The drying mode of the washing machine at the present stage is single, only one mode for directly drying clothes is provided generally, more drying modes are not provided for a user to select, and energy conservation and emission reduction are not considered.

The invention provides a drying control method of a washing machine. Fig. 1 is a method schematic diagram of an embodiment of a drying control method of a washing machine according to the present invention.

As shown in fig. 1, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the method includes at least step S110, step S120, step S130, and step S140.

Step S110, after entering a drying program, determining a drying time period required for drying clothes in the tub of the washing machine to a first set state according to the current temperature and humidity in the tub of the washing machine.

When the clothes in the barrel are dried to a first set state, the temperature in the barrel of the washing machine reaches a first set temperature and the humidity in the barrel reaches a first set humidity. That is, when the temperature in the tub of the washing machine reaches a first set temperature and the humidity in the tub reaches a first set humidity, it is determined that the laundry in the tub is dried to a first set state. The first setting state may be, for example, a non-complete drying state, such as a half drying state. The first set temperature and the first set humidity are determined according to an indoor temperature and/or humidity. Different indoor temperatures and/or humidities correspond to different first set temperatures and first set humidities, and can be determined through experiments. For example, if the indoor temperature and humidity are high, the laundry machine will dry the laundry to a drier state, and conversely, dry the laundry to a slightly dry state.

In one embodiment, determining a drying time period required for drying laundry in a tub of a washing machine to a first set state according to a current temperature and humidity in the tub of the washing machine includes: and determining the drying time required for drying the clothes in the bucket of the washing machine to a first set state according to the current temperature and humidity in the bucket of the washing machine and the corresponding relation between the preset temperature and humidity in the bucket and the drying time. Under different drying powers, the corresponding relations between the temperature and humidity in the barrel and the drying time are different. After entering the drying program, a drying time period required for drying the clothes in the tub of the washing machine to a first set state at an initial set drying power (i.e., a default drying power, such as a minimum drying power) is determined (and then the drying power is adjusted according to the drying time). The preset correspondence between the temperature and humidity in the tub and the drying time may specifically be a correspondence table between the temperature and humidity in the tub and the drying time at different drying powers.

For example, at different drying powers P (P)1、P2、…、Pn) Lower, temperature and humidity in the barrel TMx (TMx)1、TMx1、…、TMxn) And drying time duration Sw (Sw)11、Sw12、…、Sw1n,Sw21、Sw22、…、Sw2n,…,Swn1、Swn2、…、Swnn) The relationship is shown in the following table 1:

TABLE 1

Alternatively, different drying powers P (P) can be obtained according to TMx ═ a · Sw + b1、P2、…、Pn) Temperature and humidity TMx (TMx) in the lower barrel1、TMx1、…、TMxn) And the corresponding relation with the drying time length Sw, wherein a is a proportionality coefficient, b is a constant, and the values of a and b can be obtained through experiments. The temperature and humidity TMx in the barrel is determined from the initial temperature and humidity TMxdTemperature and humidity TMx in semi-drying state of clothesnThe time required was Sw. It is noted that TMx at this timenThe value of (A) is determined by the temperature and humidity inside (outside) the tub, and the processor of the washing machine gives TMxnAn initial value.

And step S120, determining the airing time required for airing the clothes in the barrel from the first set state to the second set state after the clothes are taken out of the washing machine according to the indoor temperature and humidity.

The second setting state may be a time period required for the laundry to reach the second setting state from the first setting state when the laundry is dried after the laundry is taken out from the tub. And when the clothes in the barrel are taken out and dried to a second set state from the first set state, the temperature of the clothes reaches a second set temperature and the humidity reaches a second set humidity. The second set temperature and the second set humidity are determined according to the indoor temperature and/or humidity. Optionally, in a specific embodiment, when the clothes in the tub is taken out of the washing machine and dried from the first setting state to the second setting state, the temperature of the clothes reaches the indoor temperature and the humidity reaches the indoor humidity. Namely, the temperature and humidity of the clothes reach the indoor temperature and humidity, namely the clothes are in a drying state.

Different first set temperatures and first set humidities and different second set temperatures and second set humidities at different indoor temperatures and/or humidities. Wherein the laundry drying degree of the first setting state is less than the laundry drying degree of the second setting state.

