2. The uterine elevator of claim 1, wherein the uterine elevator cup comprises:

a cup (3), wherein a port of the cup (3) is configured with the transmission light source (1);

a cup cover (4), wherein the cup cover (4) is assembled on the cup body (3) and is formed into a transparent structure at least at the position where the transmission light source (1) is emitted so as to enable the transmission light source (1) to emit.

3. Uterine manipulator according to claim 2, characterized in that the switch (21) of the power supply device (2) comprises:

the power supply device comprises two contacts (211), wherein an insulating sheet (212) is arranged between the two contacts (211), and a power supply circuit of the power supply device (2) is in a disconnected state in an initial state;

the device comprises an insulation sheet (212), wherein one end of the insulation sheet (212) is formed into a blocking end, the blocking end is used for disconnecting two contacts (211), the other end of the insulation sheet (212) is formed into a pulling end, the pulling end penetrates through the uterus lifting cup through an elastic sealing gasket (213), when the device is used, the pulling end of the insulation sheet (212) is pulled to enable the insulation sheet (212) to be separated from the two contacts (211) and the uterus lifting cup, the two contacts (211) are closed to conduct the power supply circuit, and meanwhile the elastic sealing gasket (213) seals a penetrating hole (321) of the uterus lifting cup;

4. A uterine manipulator according to claim 3, characterized in that the elastic sealing gasket (213) is attached to the cup body (3) by means of a groove in the inner wall of the cup body (3) and covers the insertion opening (321).

5. The uterine elevator according to claim 4, characterized in that the bottom of the uterine elevator cup is formed with a universal interface (5).

The uterine manipulator according to claim 2, wherein the transmission light source (1) comprises a circular lamp bead plate (11) fixed on the port, a plurality of circular LED lamp beads (12) uniformly distributed are arranged on the circular lamp bead plate (11), and the power supply device (2) further comprises a battery holder (22) annularly distributed in the cup wall (31) and a battery pack (23) installed in the battery holder (22).

7. A use method of a uterine manipulator is characterized by comprising the following steps:

providing a womb lifting rod (7), wherein the womb lifting rod (7) is a hollow rod, and a first fixing lock (71) for fixing a force applying rod (8) is arranged on the womb lifting rod (7);

providing a stress application rod (8), wherein the stress application rod (8) is inserted into the uterus lifting rod (7) and is fixed in the uterus lifting rod (7) through a first fixing lock (71);

providing a uterus lifting frame (9), wherein the uterus lifting frame (9) is a hollow frame, a second fixing lock (91) for fixing the uterus lifting rod (7) is arranged at the first end of the uterus lifting frame (9), the second end of the uterus lifting frame (9) is a mounting end for mounting a uterus lifting cup, and the uterus lifting rod (7) penetrates into the first end of the uterus lifting frame (9), penetrates out of the mounting end and is fixed on the uterus lifting rod (7) through the second fixing lock (91);

providing a lifting cup, wherein the lifting cup is provided with a transmission light source (1), the transmission light source (1) emits outwards along the axial direction, the transmission light source (1) is at least arranged at the outer edge of the cup opening of the lifting cup to form a transmission aperture, a cup wall (31) of the lifting cup is integrated with a power supply device (2), a switch (21) of the power supply device (2) comprises two contacts (211), an insulating sheet (212) is arranged between the two contacts (211), the blocking end of the insulating sheet (212) is used for disconnecting the two contacts (211), the drawing end of the insulating sheet (212) penetrates through the lifting cup through an elastic sealing gasket (213), and the power supply circuit of the power supply device (2) is in a disconnection state under an initial state;

Background

The uterus lifter is an appliance for the full-cutting or sub-full-cutting operation of the uterus, comprises a uterus lifting rod, a stress application rod, a uterus lifting frame, a uterus lifting cup and the like, can solve the problems of gas leakage after the vagina is cut, difficult uterus swinging, fuzzy boundary between the cervix and the vaginal wall and the like in the laparoscopic full-uterectomy operation, and is beneficial to the complete excision of the cervix. However, in clinical use, there is still a case where the internal structure of the tissue at the cup opening of the uterine cup (hysterectomy is circumferential incision along the outer edge of the cup opening) is not observed, and thus, side damage such as cutting off of the ureter, blood vessel, rectum, and the like occurs. In the case of the ureter, the main reason why the ureter is cut is that the distribution position of the ureter in the tissue of some special patients is different from that of common people, and the operator in the prior art cannot observe the internal hierarchical structure of the tissue through a laparoscope, and finds that the ureter is cut, and only the ureter suture operation can be performed for remediation.

