Referring to fig. 9 and 10, fig. 9 is a schematic perspective view of a finished product blanking mechanism of the automatic metal connector equipment of the present invention; FIG. 10 is a schematic perspective view of a blanking assembly of the automatic metal connector device of the present invention; the finished product blanking mechanism 7 comprises a finished product blanking support frame 71 fixedly arranged on the working platform 2, an inclined support frame 72 fixedly arranged in the finished product blanking support frame 71, a slide bar 76 arranged in the inclined support frame 72, a blanking assembly 77 arranged in the slide bar 76 in a sliding manner, a finished product blanking drive motor 73 fixedly arranged at the high position of the inclined support frame 72, and a driven wheel 74 arranged at the low position of the inclined support frame 72; the output end of the finished product blanking driving motor 73 penetrates through the inclined support frame 72 and is coaxially connected with a driving wheel 75; synchronous belts are arranged at the driving wheel 75 and the driven wheel 74; the blanking component 77 is arranged in the synchronous belt in a sliding way through a clamping strip 770 and slides along with the synchronous belt in an inclined way; the blanking assembly 77 includes a blanking cylinder connecting block 771 slidably disposed in the slide bar 76, a blanking lifting cylinder 772 fixedly disposed in the blanking cylinder connecting block 771, a blanking matching block 773 disposed at an output end of the blanking lifting cylinder 772, and a suction nozzle 774 penetrating through the blanking matching block 773 and used for sucking a finished product.

The working principle is as follows: the rotary table 20 on the working platform 2 rotates in six equal parts, the metal base feeding mechanism 30 conveys the metal base to the metal base feeding mechanism 3, then the metal base feeding mechanism 3 moves the metal base and places the metal base into the clamp 21, then the clamp with the metal base rotates to the front of the substrate feeding mechanism 4 along with the rotary table 20, the substrate feeding mechanism 4 moves the substrate conveyed by the substrate feeding mechanism 40 to the upper part of the metal base to cover the substrate, then the clamp 21 with the substrate and the metal base rotates to the front of the cover plate feeding mechanism 5 along with the rotary table 20, the cover plate feeding mechanism 5 places the cover plate conveyed by the cover plate feeding mechanism 50 into the clamp 21 with the substrate and the metal base, then the clamp 21 with the substrate, the metal base and the cover plate rotates to the front of the pressing mechanism 6 along with the rotary table 20, and the pressing mechanism 6 is used for finishing pressing the three parts to realize finished product operation, and finally the finished product blanking mechanism 7 is used for blanking.
