When a worker needs to take out the printed publicity column, the worker pushes the handle 101 backwards to drive the first sliding rod 53 and the clamping block 52 to move backwards, the first spring 54 is stretched, the handle 101 presses the clamping block 102 and the sliding frame 104 to move downwards, the fifth spring 103 is compressed, when the handle 101 moves backwards to be not contacted with the sliding frame 104 and the clamping block 102, the fifth spring 103 is reset to drive the clamping block 102 and the sliding frame 104 to move upwards to reset, at the moment, the clamping block 102 can fix the handle 101, the clamping block 52 is temporarily not contacted with the printed publicity column, then the worker can take away the printed publicity column, then the worker can replace the publicity column to be printed and put between the gaps, then the worker presses the clamping block 102 downwards to reset the first spring 54, so as to drive the first sliding rod 53, the clamping block 52 and the handle 101 to move forwards to reset, the clamping block 52 resets to clamp the publicity column, thus, the work of taking out and clamping the publicity column is realized.