Preferably, the LED light source is embedded in the side surface of the cup body, the light rays are emitted from the middle section of the cup body along the radial direction, only the focus on the surface layer of the tissue can be marked, the internal hierarchical structure of the tissue can not be observed, the linkage with the uterine manipulator can not be formed, the effect in the whole operation is smaller, more importantly, the popularization and the application of the controllable optical display uterine manipulator have to change the system and the mechanism of the existing medical field in the full-cut or sub-full-cut operation of the uterus, particularly, the controllable optical display uterine manipulator has to use a set of special parts which is carried by the controllable optical display manipulator, and has no economy, meanwhile, as the whole set of equipment is replaced, other unknown risks can also appear in the operation, a great amount of time and energy are spent on an operator to learn the use method of the original uterine manipulator and the matched facilities thereof, and then a set of use method of the controllable optical display uterine manipulator which has little benefit and unknown risks to the operation is obviously unpractical to the operator to learn, in addition, the patent literature for the disinfection problem of the controllable light-display uterine manipulator is not mentioned.

Therefore, the uterine manipulator which can assist in observing the internal hierarchical structure of the organization and has practical value is significant.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides a uterine manipulator, which solves the technical problems that the internal hierarchical structure of tissues cannot be observed and the uterine manipulator is not universal with the existing accessories in the prior art.

The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows:

the invention provides a uterine manipulator, comprising: the uterine manipulator comprises a uterine lifting rod, a first fixing lock and a second fixing lock, wherein the uterine lifting rod is a hollow rod, and the first fixing lock is used for fixing a force applying rod; the stress application rod is inserted into the uterus lifting rod and fixed in the uterus lifting rod; the uterine manipulator comprises a uterine lifting frame, a first fixing lock and a second fixing lock, wherein the uterine lifting frame is a hollow frame, the first end of the uterine lifting frame is provided with the second fixing lock for fixing a uterine lifting rod, the second end of the uterine lifting frame is a mounting end for mounting a uterine lifting cup, and the uterine lifting rod penetrates in from the first end of the uterine lifting frame and penetrates out from the mounting end; the uterine manipulator comprises a uterine manipulator cup, wherein the uterine manipulator cup is provided with a transmission light source, the transmission light source is emitted outwards along the axial direction, the transmission light source at least forms a transmission aperture at the outer edge of the cup rim of the uterine manipulator cup, and a power supply device is integrated on the cup wall of the uterine manipulator cup.

Further, the lift palace cup includes: a cup body, a port of which is configured with the transmission light source; a cup cover assembled on the cup body and formed into a transparent structure at least at a position where the transmission light source exits to cause the transmission light source to exit.

Further, the switch of the power supply device includes: the power supply device comprises two contacts, wherein an insulating sheet is arranged between the two contacts, and a power supply circuit of the power supply device is in a disconnected state in an initial state; when the uterine lifting cup is used, the traction end of the insulating sheet is pulled to enable the insulating sheet to be separated from the two contacts and the uterine lifting cup, the two contacts are closed to conduct the power supply circuit, and meanwhile, the elastic sealing gasket seals the insertion port of the uterine lifting cup; the elastic sealing gasket is provided with a via hole for the insulating sheet to pass through, and when the insulating sheet is separated from the elastic sealing gasket, the via hole forms a reverse nip structure.

Furthermore, the elastic sealing gasket is attached to the cup body by means of a groove in the inner wall of the cup body and covers the inserting hole.

Further, the transmission light source comprises an annular lamp bead plate fixed on the port, a plurality of annular LED lamp beads evenly distributed are arranged on the annular lamp bead plate, and the power supply device further comprises a battery rack distributed in the cup wall in an annular mode and a battery pack installed in the battery rack.

On the other hand, the invention also provides a use method of the uterine manipulator, which comprises the following steps: providing a uterus lifting rod which is a hollow rod, wherein a first fixing lock for fixing a stress application rod is arranged on the uterus lifting rod; providing a stress application rod, wherein the stress application rod is inserted into the uterus lifting rod and is fixed in the uterus lifting rod through the first fixing lock; providing a uterus lifting frame which is a hollow frame, wherein a first end of the uterus lifting frame is provided with a second fixing lock for fixing a uterus lifting rod, a second end of the uterus lifting frame is a mounting end for mounting a uterus lifting cup, and the uterus lifting rod penetrates through the first end of the uterus lifting frame, penetrates out of the mounting end and is fixed on the uterus lifting rod through the second fixing lock; providing a lifting cup, wherein the lifting cup is provided with a transmission light source, the transmission light source is outwards emergent along the axial direction, the transmission light source is at least arranged at the outer edge of the cup opening of the lifting cup to form a transmission aperture, a power supply device is integrated on the cup wall of the lifting cup, a switch of the power supply device comprises two contacts, an insulating sheet is arranged between the two contacts, a blocking end of the insulating sheet is used for disconnecting the two contacts, a drawing end of the insulating sheet penetrates through the lifting cup through an elastic sealing gasket, and a power supply circuit of the power supply device is in a disconnected state in an initial state; after the assembly is finished, the traction end of the insulation sheet is pulled to enable the insulation sheet to be separated from the two contacts and the uterine lifting cup, the two contacts are closed to conduct the power supply circuit, the transmission light source is lightened, and meanwhile, the through hole of the elastic sealing gasket forms a reverse nip structure to prevent the insulation sheet from being inserted again; and providing an auxiliary transmission light source in the operation, taking down the uterine lifting cup after the operation is finished to discard, and sterilizing the uterine lifting rod, the stressing rod and the uterine lifting frame for reuse.

