Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of sanitary products, in particular to a quick-absorption dry-comfortable absorption article and a manufacturing method thereof.

Background

The common disposable absorbent articles in the market at present mainly comprise baby diapers, sanitary napkins of female sanitary products, adult incontinence products, adult pants and the like. The existing sanitary absorption articles are roughly divided into a liquid-permeable surface layer material, a liquid diversion material, an absorber wrapping material, an absorber and a breathable liquid-impermeable bottom layer material, and other structures such as a functional core, a cover cloth and the like are added according to specific requirements.

With the development of the times, the requirements of consumers on sanitary absorbent articles are continuously improved, and the sanitary absorbent articles are required to have the performances of instant absorption, instant drying, higher absorption performance, health, ventilation, better comfort and the like. However, most of the existing absorbent articles still have the problems of dryness, air impermeability, poor stability or absorbability of the absorber and the like after absorbing liquid, and bacteria are easy to grow after long-term use, and the bacteriostatic performance is not good, so that improvement is needed.

Therefore, in view of the above disadvantages, there is a need for a fast-absorbing dry absorbent article having fast absorption speed, good dryness, good bacteriostatic properties, and improved comfort for users.

Disclosure of Invention

The technical problem to be solved by the invention is that the existing absorbing article can not effectively solve the problems of incapability of quick absorption, poor dryness, poor antibacterial performance and the like. Accordingly, in response to the deficiencies of the prior art, a fast-absorbing, dry-comfortable absorbent article and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to solve one or more problems of the prior absorbent articles.

compounding a non-woven fabric formed by mixing hemp fibers and tea fibers as a hemp antibacterial material above the covering layer, and performing flow guide embossing to form a flow guide layer;

compounding a liquid-permeable surface layer above the flow guide layer, and compounding a breathable bottom layer and base membrane non-woven fabrics below the second absorption layer to form an absorption body;

and arranging three-dimensional fencing at two sides of the absorption main body to obtain the quick absorption dry and comfortable absorption article.

In some embodiments, the making of the guide embossing includes: the hemp antibacterial material is subjected to diversion embossing by the compression roller, preferably, the middle part of the compression roller is discontinuously embossed in an elliptical shape, and the other parts of the compression roller are embossed in a diamond shape.

(2) In some preferred embodiments of the present invention, the hemp bacteriostatic material is a non-woven fabric formed by mixing hemp fibers and tea fibers, wherein both the hemp fibers and the tea fibers have bacteriostatic and odor-removing effects, and when the hemp fibers and the tea fibers are used in combination, the dual bacteriostatic effect can be achieved, so that the bacteriostatic and odor-removing effects are enhanced, the bacterial growth can be effectively inhibited, the odor can be reduced, and the problem of poor bacteriostatic effect of the existing absorbent article can be solved.

(3) In some preferred embodiments of the present invention, the absorbent layer includes a small raised absorbent core and a large absorbent core, and the small raised absorbent core and the large absorbent core are made of a mixture of fluff pulp and a high water absorbent resin, wherein the high water absorbent resin is a high blood-philic high water absorbent resin, which can well prevent a high polymer material from being agglomerated after blood absorption, thereby avoiding affecting the blood absorption effect, and the menstrual blood can be rapidly absorbed at the first time through the arrangement of the small raised absorbent core, so that the absorbent article has high water absorbency, and can improve dryness.

(5) The rapid absorption dry type absorbent article in some preferred embodiments of the present invention has good bacteriostatic and odor-removing effects, and has the characteristics of rapid liquid infiltration speed, good surface dryness, good air permeability and rapid absorption speed, and the absorbent article can be suitable for sanitary napkins, menstrual pants, paper diapers, adult pants, and the like.