Specifically, according to the temperature and humidity in the tub (that is, the first set temperature and the first set humidity, and different indoor temperatures and/or humidities corresponding to different first set temperatures and first set humidities) and the indoor temperature and/or humidity when the clothing in the tub of the washing machine reaches the first set state, the drying time required for drying the clothing in the tub from the first set state to the second set state after the clothing in the tub is taken out of the washing machine is determined. In some embodiments, the drying time required for drying the articles in the bucket from the first set state to the second set state after the articles in the bucket are taken out of the washing machine is determined according to the corresponding relationship between the temperature and humidity in the bucket, the indoor temperature and humidity, the preset temperature and humidity in the bucket, and the indoor temperature and humidity and the drying time when the articles in the bucket reach the first set state. The corresponding relation of temperature and humidity in the bucket and indoor temperature and humidity and length of drying in the air specifically can be for the corresponding relation table of temperature and humidity in the bucket and indoor temperature and humidity and length of drying in the air.

For example, the temperature and humidity Tmx in the tub when the laundry in the tub of the washing machine is dried to a first set state (e.g., a half-drying state)n(TMx1、TMx2、…、,TMxn-1、TMxn) Indoor temperature and humidity Tmy (Tm)1、Tm2、…、Tmy) And after taking outAiring time Sh { (Sh) for airing to a second set state (e.g., airing state)11、Sh12、…、Sh1y)、(Sh21、Sh22、…、Sh2y)、…、(Shn1、Shn2、…、Shny) The corresponding relation is shown in the table 2.

TM1 TM2 TMy
TMx1 Sh11 Sh12 Sh1y
TMx2 Sh21 Sh22 Sh2y
TMxn-1 SHn-1,1 Shn-1,y-1 Shn-1,y
TMxn Shn1 Shn2 Shny

TABLE 2

Alternatively, the correspondence between the humidity and the temperature in the barrel and the airing time Sh from the first set state to the second set state under different indoor temperature and humidity conditions can be obtained according to TMy ═ c · Sh + d, c is a proportionality coefficient, d is a constant, and the values of c and d can be obtained through experiments. From TMxn(first set state) to TMyh(second set state) the required time is Sh.

TMxn is the temperature and humidity when the washing machine dries the clothes to the first set state, TMyh is the indoor temperature and humidity, and the change in temperature and humidity when the clothes are transferred from the inside of the tub to the inside of the tub for airing should also be the change in temperature and humidity in the tub when the clothes leave the washing machine to reach the indoor temperature and humidity (the same as the indoor temperature and humidity).

And S130, determining the current predicted drying time according to the sum of the determined drying time and the determined airing time, and judging whether the current predicted drying time is less than or equal to the current expected drying time.

And the sum of the drying time and the airing time is the predicted drying time. Specifically, the drying time period includes the sum of the drying time period of the washing machine and the outside-tub drying time period, and the drying time period is expected to be less than a preset expected drying time period. The desired drying time period may be set by a user, and if the user does not set the desired drying time period, the desired drying time period may be set to a default value.

Step S140, if the current predicted clothes drying time is judged to be less than or equal to the current expected clothes drying time, the drying program is continuously executed according to the current drying power.

The expected clothes drying time is determined according to the current time and the preset expected clothes drying time. Specifically, the expected clothes drying time is equal to the time between the current time and the preset expected clothes drying time. For example, the user sets a desired drying time point T1, and a current time Tn, and then expects a drying time Te to be Td-Tn. Specifically, if the current predicted drying time is judged to be less than or equal to the current expected drying time, that is, if the predicted drying time is less than the expected drying time by drying according to the current drying power, the drying program is continuously executed according to the current drying power, and the drying program is stopped when the clothes in the tub of the washing machine are dried to a first set state. After the program is finished, the user can air the clothes by himself, and the clothes can be guaranteed to reach a full drying state within the time expected by the user.

Fig. 2 is a method diagram illustrating another embodiment of a drying control method of a washing machine according to the present invention.

As shown in fig. 2, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the method further includes step S110, step S150, and step S160.

Step S150, if the current predicted drying time is judged to be longer than the current expected drying time, after the drying power of the washing machine is increased, the drying time required for drying the clothes in the bucket of the washing machine to a first set state and the airing time required for airing the clothes in the bucket from the first set state to a second set state after the clothes in the bucket are taken out of the washing machine are determined again.

Specifically, when the washing machine enters a drying program, determining a drying time period required for drying clothes in a tub of the washing machine to a first set state according to an initial set drying power (i.e. a default drying power, such as a preset minimum drying power) according to a current temperature and humidity in the tub of the washing machine; and if the sum of the drying time length required for drying the clothes in the bucket of the washing machine to a first set state according to the initial set drying power and the airing time length is judged to be not less than the preset expected drying time length, increasing the drying power of the washing machine. And if the sum of the drying time and the airing time is judged to be less than the current expected drying time, continuing to execute the drying program according to the current drying power.

