At present, along with the development of the aerospace industry, the processing requirement of the integral structure of a large cabin body is increased day by day, the oil supply device used as a numerical control machine tool of processing equipment for realizing the action of loosening and pulling a cutter of a main shaft has higher and higher requirements on convenience, reliability and high efficiency, the existing product basically adopts a mode of continuously supplying oil by an oil pump to provide the pressure of an oil cylinder of the loosening and pulling the cutter of the main shaft, and the functions of loosening the cutter for a short time and pulling the cutter for a long time are realized.

Therefore, how to provide an oil supply device which is small in occupied area, easy to use, low in leakage, good in pressure maintaining effect, low in energy consumption and low in carbon emission is a problem to be solved urgently by technical personnel in the field.

Disclosure of Invention

Accordingly, the present invention is directed to an oil supply device for a loose broach of a machine tool spindle, which at least solves one of the problems set forth in the background art.

a machine tool spindle loose broach oil supply device comprises a device box body, a power mechanism and a functional module;

the power mechanism and the functional module are arranged on the device box body; the oil inlet of the power mechanism is connected with an external oil pipeline, the oil outlet of the power mechanism is communicated with the oil inlet of the functional module through the oil pipeline, and the oil port A and the oil port B of the functional module are respectively communicated with a rodless cavity and a rod cavity of a tool spindle unclamping tool cylinder to realize unclamping tool action; the oil return port of the functional module is communicated with the device box body through an oil pipeline;

the functional module comprises a filtering safety unit, a pressure maintaining unit, a cutter loosening unit and a cutter pulling unit; the filtering safety unit, the pressure maintaining unit, the cutter loosening unit and the cutter drawing unit are integrally installed in a functional module, oil at an oil inlet of the functional module sequentially passes through the filtering safety unit and the pressure maintaining unit and then is simultaneously communicated with oil inlets of the cutter loosening unit and the cutter drawing unit, and an oil outlet of the cutter loosening unit and an oil outlet of the cutter drawing unit are respectively communicated with an oil inlet A and an oil inlet B of the functional module;

the filtering safety unit comprises a first one-way valve, a first filter, a second one-way valve and a safety valve; the oil liquid at the inlet of the functional module passes through the first one-way valve and then is simultaneously communicated with the first filter, the second one-way valve and the inlet of the safety valve, the outlet of the first filter is communicated with the inlet of the cutter loosening unit and the inlet of the cutter pulling unit, the opening pressure of the second one-way valve is 0.5MPa, the outlet of the second one-way valve is communicated with the inlet of the cutter loosening unit and the inlet of the cutter pulling unit, when the pressure difference of the inlet and the outlet of the first filter exceeds 0.5MPa, the oil liquid enters the inlet of the cutter loosening unit and the inlet of the cutter pulling unit through the second one-way valve, and the outlet of the safety valve is communicated with the functional module in an oil return mode;

the pressure maintaining unit comprises an energy accumulator, a pressure monitor and a switch valve; the pressure monitor interface is communicated with the energy accumulator interface, the power mechanism is enabled to operate when the monitored pressure is lower than the lower limit, the power mechanism is disabled when the monitored pressure is higher than the upper limit, the inlet of the switch valve is communicated with the energy accumulator interface, and the outlet of the switch valve is communicated with the functional module in an oil return mode;

the cutter loosening unit comprises a third one-way valve, a first electromagnetic valve and a fourth one-way valve; when the first electromagnetic valve is not electrified, the third oil port of the first electromagnetic valve cuts off a pressure oil path, the second oil port of the first electromagnetic valve is communicated with the first oil port, and the first oil port is communicated with the function module oil port through the fourth one-way valve;

the broach unit comprises a fifth one-way valve and a second electromagnetic valve; the broach unit entry fluid process behind the fifth check valve with second solenoid valve third hydraulic fluid port intercommunication, work as when the second solenoid valve circular telegram, its third hydraulic fluid port communicates rather than the second hydraulic fluid port, its second hydraulic fluid port with function module hydraulic fluid port B intercommunication, fluid have the pole chamber intercommunication through B mouth and the pine broach hydro-cylinder of lathe main shaft, work as when the second solenoid valve is not circular telegram, its third hydraulic fluid port blocks the pressure oil circuit, second hydraulic fluid port and first hydraulic fluid port intercommunication, first hydraulic fluid port with function module oil return intercommunication.

