursing liquid in the standby conduit pushes up the piston rod in the L-shaped tube 20 at the pressure-decreasing end due to the decrease of the internal pressure, so that the nursing liquid replenishes the nursing liquid, thereby playing a role of replenishing the nursing liquid in the first hose 16 and the second hose 21.
