Detailed Description

The tray body 20 is provided with a plurality of receiving positions 26, the number of the supporting blocks 30 is plural, each supporting block 30 is correspondingly arranged on one receiving position 26, and the supporting blocks 30 are configured to support the display screen 10, so that the display screen 10 is not in direct contact with the tray body 20. The fixing film 40 is connected to the tray body 20, and the fixing film 40 is configured to cover the display screen 10 and fix the display screen 10 on the supporting block 30.

According to the packaging tray of the embodiment of the present application, when the display screen 10 is packaged and fixed, the display screen 10 is placed on the supporting block 30 located at the accommodating position 26, the fixing film 40 is covered on the display screen 10, and the display screen 10 is fixed on the tray body 20 by using the fixing film 40. The display screen 10 after being packaged is fixed on the supporting block 30 by the fixing film 40, so that the display screen 10 and the tray body 20 are not in direct contact. In some embodiments of the present application, a region of the tray body 20 opposite to the support block is provided with a first through hole (not shown). In the embodiment of the present application, the first through hole is provided at the region of the tray body 20 opposite to the supporting block, so that, after the supporting block 30 is placed on the tray body 20, the contact portions of the supporting block 30 and the tray body 20 can be prevented from being adhered together due to the long-term contact of the supporting block 30 with the tray body 20.

In some embodiments of the present application, the surface of the tray body 20 is provided with the second through hole 22, the packaging tray further includes a fixing block 50 adapted to the second through hole 22, and a portion of the fixing block 50 is inserted into the second through hole 22 and configured to press the fixing film 40. As shown in fig. 2, in the embodiment of the present application, when the display screen 10 is packaged, when the display screen 10 is placed on the supporting block 30, and the fixing film 40 is covered on the display screen 10, a part of the fixing film 40 is inserted into the second through hole 22, a part of the fixing block 50 is inserted into the second through hole 22, and the fixing film 40 is pressed in the second through hole 22 by using the fixing block 50, so that the packaging of the display screen 10 is completed.

Further, the fixing block 50 may have a T-shaped structure (see fig. 2) or an L-shaped structure (see fig. 3), and the fixing block 50 having the T-shaped structure or the L-shaped structure may compress the fixing film 40. It is easy to understand that, when the fixing block 50 has an L-shaped structure, the fixing film 40 can be prevented from being scratched by the edge of the fixing block 50, and therefore, the fixing block 50 having an L-shaped structure is more preferable.

In some embodiments of the present application, another portion of the fixing block 50 is detachably connected to the tray body 20. Thus, when the display screen 10 needs to be packaged, another portion of the fixing block 50 may be connected to the tray body 20, and a portion of the fixing block 50 may press the fixing film 40 in the second through hole 22. When the display screen 10 needs to be detached, another part of the fixing block 50 can be directly separated from the tray body 20, and then a part of the fixing block 50 is separated from the second through hole 22, at this time, the fixing film 40 can also be freely removed, so that the display screen 10 can be conveniently taken out from the tray body 20. In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 4, a through hole 51 is formed on the fixing block 50, and a screw hole 25 is formed on the tray body 20, when the display screen 10 needs to be packaged, a screw may be passed through the through hole 51 and screwed on the screw hole 25, and a portion of the fixing block 50 presses the fixing film 40 in the second through hole 22. Therefore, the design in the embodiment of the application can enable the packaging and disassembling processes of the display screen 10 to be rapid, and the fixing block 50 can be conveniently taken and used and can be repeatedly used.

In other embodiments of the present application, as shown in fig. 5, the packaging tray further includes a rotating mechanism 70, the rotating mechanism 70 includes a rotating portion 71, a fixing portion 72 and a fixing post 73, and the fixing film 40 is provided with a positioning hole 42 adapted to the fixing post 73. Specifically, one end of the fixed portion 72 is fixedly connected to the tray body 20, the other end of the fixed portion 72 is connected to the rotating portion 71 in a reversible manner, and one end of the rotating portion 71 away from the fixed portion 72 is connected to the fixed column 73. When the display screen 10 needs to be packaged, the fixing film 40 is covered on the display screen 10, and at this time, the rotating portion 71 is turned over and the fixing posts 73 pass through the positioning holes 42, so that the fixing film 40 can be fixed on the tray body 20. With the design of the present embodiment, the fixing and releasing of the fixing film 40 can be completed only by turning over the rotating portion 71 and clamping the fixing post 73 in the positioning hole 42 of the fixing film 40.