Preferably, in the above oil supply device for the loose broach of the machine tool spindle, the oil supply device further comprises a motor, an oil pump, a right-angle pipe joint, a second filter, a first straight-through pipe joint and a second straight-through pipe joint; the motor is connected with the oil pump and fixed on the device box body, the oil pumping port of the oil pump is connected with the second filter through the right-angle pipe joint and the pipeline, the oil outlet of the oil pump is communicated with the second straight-through pipe joint through the first straight-through pipe joint and the pipeline, and the second straight-through pipe joint is fixed on the functional module.

Preferably, in the above oil supply device for the machine tool spindle broach, the oil supply device further comprises a cover plate, a coaming, a cleaning cover, an oil discharge port, an air port and a liquid level liquid temperature port; the power mechanism, the functional module and the gas port are all installed on the cover plate, and the cleaning cover, the oil discharge port and the liquid level liquid temperature port are all installed on the enclosing plate.

Preferably, in the above oil supply device for the machine tool spindle unclamping broach, the oil inlet of the functional module is in the device box body, so that leakage of the oil inlet during high pressure is avoided.

Compared with the prior art, the invention discloses and provides the oil supply device for the loose broach of the machine tool spindle, which has the advantages that:

when the device is used, the functional module integrates a filtering safety unit, a pressure maintaining unit, a cutter loosening unit and a cutter pulling unit, and the oil inlet is arranged in the device box body, so that oil leakage is reduced to the maximum extent, and environmental pollution is avoided;

in the operation process, the pressure monitor of the pressure maintaining unit can monitor the system pressure at any time, and when the system pressure is in a set range, the power unit does not need to operate, so that unnecessary energy consumption is reduced to the maximum extent;

in the operation process, the electromagnetic valve of the cutter loosening unit and the electromagnetic valve of the broach unit are simultaneously electrified, the tool loosening action of the machine tool spindle is realized, and when the electromagnetic valve of the cutter loosening unit and the electromagnetic valve of the broach unit are not electrified, the machine tool spindle can keep the broach state for a long time, so that the heating problem caused by long-term electrification of the electromagnetic valve is avoided, the service life of the electromagnetic valve is prolonged, and the reliability of the tool spindle for loosening the broach is improved;

Referring to the attached drawings, fig. 1-4 show an oil supply device for a loose broach of a machine tool spindle, which comprises a device box body 1, a power mechanism 2 and a functional module 3;

the power mechanism 2 and the functional module 3 are arranged on the device box body 1; an oil inlet of the power mechanism 2 is connected with an external oil pipeline, an oil outlet of the power mechanism is communicated with an oil inlet of the functional module 3 through the oil pipeline, an oil port A and an oil port B of the functional module 3 are respectively communicated with a rodless cavity and a rod cavity of a tool spindle unclamping tool cylinder, and unclamping tool action is realized; the oil return port of the functional module 3 is communicated with the device box body 1 through an oil pipeline.

The functional module 3 comprises a filtering safety unit 31, a pressure maintaining unit 32, a cutter loosening unit 33 and a cutter pulling unit 34; the filtering safety unit 31, the pressure maintaining unit 32, the cutter loosening unit 33 and the broach unit 34 are integrally installed in the functional module 3, oil at an oil inlet of the functional module 3 sequentially passes through the filtering safety unit 31 and the pressure maintaining unit 32 and then is communicated with oil inlets of the cutter loosening unit 33 and the broach unit 34, and oil outlets of the cutter loosening unit 33 and the broach unit 34 are communicated with an oil inlet A and an oil inlet B of the functional module 3 respectively.

