The paving roller 63 is installed at the output end of the lifting assembly 62, the lifting assembly 62 can drive the paving roller 63 to move between the top of the paving vertical frame 61 and the bottom of the paving vertical frame 61, the top of the paving vertical frame 61 is higher than any one of the support 1, the conveying mechanism 2, the gluing mechanism 4 and the cutting mechanism 5, the bottom of the paving vertical frame 61 is lower than any one of the support 1, the conveying mechanism 2, the gluing mechanism 4 and the cutting mechanism 5, and when the paving roller 63 moves along the paving vertical frame 61, the bottom and the top of any one of the support 1, the conveying mechanism 2, the gluing mechanism 4 and the cutting mechanism 5 can be crossed, so that the paving roller 63 can pave wallpaper from the wall root to the wall top.

Preferably, in this embodiment, the paving rollers 63 are provided with two, and the two paving rollers 63 are all arranged oppositely along the vertical direction to strengthen the acting force on the wallpaper, so that the wallpaper can be stably paved on the wall surface, and the construction quality is improved. In other embodiments, the paving rollers 63 may be provided in more than three numbers according to construction requirements.

Illustratively, in this embodiment, the lifting assembly 62 includes a lifting driving motor 621 and a lifting transmission assembly, the lifting driving member 621 is installed on the vertical paving frame 61, the lifting transmission assembly is installed at an output end of the lifting driving motor 621 and is disposed along an extending direction of the vertical paving frame 61, and the lifting driving motor 621 drives the paving roller 63 to lift through the lifting transmission assembly.

Preferably, the elevating transmission assembly includes a fourth pulley 622, a fifth pulley 624, a sixth pulley 625, and a second belt 623. The fourth belt pulley 622 is installed at the output end of the lifting driving motor 621, the fifth belt pulley 624 is installed at the top end of the paving vertical frame 61, the sixth belt pulley 625 is installed at the bottom end of the paving vertical frame 61, the second belt 623 is wound on the fourth belt pulley 622, the fifth belt pulley 624 and the sixth belt pulley 625, and the paving roller 63 is installed on the second belt 623. The lifting drive motor 621 drives the fourth belt pulley 622 to rotate, and the second belt 623 rotates around the fourth belt pulley 622, the fifth belt pulley 624, and the sixth belt pulley 625, thereby lifting the placement roller 63.

Preferably, the lifting assembly 62 further comprises a second tensioning structure 626, the second tensioning structure 626 being mounted on the laying riser 61 for tensioning the second belt 623 such that the second belt 623 can stably rotate about the fourth pulley 622, the fifth pulley 624 and the sixth pulley 625. The second tensioning structure 626 is any structure commonly used in the art as long as the tensioning of the second belt 623 can be achieved, and is not described herein.

Of course, in other embodiments, the lifting assembly 62 may also be an electric cylinder, a hydraulic cylinder, or other conventional structures, as long as the lifting of the paving roller 63 can be achieved.

Referring to fig. 1, 8-10, preferably, the wallpaper paving and pasting device further includes a telescopic mechanism 7, an output end of the telescopic mechanism 7 is connected to the support 1, and the telescopic mechanism 7 can drive the support 1 to extend and retract, so that the support 1 can further approach the wall surface, and the construction flexibility is improved.

Exemplarily, in this embodiment, the telescopic mechanism 7 includes a telescopic bracket 71 and a telescopic driving assembly 72, the telescopic driving assembly is installed on the telescopic bracket 71, an output end of the telescopic driving assembly 72 is connected with the bracket 1, and the telescopic driving assembly 72 can drive the bracket 1 to extend and retract, so that the paving roller 63 can approach and cling to the wall surface.

Preferably, in this embodiment, the telescopic driving assembly 72 includes a telescopic driving motor 721 and a first telescopic driving assembly 722 mounted on the telescopic bracket 71. The telescopic driving motor 721 drives the support 1 to extend and retract through the telescopic driving assembly 722.

