Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of sulfuric acid preparation and application, and particularly relates to a sulfur incinerator.

Background

The sulfur incinerator of current traditional structure when burning liquid sulphur, it leads to the unable abundant burning of liquid sulphur because unreasonable design.

When the fuel cannot be combusted fully, the loss of raw materials for preparation is large, the production cost is increased, and the like, which is urgently needed to be solved at present.

Therefore, in view of the above problems, the present invention provides a sulfur incinerator.

Disclosure of Invention

The purpose of the invention is as follows: the invention aims to provide a sulfur incinerator which is reasonable in design structure, and the sulfur incinerator is matched with a horizontal furnace body, a plurality of vertical supporting blocks, a circular supporting column, an air outlet, a sealing door, an observation through window, a cleaning liquid outlet, an incineration assembly, an air distribution assembly and the like, so that the problems of the existing sulfur incinerator are solved, liquid sulfur is incinerated fully, the incineration efficiency and the conversion rate are improved, and the economic cost of sulfuric acid production is reduced.

The technical scheme is as follows: the invention provides a sulfur incinerator, which consists of a horizontal furnace body, a plurality of vertical supporting blocks arranged on the outer wall of the bottom surface of the horizontal furnace body, circular supporting columns respectively arranged on one surface of each vertical supporting block, an air outlet arranged on the outer wall of the upper part of the horizontal furnace body, sealing doors arranged at two ends of the horizontal furnace body, observation through windows respectively arranged on the sealing doors, a cleaning liquid outlet arranged on the outer wall of the bottom of the horizontal furnace body and positioned between the adjacent vertical supporting blocks, an incineration component arranged on the horizontal furnace body, and an air distribution component arranged on the horizontal furnace body and matched with the incineration component for use; the incineration assembly comprises a plurality of combustion gas collecting plate fixing columns arranged on the inner wall of the bottom of the horizontal furnace body, a gas collecting plate arranged on the end face of one end of each combustion gas collecting plate fixing column, a plurality of combustion heads arranged on one surface of the gas collecting plate, a plurality of gas inlet branch pipes, a gas inlet main pipe, an ignition gun sleeve and a gas ignition gun, wherein one end of each gas inlet branch pipe is connected with the gas collecting plate, and the other end of each gas inlet branch pipe penetrates through the horizontal furnace body; the gas distribution assembly comprises hollow liquid collecting shell mounting plates symmetrically arranged on the outer walls of the two sides of the middle part of the horizontal furnace body, hollow liquid collecting shells respectively arranged on the hollow liquid collecting shell mounting plates, liquid inlets respectively arranged at one ends of the hollow liquid collecting shells, a plurality of transverse liquid distribution pipes respectively penetrating through the horizontal furnace body and connected with the hollow liquid collecting shells, and atomizing gas distribution heads respectively arranged on the transverse liquid distribution pipes.

According to the technical scheme, the sulfur burner further comprises a plurality of auxiliary gas inlet branch pipes and an auxiliary gas inlet main pipe, wherein one end of each auxiliary gas inlet branch pipe is connected with the gas collecting plate, the other end of each auxiliary gas inlet branch pipe penetrates through the horizontal furnace body, and the auxiliary gas inlet main pipes are respectively connected with the plurality of auxiliary gas inlet branch pipes.

According to the technical scheme, the sulfur incinerator further comprises a gas control valve and an air inlet control valve which are respectively arranged on the gas inlet main pipe and the liquid inlet.

According to the technical scheme, the gas collecting plate is of a rectangular structure or a semicircular structure.

The sulfur burner of the first or second structural embodiment preferably further comprises a gas control valve 8 and an air inlet control valve 19 respectively arranged on the gas inlet main pipe 7 and the liquid inlet 18; the air collecting plate 11 is arranged in a rectangular structure or a semicircular structure.

In the sulfur incinerator according to the first or second embodiment of the present invention, preferably, the horizontal furnace body 1 has a circular structure or a rectangular structure.