More specifically, the correspondence between the temperature and humidity in the tub and the drying time period at two or more different drying powers is set in advance. For example, the correspondence between the temperature and humidity in the tub and the drying time period at two or more different drying powers from low to high is preset. And determining the drying time required for drying the clothes in the washing machine to a first set state according to the corresponding relation between the temperature and the humidity in the barrel and the drying time under more than two preset different drying powers. The preset correspondence between the temperatures and the humidities in the lower drums with the two or more different drying powers and the drying time may be specifically a correspondence table between the temperatures and the humidities in the lower drums with the two or more different drying powers and the drying time, for example, as shown in reference table 1.

Firstly, determining the drying time required for drying the clothes in the bucket of the washing machine to a first set state according to the lowest drying power of the more than two different drying powers. If the sum of the drying time length required for drying the clothes in the bucket of the washing machine to the first set state according to the lowest drying power and the airing time length is judged to be not less than the preset expected drying time length, the drying power of the washing machine is increased, for example, the drying power of the washing machine is increased according to the sequence from low to high of the more than two different drying powers, namely, the current drying power is increased to the next drying power in sequence each time.

And after the drying power of the washing machine is increased, re-determining the drying time period required for drying the clothes in the bucket of the washing machine to a first set state and the airing time period required for airing the clothes in the bucket from the first set state to a second set state after the clothes in the bucket are taken out of the washing machine. Namely, the drying time required for drying the clothes in the bucket of the washing machine to the first set state is determined according to the current temperature and humidity in the bucket of the washing machine, and the drying time required for drying the clothes in the bucket from the first set state to the second set state after the clothes in the bucket are taken out of the washing machine is determined according to the indoor temperature and humidity.

And step S160, re-determining the current expected drying time length according to the sum of the re-determined drying time length and the air-drying time length, judging whether the re-determined expected drying time length is less than the current expected drying time length or not until the sum of the drying time length and the air-drying time length is less than the current expected drying time length, and continuing to execute the drying program according to the current drying power.

Specifically, after the re-determined drying time length and the air-drying time length, the current predicted drying time length is re-determined according to the sum of the drying time length and the air-drying time length, and whether the re-determined predicted drying time length is smaller than the current expected drying time length is judged. If the current predicted drying time is judged to be longer than the current expected drying time, re-determining the drying time required for drying the clothes in the bucket of the washing machine to a first set state and the airing time required for airing the clothes in the bucket from the first set state to a second set state after the clothes in the bucket are taken out of the washing machine, re-determining the current predicted drying time according to the sum of the re-determined drying time and the airing time, judging whether the re-determined predicted drying time is shorter than the current expected drying time or not until the sum of the drying time and the airing time is judged to be shorter than the current expected drying time, and continuing to execute the drying program according to the current drying power. So that the entire drying time period (including the sum of the drying time period of the washing machine and the tub outside airing time period) is less than the user's desired time period.

Optionally, whether the current predicted clothes drying time is less than or equal to the current expected clothes drying time may be re-determined every preset time to ensure that the predicted clothes drying time of the washing machine can meet the user requirement.

After the drying program is finished, the user can put the clothes in the room for airing by himself. The laundry can reach the full-dry state within a time desired by the user.

Alternatively, whether to perform the function of the drying control method of the present invention may be selected by a user. For example, if the user selects the smart drying mode, the drying control method of the present invention is performed.

According to the embodiment of the invention, after the washing machine enters the drying mode, the indoor temperature and humidity TM, the current time Tn (the expected drying time is determined) and the current temperature and humidity TMx in the tub are obtained firstlydAnd then the user selects to enter a traditional drying mode or an intelligent drying mode. If the traditional drying mode is selected, the clothes are directly dried to a full-dry state, and the predicted clothes drying time Sd is calculated according to the temperature and humidity in the barrel. If the intelligent drying mode is selected, the clothes are dried to a preset state, then the clothes are taken to the indoor for airing by a user, the clothes can reach a full-dry state within the expected time of the user, and under the condition of meeting the user demand, the utilization rate of the existing resources is maximized, so that the purpose of saving electricity is achieved.

In order to clearly illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, the following describes an execution flow of the drying control method of the washing machine according to an embodiment of the present invention.

