1) providing a plurality of flat plates;

2) providing a plurality of plates with hollow structures; the number of the flat plate materials is one more than that of the hollow structural plates;

3) alternately stacking the flat plates and the plates with the hollow structures, coating an adhesive between the adjacent plates, and then carrying out hot pressing to obtain a core layer;

4) arranging a first surface layer on one surface of the core layer, and arranging a second surface layer on the other surface of the core layer to obtain the light building curtain wall board;

the steps 1) and 2) are not limited in chronological order.

Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of building curtain wall boards, and particularly relates to a light building curtain wall board and a preparation method thereof.

Background

The building curtain wall is the outer wall enclosure of the building and does not bear the load of the main structure of the building. Building curtain walls are generally composed of a supporting structure (metal members of a base plate, metal beam uprights connected to a building body, etc.) having decorative panels and a rear face. The building curtain wall is connected with the main structure of the building, generally adopts the modes of bolts, rocker arms, spring mechanisms and the like to carry out connection, can generate large relative displacement between the building curtain wall and the main structure, and even when the main structure laterally moves to 1/60, the curtain wall can not be damaged. Meanwhile, the building curtain wall has good modeling capability and decorative effect and can meet the functional requirements of the building envelope structure, so that the building curtain wall becomes the best choice for the outer envelope structure of the high-rise building. However, the traditional building curtain wall takes stone, metal or glass as raw materials, has higher weight, reduces the installation efficiency of the building curtain wall and has potential safety hazards; in addition, the manufacturing process of stone, metal or glass is high in energy consumption and pollutes the environment.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides a light building curtain wall board, which comprises a plate with a hollow structure, namely a light layer unit, so that the self weight of the building curtain wall board is reduced, and the buffer performance of the building curtain wall board is enhanced; the hollow-structure board provided by the invention is made of bamboo-wood composite materials, the bamboo-wood composite materials are prepared by taking natural bamboo and wood as main raw materials, the energy consumption in the processing and manufacturing process is low, and meanwhile, the hollow-structure board is convenient to recover and is green and environment-friendly.

The invention provides a light building curtain wall board, which comprises a first surface layer, a core layer and a second surface layer which are sequentially contacted and connected, wherein the core layer is formed by arranging base layer units and light layer units at intervals, and the number of the base layer units is one more than that of the light layer units;

the light layer unit is a hollow-structure plate, the hollow-structure plate is made of bamboo-wood composite materials, and the base layer unit is a flat plate.

4) arranging a first surface layer on one surface of the core layer, and arranging a second surface layer on the other surface of the core layer to obtain the light building curtain wall board;

Detailed Description

The invention provides a light building curtain wall board, which comprises a first surface layer, a core layer and a second surface layer which are sequentially contacted and connected, wherein the core layer is formed by arranging base layer units and light layer units at intervals, and the number of the base layer units is one more than that of the light layer units;

the light layer unit is a hollow-structure plate, the hollow-structure plate is made of bamboo-wood composite materials, and the base layer unit is a flat plate.

In the invention, the core layer is formed by arranging the base layer units and the light layer units at intervals, and the thickness of each base layer unit is preferably 1-5 mm, more preferably 1.2-2.5 mm; the base layer unit is a flat plate, and the flat plate preferably comprises a bamboo flat plate or a bamboo-wood composite flat plate; the specific type of the bamboo flat plate is not particularly limited, and the bamboo flat plate can be prepared by any method, preferably comprises a bamboo integrated plate, a bamboo exhibition flat plate, a bamboo particle board, a bamboo fiber board, a bamboo tube rotary cutting board or a recombined bamboo board, but is not limited to the bamboo flat plate; the bamboo panel more preferably comprises a bamboo unfolding panel, a bamboo tube rotary cutting panel, or a reconstituted bamboo panel. In the invention, the base layer unit preferably adopts a bamboo flat plate or a bamboo-wood composite flat plate; the base unit can adopt various plates, so that the source of the curtain wall plate raw materials is enlarged, and the energy consumption in the production process of the flat plate is low, so that the flat plate can be recycled, is green and environment-friendly, and cannot influence the environment; meanwhile, the bamboo flat plate or the bamboo-wood composite flat plate is used as the base unit, so that the strength and the elasticity of the curtain wall plate can be improved, and the use safety of the curtain wall plate is further improved.