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1 to 2, in some embodiments of the present invention, there is provided a rapid absorption dry comfortable absorbent article comprising an absorbent body comprising, in order from top to bottom, a liquid-permeable top sheet 1, a liquid-directing layer 2, a cover layer 3, an absorbent layer 4, a breathable back sheet 5 and a carrier film nonwoven fabric 6;

wherein the flow guide layer 2 is made of hemp antibacterial material;

the covering layer 3 is made of at least one of non-woven fabrics or super absorbent resin absorbent paper;

According to an embodiment of the present invention, the rapid absorption dry type absorbent article includes an absorption body, for example, as shown in fig. 1, the absorption body includes a liquid permeable surface layer 1, a flow guide layer 2, a cover layer 3, an absorption layer 4, a breathable bottom layer 5 and a bottom film nonwoven fabric 6 which are sequentially stacked from top to bottom, in the embodiment of the present invention, the liquid permeable surface layer 1 is a side close to the skin of a human body and is in direct contact with the skin; basement membrane non-woven fabrics 6 bonds in the bottom of ventilative bottom 5, and ventilative bottom 5 constitutes the basement membrane layer with basement membrane non-woven fabrics 6 complex, and the basement membrane layer sets up and is keeping away from human skin one side. The absorption layer 4 is positioned between the covering layer 3 and the breathable back layer 5, and the absorption layer 4 may be composed of two layers, i.e., a first absorption layer 41 and a second absorption layer 42, and functions as an absorption body of the rapid absorption dry type absorbent article according to the present invention to absorb liquid. The first absorbent layer 41 is a small raised absorbent core, and the size of the small raised absorbent core is smaller than the size of the second absorbent layer 42. Therefore, the lower-seepage liquid can quickly infiltrate into the core body (the second absorption layer) at the lower layer to absorb the surface liquid, the absorption speed is high, and the surface dryness of the absorption article can be improved.

Therefore, the rapid absorption dry and comfortable absorbent article has the advantages of good bacteriostatic and odor removing effects, simple structure, novel concept, high liquid infiltration speed, high water absorption, good dryness and good air permeability, can greatly improve the comfort of a wearer, and solves the problems of slow absorption speed, poor dryness, poor bacteriostatic property and the like of the absorbent article in the prior art.

It is to be noted that the raised absorbent core is understood to mean, in terms of shape, that it may have a raised structure, such as an absorbent core in the form of an upward bulge, in terms of size, that is smaller than the size of the second absorbent layer located therebelow. In contrast, the second absorbent layer may be a conventional large absorbent core without the projections and having a size larger than the small absorbent cores of the projections. For example, the side of the raised absorbent core adjacent the cover layer may have an arcuate raised surface such that it has a convex shape. In the embodiment of the present invention, the specific shape structure, the height of the protrusion, and the like of the convex absorbent core are not limited as long as they have a convex shape and do not limit the object of the present invention.

In some embodiments, the rapid-absorbing, dry-top absorbent article comprises at least one of a diaper, a pull-up pant, a sanitary napkin, a pantiliner, or a menstrual pant. Preferably, in some embodiments, the rapid-absorbing dry absorbent article is a sanitary napkin or menstrual pant.

For convenience of description, the present examples describe the absorbent article of the rapid-absorption dry type and the method of manufacturing the same in terms of a sanitary napkin or menstrual pants. However, those skilled in the art will appreciate that the principles of the present invention may be practiced in any suitably arranged absorbent article and is not limited to sanitary napkins or catamenial pants, for example, and the fast-absorbing, dry-on absorbent article may also be a pull-up pant or like absorbent article. The embodiments of the present application are not particularly limited with respect to the size of the particular product for the absorbent article, such as sanitary napkin, menstrual pants, etc. Moreover, descriptions of well-known functions and constructions of the absorbent article may be omitted for clarity and conciseness.

It should be noted that in the attached drawing of fig. 1, the structures are peeled off from each other for clearly showing the position relationship between the structures, and it should be understood that the structures are tightly and/or partially attached to each other.

In the present invention, the liquid-permeable top sheet 1, the liquid-permeable top sheet 2, the cover sheet 3, the absorbent layer 4, the breathable back sheet 5, and the base film nonwoven fabric 6 may be bonded in this order by, for example, hot melt adhesives. In addition, in the embodiment of the present invention, the connection manner between the layers includes, but is not limited to, a manner of adhering by using a hot melt adhesive, and other connection manners known in the art may also be used, which is not limited in this embodiment of the present invention.