Fig. 3 is a method diagram illustrating a drying control method of a washing machine according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 3, after the washing machine enters the drying mode, the current indoor temperature and humidity TM, the current time Tn, and the current temperature and humidity TMx in the tub are obtained firstdAnd then the user selects to enter a traditional drying mode or an intelligent drying mode. If the traditional drying mode is selected, the traditional drying process is directly entered, and the clothes are dried to a full-dry state. If the intelligent drying mode is selected, firstly setting an expected drying time point T1 by a user, or adopting a default drying time length, calculating the expected drying time length Te (T1-Tn) according to the expected drying time point Te and the current time point, and calculating the temperature and humidity in the barrel from the current state TMxdReaches a first set state (semi-drying state) TMxnThe required time length Sw is calculated, and the temperature and humidity in the barrel reach the second set state TMy from the first set state TMxnh(i.e., clothes)From a first set state TMxnThe time period required to reach the second set state TMyh) is Sh. Obtaining the actual clothes drying time length S ═ Sw + Sh according to Sw and Sh, and judging whether S meets S<If yes, starting to enter a drying process; if not, recalculating S, increasing the drying power P in the barrel to shorten S until S satisfies S<Te. In the drying process, Sw and Sh can be calculated every preset time, for example, every minute, so as to ensure that the estimated drying time can meet the requirements of the user. After the flow is finished, the user puts the clothes in the room for airing by himself. The laundry can reach the full dry state within a time point desired by the user.

It should be noted that, in the whole process, the relationship among Sw, Sh and S, when the user sets the desired drying time, the washing machine immediately obtains the temperature and humidity inside and outside the washing machine tub (the temperature and humidity TMx inside the tub)dTemperature and humidity TMy outside the barrelhAll are known quantities), in the drying stage, TMx ═ a · Sw + b, a is the proportionality coefficient and b is a constant. The temperature and humidity TMx in the barrel is determined from the initial temperature and humidity TMxdTemperature and humidity TMx to a semi-drying state (first set state) of the clothesnThe time required was Sw. It is noteworthy that TMx at this timenThe value of (A) is determined by the temperature and humidity outside the tub, and the processor of the washing machine gives TMxnAn initial value, TMy, c · Sh + d, c being the scaling factor and d being a constant. From TMxn(first set state) to TMyh(second setting state) the required time is Sh, then judging whether Sw + Sh is less than Te, if so, returning the TMxn value to the washing machine drying program, if not, executing TMxn=TMxn-1, recalculating S.

The invention also provides a drying control device of the washing machine.

Fig. 4 is a block diagram illustrating a drying control apparatus of a washing machine according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 4, the drying control apparatus 100 includes a first determining unit 110, a second determining unit 120, a judging unit 130, and an executing unit 140.

The first determining unit 110 is configured to determine a drying time period required for drying laundry in a tub of the washing machine to a first set state according to a current temperature and humidity in the tub of the washing machine after entering a drying program.

In one embodiment, the first determining unit 110 determines a drying time period required to dry laundry in a tub of the washing machine to a first set state according to a current in-tub temperature and humidity of the washing machine, including: and determining the drying time required for drying the clothes in the bucket of the washing machine to a first set state according to the current temperature and humidity in the bucket of the washing machine and the corresponding relation between the preset temperature and humidity in the bucket and the drying time.

TABLE 1

Alternatively, the correspondence relationship between the inside temperature and humidity TMx and the drying time length Sw at different drying powers may be obtained according to TMx ═ a · Sw + b, where a is a proportionality coefficient and b is a constant, and a and b may be obtained through experiments. The temperature and humidity TMx in the barrel is determined from the initial temperature and humidity TMxdTemperature and humidity TMx in semi-drying state of clothesnThe time required was Sw. It is noted that TMx at this timenThe value of (A) is determined by the temperature and humidity outside the tub, and the processor of the washing machine gives TMxnAn initial value.

The second determining unit 120 is configured to determine, according to the indoor temperature and humidity, a drying time period required for drying the clothes in the tub from the first set state to the second set state after the clothes are taken out of the washing machine.

In some embodiments, the second determining unit 120 determines a drying time period required for drying the laundry in the tub from the first set state to the second set state after taking the laundry out of the washing machine according to the indoor temperature and humidity, including: according to the corresponding relation between the temperature and the humidity in the bucket, the indoor temperature and the humidity when the clothing in the bucket reaches the first set state, the preset temperature and the preset humidity in the bucket, the indoor temperature and the preset humidity and the airing time length, the airing time length required by the clothing in the bucket from the first set state to the second set state after the clothing in the bucket is taken out of the washing machine is determined. The corresponding relation of temperature and humidity in the bucket and indoor temperature and humidity and length of drying in the air specifically can be for the corresponding relation table of temperature and humidity in the bucket and indoor temperature and humidity and length of drying in the air.