In the invention, the thickness of the single light layer unit is preferably 3-15 mm, and more preferably 10 mm; the light layer unit is a hollow plate, and preferably comprises a honeycomb plate or a corrugated plate. The invention has no special requirement on the source of the honeycomb board or the corrugated board and can adopt the products sold in the market.

The curtain wall board has no special requirements on the number of the light layer units, the number of the light layer units is determined according to the requirement of the market on the thickness of the curtain wall board, when the curtain wall board comprises a plurality of light layer units, the light layer units can be all honeycomb boards or all corrugated boards, part of the light layer units can be honeycomb board parts which are corrugated boards, and when the middle parts of the light layer units are honeycomb board parts which are corrugated boards, the curtain wall board has no special requirements on the number and the position relation of the honeycomb boards and the corrugated boards.

In the invention, the number of the base layer units is one more than that of the light layer units, namely, the surface of the core layer is the base layer unit.

The hollow-structure plate reduces the dead weight of the building curtain wall plate, can obviously enhance the buffering performance of the building curtain wall plate and improves the use safety.

In the invention, the first surface layer and the second surface layer independently preferably comprise a weather-resistant paint film, a weather-resistant plastic plate, a weather-resistant thin film, a photo-curing paint film or a coated ceramic paint film, the paint used by the coated ceramic paint film is preferably an all-inorganic ceramic paint, and the all-inorganic ceramic paint in the embodiment of the invention is purchased from Sendzoli chemical industry, and the model number of the all-inorganic ceramic paint is SBL-608B. In the invention, the thicknesses of the first surface layer and the second surface layer are independent, preferably 0.02-3 mm, and more preferably 0.5-0.8 mm. The invention has no special requirement on the source of the raw materials of the first surface layer and the second surface layer, and the invention can be prepared by adopting a commercial product.

In the present invention, the first surface layer and the second surface layer preferably contain a functional filler; the functional filler can be added into the raw materials of the first surface layer and the second surface layer according to the actual requirement of the curtain wall board, and preferably comprises one or more of calcium carbonate particles, fluorescent powder, a hydrophobic agent and a flame retardant. In the invention, the adding mass of the calcium carbonate particles is preferably 1-40% of the mass of the raw materials, more preferably 12-25%, and the calcium carbonate particles can improve the wear resistance and whiteness of the curtain wall board and reduce the cost of the curtain wall board; the addition amount of the fluorescent powder is preferably 0.1-15% of the mass of the raw materials, more preferably 2-5%, and the fluorescent powder plays a role in external decoration; the addition amount of the water repellent agent is preferably 1-10% of the mass of the raw materials, more preferably 3-7%, and the water repellent agent can increase the dimensional stability; the addition amount of the flame retardant is preferably 2-30% of the mass of the raw materials, more preferably 10-18%, and the flame retardant can improve flame retardance.

In the invention, the first surface layer and the second surface layer which are optimized are adopted, so that the weather resistance of the light building curtain wall can be improved, and the service life of the light building curtain wall can be prolonged.

The invention also provides a preparation method of the light building curtain wall board in the technical scheme, which comprises the following steps:

1) providing a plurality of flat plates;

2) providing a plurality of plates with hollow structures; the number of the flat plate materials is one more than that of the hollow structural plates;

3) alternately stacking the flat plates and the plates with the hollow structures, coating an adhesive between the adjacent plates, and then carrying out hot pressing to obtain a core layer;

4) arranging a first surface layer on one surface of the core layer, and arranging a second surface layer on the other surface of the core layer to obtain the light building curtain wall board;

the steps 1) and 2) are not limited in chronological order.