In order to make the structure of the telescopic mechanism 7 more compact, preferably, in this embodiment, the telescopic mechanism 7 further includes a second telescopic transmission component 723, the second telescopic transmission component 723 is installed on the telescopic bracket 71, and the telescopic driving motor 721 drives the first telescopic transmission component 722 to operate through the second telescopic transmission component 723, where the second telescopic transmission component 723 is perpendicular to the first telescopic transmission component 722, so that the telescopic driving motor 721 can be installed on one side of the first telescopic transmission component 722, and the telescopic driving motor 721 is prevented from extending out of the telescopic bracket 71, so that the structure of the telescopic mechanism 7 is more compact.

Exemplarily, in this embodiment, the first telescopic transmission component 722 is a screw nut pair, the second telescopic transmission component 723 is a belt pulley component, the belt pulley component is in transmission connection with a screw of the screw nut pair, and the bracket 1 is mounted on a nut of the screw nut pair. In other embodiments, the first telescopic transmission assembly 722 and the second telescopic transmission assembly 723 may also be other transmission structures that are present.

To facilitate the mounting of the support 1 at the output end of the first telescopic transmission assembly 722, in this embodiment, the telescopic mechanism 7 further includes a mounting plate 74, the bottom surface of the telescopic mounting plate 74 is connected with the nut of the screw-nut pair, and the support 1 is fixed on the mounting plate 74.

In order to ensure the stability of the support 1 during the telescoping process, in the present embodiment, the telescoping mechanism 7 further includes a telescoping guiding assembly 73, and the telescoping guiding assembly 73 is mounted on the telescoping support 71 and used for limiting the moving direction of the support 1, so that the support 1 can be stably moved towards the direction close to or far away from the wall surface during the telescoping process.

The telescopic guide assembly 73 is exemplarily a linear guide, and in other embodiments, the telescopic guide assembly 73 may be another existing guide structure as long as the support 1 can be guided.

In order to further ensure the stability of the support 1 during the telescoping process, preferably, in the present embodiment, the telescoping guide assemblies 73 are arranged in two groups, and the two groups of telescoping guide assemblies 73 are arranged at intervals.

Preferably, the wallpaper paving and pasting device further comprises a pressure sensor arranged on the paving and pasting roller 63, the pressure sensor is used for detecting the information of the acting force between the paving and pasting roller 63 and the wall surface, and the telescopic mechanism 7 drives the support 1 to stretch and retract according to the information detected by the pressure sensor. When the magnitude of the acting force between the paving roller 63 and the wall surface is within the preset range, the telescopic driving motor 721 stops driving the support 1 to be telescopic, so that the paving roller 63 can be tightly attached to the wall surface and can roll along the wall surface.

Preferably, the wallpaper paving and pasting device further comprises a leveling mechanism 8, wherein the leveling mechanism 8 is installed between the telescopic mechanism 7 and the support 1 and used for adjusting the parallelism of the paving roller 63 relative to the wall surface, so that the paving roller 63 is parallel to the wall surface, and the wallpaper paving and pasting quality is guaranteed.

Preferably, the leveling mechanism 8 includes a leveling support plate 81. The support 1 is installed on the leveling support plate 81, the leveling support plate 81 is rotatably connected with the installation plate 74, when the installation plate 74 stretches, the leveling support plate 81 is driven to stretch, when the installation plate 74 drives the leveling support plate 81 to extend towards the direction close to the wall surface, the paving roller 63 is abutted against the wall surface, if the paving roller 63 is not parallel to the wall surface, the wall surface applies a reaction force to one end of the paving roller 63, the end of the paving roller 63 is reacted with the leveling support plate 81, so that the leveling support plate 81 rotates relative to the installation plate 74 until the paving roller 63 is completely attached to the wall surface. The leveling support plate 81 capable of rotating relative to the support plate 7 is arranged, so that the paving roller 63 can be passively adjusted, the relative position of the paving roller 63 and the wall surface can be adjusted without additionally arranging a power source, and the device has the advantages of simple structure, energy conservation and consumption reduction.

Preferably, the levelling mechanism 8 further comprises a rotating structure 83 and a follower support wheel 821. The leveling support plate 81 is rotatably connected to the mounting plate 74 by a rotating structure 83. The follow-up support wheel 821 is installed on the leveling support plate 81 and can roll along the installation plate 74, and the follow-up support wheel 821 is arranged to further support the leveling support plate 81, so that the stability of the leveling mechanism 8 is improved. Alternatively, the rotating structure 83 in this embodiment is a bearing assembly.