It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, there is no particular limitation on the shape and size of the first absorption layer 41 and the second absorption layer 42 included in the absorption layer 4, and the first absorption layer and the second absorption layer may be formed into different shapes and have desired sizes according to needs. For example, as for the shape, the first absorption layer 41 and the second absorption layer 42 may be, for example, a cylinder, a cube, a rectangular parallelepiped, or designed to have various shapes according to actual needs. When the first and second absorbent layers are cylindrical, the size of the raised absorbent mini-cores being smaller than the size of the second absorbent layer may mean that the diameter of the raised absorbent mini-cores is smaller than the diameter of the second absorbent layer. When the first and second absorption layers are cuboids, the dimension of the convex absorbing small core being smaller than the dimension of the second absorption layer may mean that the length and width of the convex absorbing small core are smaller than the length and width of the second absorption layer. Alternatively, when the first and second absorbent layers have the above-described shape or other shapes, the fact that the size of the small protruded absorbent cores is smaller than that of the second absorbent layer may also mean that the cross-sectional area of the small protruded absorbent cores is smaller than that of the second absorbent layer.

It is also noted that the terms "first," "second," and the like are used for descriptive purposes only and are not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance.

In some embodiments, the hemp bacteria-inhibiting material is a non-woven fabric formed by mixing hemp fibers and tea fibers. The hemp fiber belongs to typical functional and environment-friendly textile fiber, and has excellent health-care characteristics due to the special fiber structure, such as natural bacteriostasis, moisture absorption and sweat releasing, deodorization, environmental friendliness, human body friendliness, antistatic property and the like, and is soft, comfortable and tasty. The natural bacteriostatic principle of the hemp fiber is that the hemp structure has a porous structure and strong adsorption capacity, and more oxygen is adsorbed in the hemp fiber in a natural state, so that the living environment of anaerobic bacteria is damaged. The tea fiber is a fiber with antibacterial and deodorant functions, is prepared by extracting a natural antibacterial agent from tea leaves, belongs to a full-natural green natural antibacterial material, does not contain any chemical product, is safe and free from toxic and side effects, and can avoid pollution to the environment and potential harm to a human body; but also has the characteristics of moisture absorption and ventilation. The hemp antibacterial material is applied to the absorption articles, not only can endow the absorption articles with the functions of bacteriostasis and odor removal, but also can enable the absorption articles to have comfortable hand feeling, softness, dryness, safety, reliability and no toxic or side effect.

In the embodiment of the invention, the hemp antibacterial material can be obtained by mixing the commercially available hemp fibers and the commercially available tea fibers according to a certain proportion and manufacturing the non-woven fabric according to a known non-woven fabric manufacturing method. Or, the modified hemp fiber or the modified tea fiber can be prepared by adopting a method known in the related field, and the modified hemp fiber or the modified tea fiber can be further mixed to obtain the hemp antibacterial material; in this way, the bacteriostatic properties or comfort of use can be further optimized.

In some embodiments, the mass ratio of the hemp fibers to the tea fibers is 0.5-5: the mass ratio of hemp fibers to the tea fibers may be, for example, 0.5: 1. 1: 1. 1.5: 1. 1.8: 1. 2: 1. 2.5: 1. 3: 1. 4: 1. 5: 1, etc. Preferably, in some embodiments, the mass ratio of the hemp fibers to the tea fibers is 1.5-3: more preferably, in some embodiments, the mass ratio of the hemp fibers to the tea fibers is 2: 1.

In some embodiments, the cover layer 3 is made of a nonwoven fabric or a super absorbent resin absorbent paper, wherein the nonwoven fabric may be a through air nonwoven fabric, a spun bonded nonwoven fabric, a wood pulp spunlace nonwoven fabric, or other types of nonwoven fabrics. Preferably, in some embodiments, the cover layer 3 is made of super absorbent resin absorbent paper.

More preferably, super absorbent resin absorbent paper is made for wet process super absorbent resin absorbent paper, super absorbent resin absorbent paper is made for wet process is the super absorbent resin absorbent paper that forms through wet process papermaking technology with super absorbent resin evenly distributed between two-layer raw paper layer made by wood pulp, super absorbent resin absorbent paper is made for wet process includes two-layer raw paper and presss from both sides the super absorbent resin between two-layer raw paper. In the present invention, the wet-process super absorbent resin absorbent paper is formed by uniformly distributing super absorbent resin between two raw paper layers made of wood pulp through the existing wet-process paper making process (for example, the wet-process paper making process disclosed in chinese patent application CN 201710966882.0). The super absorbent resin absorbent paper manufactured by a wet method is used for manufacturing the covering layer, so that liquid such as menstrual blood can be effectively absorbed, and the dryness is better.

