The top surface of the antiskid block 24 is provided with a swing groove; a swinging block 25 is rotatably connected inside the swinging groove; an elastic sheet 26 is fixedly connected between the swinging block 25 and the side surface of the swinging groove; the top of the swinging block 25 is sleeved with a spherical elastic sheet 27; third springs 28 which are uniformly arranged are fixedly connected between the spherical elastic sheet 27 and the swinging block 25; during operation, through set up swing piece 25 at the top of non slipping spur 24, when the wheelchair downstream, because the inertia effect of decurrent, the very easy quick downstream of wheelchair to extrude swing piece 25, if decurrent speed is too fast, can bring the safety problem, through the swing of swing piece 25 and extrusion flexure strip 26, play the effect of buffering, guarantee pedestrian and wheelchair downstream's security, simultaneously through the elastic action of spherical shell fragment 27, further improve buffering effect.

in rainy and snowy weather, water is easily sprayed at the positions of the entrances and exits of the trains, the water flows downwards along with the cab apron body 2, or the water is adhered to the surface of the cab apron body 2 through the feet of pedestrians, so that the problem of wet and slippery of the cab apron body 2 is solved, the water on the surface of the cab apron body 2 can be quickly discharged through the drain holes, meanwhile, when the wheels or the feet of passengers extrude the spherical elastic pieces 27, the gas in the spherical elastic pieces 27 can be guided out through the air outlet holes 33 in one way, and the air outlet drying on the surface of the elastic blocks 29 is realized.

The front, the back, the left, the right, the upper and the lower are all based on figure 1 in the attached drawings of the specification, according to the standard of the observation angle of a person, the side of the device facing an observer is defined as the front, the left side of the observer is defined as the left, and the like.
