and d.38# dyne pen draws a straight line with the length of 10cm in the transverse direction and the longitudinal direction of the aluminum plastic film nylon layer, and the drawn line is not shrunk and does not generate liquid within 5 seconds by visual observation, so that the drawn line is qualified.

6. An aqueous matte coating prepared by the method of any of claims 1-5.

Technical Field

Background

At present, the technology of the lithium ion battery is mature day by day, and the lithium ion battery is widely applied to the fields of 3C electronic products, power batteries, energy storage and the like, so that the lithium ion battery packaging material has greater requirements. In the field of lithium battery packaging, there are currently three main packaging methods: cylinder, square and soft pack. The cylindrical and square packages are mainly made of aluminum shells and steel shells, and the soft packages are mainly made of aluminum-plastic films. Among the three ways, the aluminum plastic film soft bag has an increasingly larger market share due to the advantages of light weight, safety and the like. The aluminum plastic film used by the lithium battery is divided into a dry method and a thermal method at present, the structure of the dry method is mostly PA/adhesive/AL/adhesive/CPP, and the structure of the thermal method is mostly PA/adhesive/AL/MPP/CPP. The aluminum-plastic film with the structure is mostly a silver aluminum-plastic film presented by aluminum foil. In 3C products such as mobile phones, the black color of the aluminum plastic film is highly desirable because it gives a luxury feeling.

At present, in the actual use process, one common method is to coat a layer of black matte ink on the outer layer of a polyamide film, but the black matte aluminum-plastic composite film prepared by the method has a grayish feeling in appearance and influences the black appearance; the other method is to coat a layer of black ink on the outer layer of the polyamide film and then coat a layer of matte ink, wherein the matte ink is difficult and uneven to coat.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above, in order to solve the problems that the aluminum-plastic composite film has a grayed appearance and is not uniformly coated when the matte layer is coated, the invention provides a preparation method of a water-based matte coating.

The preparation method of the water-based matte coating comprises an aluminum-plastic composite film and the water-based matte coating, wherein the water-based matte coating comprises the main components of 25-40% of water, 8-15% of acrylic acid and 50-60% of silicon dioxide.

Further, the method comprises the following implementation steps:

(1) mixing and stirring water and acrylic acid for 4-6 min;

(2) adding silicon dioxide into the mixture of the stirred water and the acrylic acid, and continuously stirring for 8-12min to uniformly mix the water, the acrylic acid and the silicon dioxide;

(3) coating a mixed solution of water, acrylic acid and silicon dioxide on the surface layer of the aluminum-plastic composite film needing matte treatment;

(4) and curing the coated aluminum-plastic composite film in a curing chamber.

Further, the temperature for mixing and stirring the water, the acrylic acid and the silicon dioxide in the step (1) and the step (2) is 20-30 ℃.

Further, the coating roller used for coating in the step (3) is a 200-mesh plate roller, and the coating times are 2-3.

Further, the curing treatment conditions of the coated aluminum-plastic composite film in the step (4) in a curing chamber are that the temperature is 50-60 ℃, and the curing time is 70-75H.

Detailed Description

Example 1

The preparation method of the water-based matte coating comprises an aluminum-plastic composite film and the water-based matte coating, wherein the water-based matte coating comprises the main components of 35% of water, 12% of acrylic acid and 53% of silicon dioxide.

Further, the method comprises the following implementation steps:

(5) mixing and stirring water and acrylic acid for 4 min;

(6) adding silicon dioxide into the mixture of the stirred water and the acrylic acid, and continuously stirring for 8 min to uniformly mix the water, the acrylic acid and the silicon dioxide;

(7) coating a mixed solution of water, acrylic acid and silicon dioxide on the surface layer of the aluminum-plastic composite film needing matte treatment;

(8) and curing the coated aluminum-plastic composite film in a curing chamber.

Further, the temperature for mixing and stirring the water, the acrylic acid and the silicon dioxide in the step (1) and the step (2) is 20 ℃.

Example 2