In the embodiment of the present invention, the cover layer 3 may be made of one, two or three layers of wet-process super absorbent resin absorbent paper, which can satisfy the required absorption performance and has a small thickness.

In the embodiment of the invention, the super absorbent resin is added into the wet-process super absorbent resin composite paper at the early stage of the formation of the wood pulp paper layer, and the super absorbent resin is compounded with the paper fiber at the early stage of the formation of the paper, so that the super absorbent resin is completely embedded in the paper fiber, the contact area of the super absorbent resin and the fiber is greatly increased, and the liquid conductivity of the paper fiber and the super absorbent resin is enhanced, thereby greatly increasing the liquid absorption capacity and absorption speed of the wet-process super absorbent resin composite paper obtained by formation.

In some embodiments, the wet-laid super absorbent resin absorbent paper may have a grammage of 30g/m2~300g/m2Further, it may be 50g/m2~200g/m2Further, it may be 70g/m2~150g/m2. In some embodiments, the raised absorbent pledget 41 is made from at least one of a wet-laid superabsorbent resin absorbent paper, a dust-free paper superabsorbent resin absorbent paper, a dry-laid absorbent paper, a composite absorbent pledget, fluff pulp, a mixture comprising fluff pulp, or a non-woven cloth-wrapped superabsorbent resin. Specifically, the small raised absorbing core body can adopt a wet method to manufacture super absorbent resin absorbent paper, can adopt dust-free paper super absorbent resin absorbent paper, can adopt dry absorbent paper, can adopt a composite absorbing core body, can adopt fluff pulp, can adopt a mixture containing the fluff pulp, can adopt non-woven fabric to wrap the super absorbent resin, or can adopt a composite structure formed by compounding two or more than two. Where the mixture comprises fluff pulp is meant a mixture formed by mixing fluff pulp with other materials, such as liquid-absorbent swelling materials. The small convex absorption core body made of the materials has the advantages of good absorption effect, strong absorption capacity, good air permeability, good dryness and comfort in wearing.

In some embodiments, the second absorbent layer 42 is a large absorbent core made from at least one of wet-laid super absorbent resin absorbent paper, dust-free paper super absorbent resin absorbent paper, dry absorbent paper, composite absorbent cores, fluff pulp, a mixture comprising fluff pulp, or non-woven cloth-wrapped super absorbent resin. Specifically, the large absorption core body can adopt a wet method to manufacture the super absorbent resin absorbent paper, can adopt the dust-free paper super absorbent resin absorbent paper, can adopt dry absorbent paper, can adopt a composite absorption core body, can adopt fluff pulp, can adopt a mixture containing the fluff pulp, can adopt non-woven fabric to wrap the super absorbent resin, or can adopt a composite structure formed by compounding two or more than two. Where the mixture comprises fluff pulp is meant a mixture formed by mixing fluff pulp with other materials, such as liquid-absorbent swelling materials. The large absorption core body made of the materials has the advantages of good absorption effect, strong absorption capacity, good air permeability, good dryness and comfort.

According to the embodiment of the present invention, the materials for the small convex absorbent core 41 and the large absorbent core 42 may be the same or different. For example, the small raised absorbent cores and the large absorbent cores are made of a mixture containing fluff pulp, or the small raised absorbent cores and the large absorbent cores are made of fluff pulp, or the small raised absorbent cores are made of a mixture containing fluff pulp, and the large absorbent cores are made of composite absorbent cores. In order to facilitate the manufacture, reduce the manufacturing process, improve the efficiency and enhance the absorbency, it is preferred that the raised absorbent small core and the raised absorbent large core are made of the same material, e.g. a mixture comprising fluff pulp.

As shown in FIG. 2, in some embodiments, the raised absorbent core 41 is made from a fluff pulp-containing mixture of fluff pulp 401 and superabsorbent resin 402.

In some embodiments, the large absorbent core 42 is made from a fluff pulp-containing mixture of fluff pulp and superabsorbent resin.