Preferably, in the present embodiment, the following support wheels 821 are provided in four, and four following support wheels 821 are provided on the circumferential side of the rotating structure 83 to uniformly support the leveling support plate 81. In other embodiments, the following support wheels 821 may be provided in other numbers as long as stable support of the leveling support plate 81 can be satisfied.

In order to facilitate the installation of the follow-up support wheel 821, in this embodiment, it is preferable that four slots are formed in the leveling support plate 81, a fixing block 822 is installed on an inner wall of each slot, and the follow-up support wheel 821 is fixed in the slot through the fixing block 822.

Preferably, the leveling mechanism 8 further includes a limiting component 85, the limiting component 85 includes a limiting post 851 and a limiting hole 852, the limiting hole 852 is opened on the leveling support plate 81, the limiting post 851 is installed on the installation plate 74 and extends into the limiting hole 852, and when the leveling support plate 81 rotates relative to the installation plate 74, the limiting post 851 slides in the limiting hole 852. The length of the limiting hole 852 is the rotation amplitude of the leveling support plate 81 relative to the mounting plate 74, so that the leveling support plate 81 is prevented from rotating randomly, and the stability of the leveling mechanism 8 is improved.

Preferably, the leveling mechanism 8 further comprises a buffer assembly 84, and the buffer assembly 84 is installed between the mounting plate 74 and the leveling support plate 81 and is used for buffering the reaction force of the wall surface to the wallpaper paving device.

Specifically, the damping assembly 84 includes a driving block 842 and an elastic member 843. The transmission block 842 is installed on the bottom surface of the leveling support plate 81, the elastic piece 843 is installed on the telescopic support 71 and is located on one side of the transmission block 842, which is far away from the wall surface, when the leveling support plate 81 drives the support 1 to move towards the direction close to the wall surface, so that when the paving roller 63 presses the wall surface, the wall surface reacts on the paving roller 63, the paving roller 63 reacts on the leveling support plate 81, the leveling support plate 81 drives the transmission block 842 to extrude the elastic piece 843, and the elastic piece 843 reacts on the transmission block 842, so that the buffering effect is realized.

In order to adjust the buffering effect of the buffering assembly 84, preferably, in this embodiment, the buffering assembly 84 further includes an adjusting block 841, the adjusting block 841 is installed on the telescopic bracket 71, the elastic member 843 penetrates through the adjusting block 841 and is in threaded connection with the adjusting block 841, the end of the adjusting elastic member 843 can be in contact with the transmission block 842, and the relative position between the elastic member 843 and the adjusting block 841 is adjusted, so that the maximum compression stroke of the elastic member 843 can be adjusted, thereby adjusting the magnitude of the elastic force applied to the transmission block 842, and further adjusting the buffering effect.

The invention provides a wallpaper paving and pasting robot which comprises a movable chassis and the wallpaper paving and pasting device, wherein the wallpaper paving and pasting device is installed on the movable chassis, so that the problem that the wallpaper is warped after being cut and then clamped at a gluing mechanism due to the fact that wallpaper is cut and glued by an existing wallpaper paving and pasting machine is solved, and the wallpaper paving and pasting robot has the advantages of being compact in structure and few in power source.

Preferably, the wallpaper paving and pasting robot further comprises a lifting module, the lifting module is installed on the movable chassis, the wallpaper paving and pasting device is installed at the output end of the lifting module, and the lifting module can drive the wallpaper paving and pasting device to lift so as to increase the stroke of the wallpaper paving and pasting device in the vertical direction.

Of course, in other embodiments, the wallpaper paving robot may further replace the lifting module by providing a mechanical arm, install the wallpaper paving device on the mechanical arm, and drive the wallpaper paving device to lift and partially move through the mechanical arm.

Specifically, the wallpaper paving and pasting device further comprises a connecting plate 9, the connecting plate 9 is fixedly connected with the telescopic support 71, and the wallpaper paving and pasting device can be fixed on a lifting module of the wallpaper paving and pasting robot through the connecting plate 9.