For example, the temperature and humidity Tmx in the tub when the laundry in the tub of the washing machine is dried to a first set state (e.g., a half-drying state)n(TMx1、TMx2、…、,TMxn-1、TMxn) Indoor temperature and humidity Tmy (Tm)1、Tm2、…、Tmy) And the airing time Sh { (Sh) for airing to a second set state (for example, airing state) after being taken out11、Sh12、…、Sh1y)、(Sh21、Sh22、…、Sh2y)、…、(Shn1、Shn2、…、Shny) The corresponding relation is shown in the table 2.

The judging unit 130 is configured to determine a current expected drying time according to a sum of the determined drying time and the determined airing time, and judge whether the current expected drying time is less than or equal to a current expected drying time.

The executing unit 140 is configured to continue to execute the drying program according to the current drying power if the determining unit 130 determines that the current predicted drying time is less than or equal to the current expected drying time.

Fig. 5 is a block diagram illustrating another embodiment of a drying control apparatus of a washing machine according to the present invention. As shown in fig. 5, the drying control apparatus 100 further includes a regulating unit 150.

The adjusting unit 150 is configured to increase the drying power of the washing machine if the determining unit 130 determines that the current predicted drying time is greater than the current expected drying time; the execution unit 140 is further configured to: if the judging unit 130 judges that the current predicted drying time is greater than the current expected drying time, increasing the drying power of the washing machine; the first determination unit 110 is further configured to: re-determining a drying time period required for drying the clothes in the tub of the washing machine to a first set state; the second determining unit 120 is further configured to: re-determining the airing time length required for airing the clothes in the barrel from the first set state to the second set state after the clothes in the barrel are taken out of the washing machine; the determining unit 130 is further configured to: re-determining the current predicted drying time according to the sum of the re-determined drying time and the air-drying time, and judging whether the re-determined predicted drying time is less than the current expected drying time; the execution unit 140 is further configured to: and continuing to execute the drying program according to the current drying power until the sum of the drying time and the airing time is judged to be less than the current expected drying time.

Specifically, when the washing machine enters a drying program, determining a drying time period required for drying clothes in a tub of the washing machine to a first set state according to an initial set drying power (i.e. a default drying power, such as a preset minimum drying power) according to a current temperature and humidity in the tub of the washing machine; if it is determined that the sum of the drying time period required to dry the laundry in the tub of the washing machine to the first set state according to the initial set drying power and the airing time period is not less than the preset desired drying time period, the adjusting unit 150 increases the drying power of the washing machine.

After increasing the drying power of the washing machine, the first determining unit 110 re-determines a drying time period required for drying the laundry in the tub of the washing machine to a first set state and the second determining unit 120 re-determines a drying time period required for drying the laundry in the tub from the first set state to a second set state after taking the laundry out of the washing machine.

After the re-determined drying time period and airing time period, the determining unit 130 re-determines the current expected drying time period according to the sum of the drying time period and the airing time period, and determines whether the re-determined expected drying time period is less than the current expected drying time period. If the determining unit 130 determines that the current predicted drying time is longer than the current expected drying time, re-determining the drying time required for drying the articles in the bucket of the washing machine to the first setting state and the drying time required for drying the articles in the bucket from the first setting state to the second setting state after taking the articles out of the washing machine, re-determining the current predicted drying time according to the sum of the re-determined drying time and the drying time, and determining whether the re-determined predicted drying time is shorter than the current expected drying time until determining that the sum of the drying time and the drying time is shorter than the current expected drying time, and the executing unit 140 continues to execute the drying program according to the current drying power.

Alternatively, whether to perform the function of the drying control apparatus of the present invention may be selected by a user. For example, if the user selects the smart drying mode, the drying control device performs a corresponding function.

According to the embodiment of the invention, after the washing machine enters the drying mode, the indoor temperature and humidity TM, the current time Tn (the expected drying time is determined) and the current temperature and humidity TMxd in the barrel are obtained, and then the user selects to enter the traditional drying mode or the intelligent drying mode.

Based on this, the invention provides a drying control method for a washing machine, which can enable the washing machine to dry clothes to be dried to a semi-drying state, then a user takes the clothes to the indoor for airing, and when the clothes reach a full-drying state, the drying time of the used clothes meets the time expected by the user, so that the problem can be solved.

The invention also provides a storage medium corresponding to the method for protecting a magnetic bearing system, on which a computer program is stored which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of any of the methods described above.

The clothes are dried to a semi-drying state (a first set state), and after the drying program is finished, a user can dry the clothes by himself, and the clothes are guaranteed to reach a full-drying state within the expected time of the user. The whole clothes drying time is the sum of the drying time of the washing machine and the drying time outside the barrel, the expected clothes drying time is shorter than the expected clothes drying time of a user, and the existing resources are utilized to the maximum extent under the condition that the user requirements are met.