The absorption layer is made of a mixture formed by mixing fluff pulp and super absorbent resin, and the absorption layer is made into a small convex absorption core body and a large convex absorption core body, so that the downward-permeating liquid can quickly permeate into the large absorption core body, the residual moisture on the surface can be absorbed, and the dryness of the surface layer is ensured; thereby can effectively play the effect of conducting liquid, increasing the absorption core gas permeability, the very first time absorbs liquid fast to guarantee absorbent article's dry and comfortable nature.

According to the embodiment of the invention, the fluff pulp has good water absorption and rapid diffusion; the fluff pulp has high fiber whiteness, soft fiber, certain elasticity, better core cushion integrity and accordance with the specified sanitary index, the production raw materials are needle wood, broad leaf wood, non-wood fiber and the like, and meanwhile, the fluff pulp has loose fiber and good air permeability; in some embodiments, the fluff pulp employed is wood pulp.

Super absorbent resin, also called as Super Absorbent Polymer (SAP), is a typical functional polymer material. In the embodiment of the invention, the adopted super absorbent resin is a strong hemophilic super absorbent resin, namely a super absorbent resin with high blood suction speed, the hemophilic performance is high, the blood suction speed can reach 30 seconds and can suck 15mL of animal blood, and the blood suction speed is far higher than that of the common super absorbent resin. The super absorbent resin with strong hemophilicity can well avoid the agglomeration phenomenon of the high polymer material after blood absorption, and avoid influencing the blood absorption effect.

In some embodiments, the superabsorbent resin has a grammage of 10g/m2~300g/m2The grain diameter is 30-100 meshes, the water retention capacity is not lower than 25g/g, and the liquid passing capacity is not lower than 0.1 mL/min. Further, in some preferred embodiments, the grammage of the superabsorbent resin is 50g/m2~250g/m2The grain diameter is 40-80 meshes, the water retention capacity is not lower than 30g/g, and the liquid passing capacity is not lower than 0.5 mL/min.

In some embodiments, the mass ratio of the super absorbent resin to the fluff pulp is 1-5: 0.5-2.5, wherein the mass ratio of the super absorbent resin to the fluff pulp can be 1: 0.5, 2: 0.5, 2: 1. 2.5: 1. 3: 1. 4: 2. 4.5: 2.5, etc. Preferably, in some embodiments, the mass ratio of the super absorbent resin to the fluff pulp is 2: 0.5 to 1.5. More preferably, in some embodiments, the mass ratio of the superabsorbent resin to the fluff pulp is 2: 1. the proportion of the super absorbent resin to the fluff pulp can refer to the proportion of the super absorbent resin to the fluff pulp in the small raised absorbent core body, and can also refer to the proportion of the super absorbent resin to the fluff pulp in the large absorbent core body. By adopting the mixture of the super absorbent resin and the fluff pulp in the appropriate proportion range, particularly the mass ratio of the super absorbent resin to the fluff pulp is 2: under the condition of 1, the super absorbent resin can be fully utilized to absorb liquid, the absorbed liquid is firmly locked in the super absorbent resin, the characteristic of dryness of an absorption layer is ensured, the characteristic of good conductivity of fluff pulp can be fully utilized, the liquid can be rapidly conducted away after the absorption layer absorbs the liquid, and the air permeability and the flexibility of the absorption article are good under the action of the fluff pulp.

In some embodiments, the liquid-permeable surface layer 1 is made of nonwoven fabric, and preferably, the liquid-permeable surface layer 1 is made of one or more of air-through nonwoven fabric, spun-bonded nonwoven fabric, pure cotton nonwoven fabric, bamboo fiber nonwoven fabric, or spunlace nonwoven fabric. Of course, the liquid-permeable surface layer can also be made of other types of nonwoven. The liquid-permeable top sheet 1 is preferably made of a soft, breathable nonwoven fabric having good moisture absorption properties, and can be used with increased comfort. More preferably, the liquid-permeable top sheet is made of a nonwoven through-air. Thus, the liquid permeable surface layer has better liquid permeability, better flexibility and better comfort for the wearer.

Alternatively, the liquid-permeable top sheet 1 may have a grammage of 10 to 50g/m2Further, it may be 15 to 35g/m2. Therefore, the soft and liquid-permeable performance is favorably ensured, and the overall performance of the dry and comfortable absorbent article for quick absorption is also favorably ensured.