Further, a limiting protrusion 731 is disposed on the fixing post 73, and the fixing film 40 can be clamped at a designated position of the fixing post 73 by the limiting protrusion 731.

In other embodiments of the present application, the tray body 20 is provided with a plurality of third through holes 23, the fixing film 40 is provided with a plurality of fourth through holes 24, and the packaging tray further includes a fixing rope, which is inserted into the third through holes 23 and the fourth through holes 24. As shown in fig. 6, in the embodiment of the present invention, when the display screen is packaged, after the display screen is placed on the supporting block 30, the fixing string is sequentially passed through the third through hole 23 of the tray body 20 and the fourth through hole 24 of the fixing film 40 to fix the tray body 20 and the fixing film 40 together, so that the display screen 10 can be more stably fixed on the supporting block 30. The third through holes 23 formed in the tray body 20 may be in various forms, for example, the third through holes 23 may be designed in a matrix arrangement manner, and in a specific operation process, the fixing string may sequentially pass through the plurality of third through holes 23, so that the fixing of the fixing film 40 and the tray body 20 may be more firm. The fixing film 40 in this embodiment may be a PE film (polyethylene plastic film), and since the PE film has adhesiveness and good ductility, the display screen 10 and the supporting block 30 can be fixed on the tray body 20 by using a winding type fixing method.

In some embodiments of the present application, the surface of the support block 30 is provided with a plurality of non-slip protrusions. In the embodiment of the present application, the anti-slip protrusions (not shown) are disposed on the surface of the supporting block 30, and the anti-slip protrusions may be disposed on the upper surface of the supporting block 30 or the lower surface of the supporting block 30, so that when the anti-slip protrusions are disposed on the lower surface of the supporting block 30, the friction force between the supporting block 30 and the tray body 20 may be increased, and the supporting block 30 is prevented from sliding relative to the tray body 20 during transportation. When the anti-slip protrusions are arranged on the upper surface of the supporting block 30, the friction force between the supporting block 30 and the display screen 10 can be increased, the display screen 10 is prevented from moving relative to the supporting block 30 in the transportation process, and the anti-slip protrusions can be arranged on the upper surface and the lower surface of the supporting block 30. The anti-skid protrusions in the embodiment of the application can also be structures with anti-skid functions such as anti-skid grains, and the application is not specifically limited.

In some embodiments of the present application, the support block 30 is fixedly connected to the pallet body 20. In the embodiment of the present application, the supporting block 30 is fixedly connected to the tray body 20, and for example, the supporting block 30 and the tray body 20 may be connected by a fastener or may be connected by an adhesive. When the supporting block 30 and the tray body 20 are fixedly connected, when the display screen 10 is transported by using the packaging tray in the embodiment of the present application, the supporting block 30 and the tray body 20 can be prevented from sliding relatively, thereby causing the edge of the display screen 10 to collide with the tray body 20.

In some embodiments of the present application, the top surface of the supporting block 30 is provided with a plurality of fifth through holes penetrating up and down, and the fifth through holes are opposite to the first through holes. In the embodiment of the present application, after the display screen 10 is placed on the supporting block 30, in order to prevent the display screen 10 from adhering to the supporting block 30, a plurality of fifth through holes penetrating up and down may be formed in the supporting block 30, and the fifth through holes and the first through holes are disposed opposite to each other, so that the display screen 10 may be effectively prevented from adhering to the supporting block 30 by reducing the contact area between the display screen 10 and the supporting block 30.

In a specific embodiment of the present application, the material of the fixing film 10 may be different materials according to different embodiments, and when the fixing film 10 is a relatively hard film such as a PVC film, the fixing film 10 may be designed as a recyclable consumable, so the material of the fixing film is not specifically limited herein.