The filtering safety unit 31 includes a first check valve 311, a first filter 312, a second check valve 313, and a safety valve 314; oil at the inlet of the functional module 3 passes through the first check valve 311 and then is simultaneously communicated with the inlets of the first filter 312, the second check valve 313 and the safety valve 314, the outlet of the first filter 312 is communicated with the inlets of the cutter loosening unit 33 and the cutter pulling unit 34, the opening pressure of the second check valve 313 is 0.5MPa, the outlet of the second check valve 313 is communicated with the inlets of the cutter loosening unit 33 and the cutter pulling unit 34, when the pressure difference between the inlet and the outlet of the first filter 312 exceeds 0.5MPa, the oil enters the inlets of the cutter loosening unit 33 and the cutter pulling unit 34 through the second check valve 313, and the outlet of the safety valve 314 is communicated with the functional module 3 in an oil return mode.

The pressure maintaining unit 32 includes an accumulator 321, a pressure monitor 322, and an on-off valve 323; the interface of the energy accumulator 321 is simultaneously communicated with the outlet of the filtering safety unit 31, the inlet of the cutter loosening unit 33 and the inlet of the cutter pulling unit 34, so that the effects of pressure stabilization and pressure maintaining are achieved; the interface of the pressure monitor 322 is communicated with the interface of the energy accumulator 321, and transmits a signal to enable the power mechanism 2 to operate when the monitored pressure is lower than the lower limit, and transmits a signal to disable the power mechanism 2 when the monitored pressure is higher than the upper limit; the inlet of the switch valve 323 is communicated with the interface of the energy accumulator 321, the outlet of the switch valve 323 is communicated with the oil return of the functional module 3, and when the machine tool is not used for a long time, the functional module 3 discharges the oil in the energy accumulator 321 back to the device box 1 through the switch valve 323.

The unclamping unit 33 includes a third check valve 331, a first solenoid valve 332, and a fourth check valve 333; oil at the inlet of the cutter loosening unit 33 passes through a third one-way valve 331 and then is communicated with a third oil port of the first electromagnetic valve 332, when the first electromagnetic valve 332 is electrified, the third oil port is communicated with a second oil port thereof, the second oil port thereof is communicated with an oil port A of the functional module 3, and the oil is communicated with a rodless cavity of a machine tool spindle cutter loosening and pulling oil cylinder through the port A; when the first solenoid valve 332 is not energized, the third port thereof blocks the pressure oil path, the second port is communicated with the first port, and the first port is communicated with the function module 3 through the fourth check valve 333 in an oil return manner.

The broaching unit 34 includes a fifth check valve 341 and a second solenoid valve 342; oil at the inlet of the broach unit 34 passes through a fifth one-way valve 341 and then is communicated with a third oil port of a second electromagnetic valve 342, when the second electromagnetic valve 342 is electrified, the third oil port is communicated with the second oil port thereof, the second oil port thereof is communicated with an oil port B of the functional module 3, and the oil is communicated with a rod cavity of a tool spindle unclamping broach oil cylinder through the port B; when the second solenoid valve 342 is not energized, the third port thereof blocks the pressure oil path, the second port is communicated with the first port, and the first port is communicated with the function module 3 for oil return.

In order to further optimize the technical scheme, the oil inlet of the functional module 3 is arranged in the device box body.

In order to further optimize the technical scheme, the device also comprises a device box body 1, wherein the occupied area is 0.14 square meter.

In order to further optimize the technical scheme, the leakage amount of the functional module 3 is not more than 0.44 ml/min.

Specifically, the device box 1 comprises a box structure with a sealed bottom and a surrounding plate 12, the cover plate 11 is arranged at the top of the box structure, the power mechanism 2, the functional module 3 and the air port 15 are all fixed on the cover plate 11, and the cleaning cover 13, the first oil port 4 and the liquid level liquid temperature observation port which are convenient to install and clean the box are all installed on the surrounding plate 12.

the first electromagnetic valve 332 and the second electromagnetic valve 342 are supplied with pressure oil by the energy accumulator 321 together, the pressure oil is not electrified in a normal state, the spindle keeps a broach state, the machine tool performs machining, and when the electromagnetic valves are electrified simultaneously, the spindle realizes a cutter loosening action and can replace a cutter; if the pressure monitor 322 detects that the pressure value of the accumulator is lower than the lower limit of the set range, the signal makes the motor 21 drive the oil pump 22 to supply oil to the accumulator, and when the pressure value reaches the upper limit, the signal stops supplying oil.