In some embodiments, the liquid-permeable surface layer 1 may be further provided with at least one flow-blocking groove. Through the arrangement of the flow-resisting grooves, the effect of preventing the liquid from leaking laterally can be achieved, the number of the flow-resisting grooves can be one or more, and the shape of the flow-resisting grooves can be various, so that the flow-resisting grooves are not limited.

In some embodiments, the breathable backsheet 5 is made of a PE (polyethylene) film or a composite comprising a PE film; the composite material containing the PE film therein means a composite material formed of the PE film and other materials such as nonwoven fabric and the like; preferably, the breathable bottom layer 5 is a PE film, also referred to as a breathable PE film, and further, the PE film is a degradable breathable PE film. The breathable bottom layer 5 has breathability and liquid impermeability, and a PE film has breathability and waterproofness. Further, the base film non-woven fabric 6 is made of a hot air non-woven fabric or a spun-bonded non-woven fabric. The embodiment of the present invention has no particular requirement for the through-air nonwoven fabric or the spunbond nonwoven fabric, and a commercially available through-air nonwoven fabric or spunbond nonwoven fabric may be used. Preferably, the base film nonwoven fabric 6 is made of spun-bonded nonwoven fabric.

In the embodiment of the present invention, a PE film may be used as the breathable bottom layer 5, and a spunbonded nonwoven fabric may be used as the bottom film nonwoven fabric 6, that is, the PE film and the spunbonded nonwoven fabric are combined together to form the bottom film layer. The PE film and the spunbond nonwoven fabric may be bonded together by, for example, adhesive bonding to form a base film layer. The bottom film layer is used as a bottom film of the rapid absorption dry type absorption article, can play a role in ventilation and leakage isolation, and keeps the ventilation and dryness of the rapid absorption dry type absorption article.

Optionally, the gram weight of the PE film is 10-35 g/m2Further, it may be 20 to 30g/m2. The gram weight of the hot-air non-woven fabric or the spun-bonded non-woven fabric is 10-50 g/m2Further, it may be 15 to 35g/m2. Therefore, the isolation effect can be effectively achieved, the strength and the hand feeling of the bottom film layer can be guaranteed, and the overall performance of the dry and comfortable absorbent article can be guaranteed.

As shown in fig. 1, in some embodiments, the absorption body is provided with three-dimensional barriers 7 on two sides, and the three-dimensional barriers 7 are formed by compounding rubber strings and non-woven fabrics, wherein the non-woven fabrics wrap the rubber strings.

Specifically, the absorbent body is provided with three-dimensional barriers 7 which are higher than the liquid-permeable top sheet 1 on both sides of the liquid-permeable top sheet 1, for example, the three-dimensional barriers 7 are coated on both sides of the liquid-permeable top sheet 1 in the width direction and are higher than the liquid-permeable top sheet 1, and the arrangement of the three-dimensional barriers 7 can play a role of leakage prevention. Furthermore, the number of the three-dimensional protective enclosures of the rubber bands can be 0.5-5 cm; the number of the rubber bands contained in the three-dimensional enclosure can be 1-5 (for example, 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5); the gram weight of the non-woven fabric in the three-dimensional enclosure can be 10-40 g/m2

In embodiments of the present invention, the rapid-absorbing, dry-comfortable absorbent article may be a pant-type sanitary napkin or a menstrual pant. The rapid absorption dry type absorption article comprises an absorption main body, a three-dimensional protection cover and an elastic waistline. The elastic waistline can be positioned at two ends of the absorption main body, and the absorption main body is bent to form a ring shape with the elastic waistline to form a trouser shape. The elastic waistline can be of an annular structure consisting of soft non-woven fabric and a plurality of rubber strings, wherein the non-woven fabric wraps the rubber strings, so that the absorbing articles such as the paper diaper can be stably fixed on a human body. The two sides of the absorption main body can be provided with a three-dimensional guard which can be formed by compounding non-woven fabrics and at least one elastic stretching material, wherein the elastic stretching material can be elastic materials such as rubber bands. For example, the three-dimensional enclosure can be formed by compounding rubber bands and non-woven fabrics, wherein the non-woven fabrics can be water-repellent non-woven fabrics. Wherein the water repellent cloth completely wraps the rubber band, such as rubber band bonded in non-woven fabric. Like this, through the setting of three-dimensional fender, can make it in the effect of rubber band tightly laminate on the human body, can effectively avoid producing the edge leakage, and refuse the water cloth comparatively soft, can not cause the oppression for the user.