Based on the technical scheme, the invention can realize the following technical effects:

1. the uterine manipulator is characterized in that a transmission light source is arranged on a uterine lifting cup of the uterine manipulator, transmission light rays of the transmission light source are emitted to a cup opening along the axial direction of the uterine lifting cup, an aperture is formed on the outer edge of the cup opening of the uterine lifting cup by the emitted transmission light rays, the formed aperture is directly irradiated into a tissue, so that a hierarchical structure in the tissue is clearly and completely presented in a matched laparoscope display, an operator can adjust the position of the uterine lifting cup while observing the trend of blood vessels in the tissue to smooth tissue wrinkles, the operator can keep track of the boundaries of the blood vessels, ureters, rectum and the like adhered in the tissue, and finally the uterine lifting cup is adjusted to the optimal position to perform subsequent cutting. The transmission light source and the uterine lifting cup form good linkage, clearly and completely indicate the specific trend of blood vessels in tissues and the boundaries of blood vessels at adhesion positions, ureters, rectum and the like to an operator in an operation, greatly simplify operation steps, shorten operation time, reduce operation difficulty, avoid side injury and optimize operation effect.

2. The transmission light source, the storage battery and the switch are integrated in the cup wall of the cup body of the uterus lifting cup, so that the external structure and the size of the uterus lifting cup of the uterus lifting device are the same as those of the existing uterus lifting cup, and the uterus lifting device and accessories of the existing uterus lifting device, such as a uterus lifting rod, a force applying rod, a uterus lifting frame and the like, can be used universally. The invention firstly arranges a transmission light source at the cup mouth of the uterus lifting cup to realize the transmission effect, then selects a luminous element and a battery, preferably selects a battery pack which has small volume and can be conveniently installed in the wall of the uterus lifting cup on the premise of ensuring the transmissivity of the luminous element and the working time, then arranges a switch which ensures the stability of a power supply circuit and the internal sealing of the wall of the uterus lifting cup, can not change the appearance structure and the size of the uterus lifting cup to avoid interference, and can not repeatedly use the uterus lifting cup, in order to simultaneously meet the requirements on the switch, the switch of the power supply device of the invention selects a contact to control the on-off of the power supply circuit, arranges an insulating sheet between the contacts, the insulating sheet extends out of the cup body through the inserting mouth on the cup body, the inserting mouth is designed at one end of the cup body far away from the cup mouth, and the elastic sealing gasket is arranged at the inserting mouth for sealing, the power supply circuit is connected when the insulating sheet is drawn out, and the elastic sealing gasket forms an anti-bite structure to seal the through hole on the through socket and the elastic sealing gasket, so that the stability of the power supply circuit, the sealing property of the inner wall of the cup body and the safety of the uterus lifting cup (the uterus lifting cup cannot be closed after the switch is opened so as to prevent the uterus lifting cup from being recycled) are simultaneously met, the uterus lifting cup can be perfectly matched with other parts in the existing uterus lifting device and used on the premise of increasing the transmission function of the uterus lifting device, the uterus lifting cup is used as a disposable consumable, other expensive parts are sterilized and reused, therefore, the uterus lifting device has good economical efficiency and universality, the acquisition cost of hospitals is saved, the time and the energy for relearning are saved for the operators, and the uterus lifting device can be accepted and applied to the market and various hospitals clinically, and finally, the uterine manipulator has the real practicability.

Transmission light source 1 is including fixing annular lamp pearl board 11 on lifting palace cup port, dispose the LED lamp pearl 12 that ten rings were evenly arranged on annular lamp pearl board 11, the power of single LED lamp pearl 12 is 1W, ten LED lamp pearl 12 parallel connection on the annular lamp pearl board 11, not only can guarantee like this that whole supply circuit's rated voltage keeps unanimous with single LED lamp pearl 12's voltage, thereby reduce calorific capacity, and in case a certain LED lamp pearl 12 damages in the parallel circuit, also do not influence other LED lamp pearl 12's normal work. It should be noted that the light emitting element of the transmissive light source 1 of the present application is not limited to the LED lamp bead 12, and may be a laser emitter or any element capable of emitting light.