In some embodiments of the present invention, there is also provided a method of making a rapid-absorbing dry-comfortable absorbent article as described above, the method comprising the steps of:

taking the convex small absorption core as a first absorption layer and compounding the small absorption core above a second absorption layer to form an absorption layer;

compounding a cover layer over the first absorbent layer;

compounding a non-woven fabric formed by mixing hemp fibers and tea fibers as a hemp antibacterial material above the covering layer, and performing flow guide embossing to form a flow guide layer;

compounding a liquid-permeable surface layer above the flow guide layer, and compounding a breathable bottom layer and base membrane non-woven fabrics below the second absorption layer to form an absorption body;

and arranging three-dimensional fencing at two sides of the absorption main body to obtain the quick absorption dry and comfortable absorption article.

The rapid absorption dry and comfortable absorption article provided by the invention is simple in preparation process, low in cost, easy to operate and suitable for industrial mass production. The fast-absorption dry-comfortable absorption article obtained by the preparation method has the characteristics of fast liquid infiltration speed, high absorptivity, good dryness, softness and comfort and the like.

It should be understood that the manufacturing method of the rapid absorption dry type absorbent article is based on the same inventive concept as the above rapid absorption dry type absorbent article, and regarding the specific structure, material or composition of the rapid absorption dry type absorbent article, the description of the above rapid absorption dry type absorbent article portion can be referred to, and will not be repeated herein.

In some embodiments, the making of the guide embossing includes: the hemp antibacterial material is subjected to diversion embossing by the compression roller, preferably, the middle part of the compression roller is discontinuously embossed in an elliptical shape, and the other parts of the compression roller are embossed in a diamond shape.

In some embodiments, the forming the absorbent layer by using the small protruded absorbent core as the first absorbent layer and combining the small protruded absorbent core above the second absorbent layer specifically comprises: and mixing the fluff pulp and the super absorbent resin according to a certain proportion to form a mixture containing the fluff pulp, and shaping the mixed mixture according to the small convex absorption core body and the large absorption core body through a model to obtain the absorption layer. Preferably, the super absorbent resin is a strong hemophilic super absorbent resin, and the hemophilic performance is strong.

In some embodiments, the method of making the rapid-absorbing dry-comfortable absorbent article comprises the steps of:

(1) mixing hemp fiber and tea fiber in a ratio of 2: 1 to form a non-woven fabric, and obtaining the hemp antibacterial material.

(2) Crushing the villus pulp, and mixing with the strong hemophilic super absorbent resin to obtain a mixture containing the villus pulp; wherein the mass ratio of the super absorbent resin to the fluff pulp is 2: 1.

(3) and shaping the mixed mixture according to the convex small absorption core body and the convex large absorption core body through a model to obtain the absorption layer comprising the first absorption layer and the second absorption layer.

(4) And (3) compounding the super absorbent resin produced by a wet method on the first absorption layer to be used as a covering layer.

(5) Carrying out flow guide embossing on the hemp antibacterial material by a compression roller; wherein the middle part of the press roller is discontinuously embossed in an elliptical shape, and the other parts of the press roller are embossed in a diamond shape; and compounding the hemp antibacterial material with the flow guide embossing on the covering layer to obtain the flow guide layer.

(6) And compounding a liquid-permeable surface layer above the flow guide layer, and compounding a breathable bottom layer and basement membrane non-woven fabrics below the second absorption layer to form the absorption body.

(7) And the two sides of the absorption main body are provided with three-dimensional protective enclosures, and the three-dimensional protective enclosures are formed by compounding rubber bands and non-woven fabrics to prepare the quick-absorption dry and comfortable absorption article.

In order to fully illustrate the relevant performance of the rapid absorption dry and comfortable absorbent article provided by the invention and facilitate understanding of the invention, the invention is subjected to multiple groups of experimental verification. The present invention will be further described with reference to the following examples. It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the present invention has been described in relation to only some of the examples and that any other suitable embodiment is within the scope of the invention.

Example 1

A rapid absorption dry and comfortable absorption article comprises an absorption main body and a three-dimensional protection enclosure, wherein the absorption main body sequentially comprises a liquid-permeable surface layer, a flow guide layer, a covering layer, an absorption layer, a breathable bottom layer and base membrane non-woven fabrics from top to bottom. The two sides of the absorption main body are provided with three-dimensional guards, and the three-dimensional guards are formed by compounding rubber bands and non-woven fabrics, wherein the non-woven fabrics can be water-repellent non-woven fabrics and wrap the rubber bands; specifically, the two sides of the liquid-permeable surface layer in the absorption body are provided with three-dimensional fenders higher than the surface layer, the three-dimensional fenders are coated on the two sides of the liquid-permeable surface layer in the width direction and are higher than the liquid-permeable surface layer, and the leakage isolation effect can be achieved through the arrangement of the three-dimensional fenders. The liquid permeable surface layer is made of hot air non-woven fabric; the breathable bottom layer adopts a PE film; the non-woven fabric of the bottom film adopts spun-bonded non-woven fabric; the PE film and the spunbond nonwoven were compounded together to form a base film layer. The diversion layer is located the below on liquid permeability top layer, and is located the top of overburden, and the diversion layer adopts chinese-hemp antibacterial material to make, and chinese-hemp antibacterial material is the non-woven fabrics that forms by the mixture of chinese-hemp fiber and tea fiber, chinese-hemp fiber with the mass ratio of tea fiber is 2: 1. the cover layer is located below the flow guide layer and above the absorption layer, and is made of super absorbent resin absorbent paper, wherein the super absorbent resin absorbent paper is made by a wet method and comprises two layers of base paper and super absorbent resin sandwiched between the two layers of base paper. The absorption layer comprises a first absorption layer positioned on the lower surface of the covering layer and a second absorption layer positioned on the upper surface of the breathable bottom layer, the first absorption layer is a small convex absorption core bodyThe second absorption layer is a large absorption core body, and the size of the small convex absorption core body is smaller than that of the large absorption core body; the protruding little core of absorption and big absorption core all adopt the mixture that contains the fluff pulp to make, and the mixture that contains the fluff pulp is the mixture that is formed by fluff pulp and super absorbent resin mixture, and wherein super absorbent resin is strong hemophilic super absorbent resin, and the mass ratio of strong hemophilic super absorbent resin and fluff pulp is 2: 1. the super absorbent resin with strong hemophilicity has strong hemophilicity and the gram weight of 100-200 g/m2The grain diameter is 40-80 meshes, the water retention capacity is 30g/g, and the liquid passing capacity is 35 mL/min.

the absorbent body does not comprise (is not provided with) a flow guiding layer; the absorption layer is of a common fluff pulp structure and has no small convex absorption core body; i.e. the absorbent layer comprises only the second absorbent layer, and the second absorbent layer is made of ordinary fluff pulp.

Example 5

Embodiment 5 is basically the same as embodiment 1, and the description of the same parts is omitted, except that:

the flow guide layer is made of spun-bonded non-woven fabric.

In the invention, the performance test is carried out on the quick-absorption dry and comfortable absorbent articles of the embodiments 1 to 5, and the performance test results are shown in tables 1 and 2.

The test method comprises the following steps: taking animal blood for 2 times, each time is 5mL, the interval of 2 times is 10 minutes, and recording the time for completing each absorption as the absorption speed in unit of s; after 5 minutes of absorbing animal blood, a 1.2kg weight is pressed on 10g of filter paper and placed on an absorbing article (sanitary towel) for 1min, and the gram weight increased by the filter paper is weighed to be the reverse osmosis amount, unit g.

Test method two (bacteriostasis and odor removal test): and randomly finding 30 people to carry out bacteriostasis and odor removal effect test, and counting data results, wherein the results are shown in a table 2.

As can be seen from the data in tables 1 and 2, the rapid absorption dry absorbent article of example 1 has a rapid absorption of animal blood, a good dryness, and a good bacteriostatic and odor-removing effect.