Firstly, providing a plurality of flat plates and a plurality of plates with hollow structures; the number of the flat plate materials is one more than that of the hollow structural plates; and then alternately stacking the flat plates and the plates with the hollow structures, coating an adhesive between the adjacent plates, and then carrying out hot pressing to obtain the core layer. In the present invention, the adhesive preferably includes one or more of a phenol resin adhesive, an epoxy resin adhesive, a polyurethane adhesive, an isocyanate adhesive for artificial boards, a resorcinol resin adhesive, an unsaturated resin adhesive, a PE adhesive, a PP adhesive, a PC adhesive, a PA adhesive and a PET adhesive, and the unsaturated resin adhesive preferably includes an unsaturated polyester resin adhesive, and more preferably includes a DC191 unsaturated polyester resin adhesive. The hot pressing technology of cold in and cold out is preferably adopted, the temperature of the hot pressing plate is preferably 40-60 ℃ when the plate is mounted, and the temperature of the hot pressing plate is preferably 40-60 ℃ when the plate is dismounted. In the invention, the hot pressing temperature is preferably 110-180 ℃, and more preferably 150-165 ℃; the pressure of the hot pressing is preferably 0.7-5 MPa, and more preferably 1.5-3 MPa; the time for hot pressing is preferably 1-30 min.

After the core layer is obtained, the first surface layer is arranged on one surface of the core layer, and the second surface layer is arranged on the other surface of the core layer, so that the light building curtain wallboard is obtained. When the first surface layer and the second surface layer are arranged on the two surfaces of the core layer, the surface sanding, the edge polishing, the edge sealing and the waterproof layer coating are preferably carried out on the core layer in sequence; according to the invention, after the first surface layer and the second surface layer are arranged on the two surfaces of the core layer, decoration printing is preferably carried out, so that the light building curtain wall plate is obtained. The invention has no special requirements on surface sanding, edge polishing, edge sealing, waterproof layer coating and decorative printing, and adopts the process well known by the technical personnel in the field.

In the present invention, when the first surface layer or the second surface layer is a weather-resistant paint film, a photo-curable paint film or a coated ceramic paint film, the method for providing the first surface layer or the second surface layer is preferably to spray or brush the weather-resistant paint, the photo-curable paint or the coated ceramic paint on the surface of the core layer; when the first surface layer or the second surface layer is the weather-resistant plastic plate, the first surface layer or the second surface layer is preferably arranged by bonding the weather-resistant plastic plate with the core layer by a heating melting veneering method; when the first surface layer or the second surface layer is a weatherable film, the method for disposing the first surface layer or the second surface layer is preferably to adhere the weatherable film to the surface of the core layer by using an adhesive.

According to the actual requirements of the building curtain wall board, the light building curtain wall board can be subjected to customized design to obtain the special-shaped functional light building curtain wall board; for example, flat pressing or molding of lightweight curtain wall panels to achieve a particular appearance form.

For further illustration of the present invention, the following description will be made in detail with reference to the examples and the accompanying drawings, but they should not be construed as limiting the scope of the present invention.

Example 1

In the embodiment, a bamboo-wood composite honeycomb plate with the height of 10mm is adopted as a hollow structure plate and is used as a light layer unit, a bamboo unfolding plate with the thickness of 2.5mm is adopted as a base layer unit, and fluorocarbon paint films are adopted for a first surface layer and a second surface layer;

two bamboo spread plates and one bamboo-wood composite honeycomb plate are stacked in the order of the bamboo spread plates, the bamboo-wood composite honeycomb plate and the bamboo spread plates from top to bottom, and a phenolic resin adhesive is coated between the two adjacent plates, wherein the dosage of the phenolic resin adhesive is 260g/m2Obtaining a core layer blank, and then carrying out hot pressing on the core layer blank for 1min under the conditions that the temperature is 150 ℃ and the pressure is 1.5MPa to obtain a core layer;

and sequentially sanding the surfaces of the two surfaces of the core layer, polishing the edges, sealing the edges and coating a waterproof coating, coating fluorocarbon paint with the thickness of 0.8mm on the two surfaces of the core layer, and drying for 25min by using air at the temperature of 60 ℃ to obtain the light building curtain wall board.

In the embodiment, a bamboo-wood composite honeycomb plate with the height of 10mm is adopted as a hollow structural plate, a bamboo tube rotary cutting plate with the thickness of 1.2mm is adopted as a base layer unit, and a first surface layer and a second surface layer adopt coated ceramic coating films; the bamboo tube rotary-cut board is prepared by the following steps: the bamboo is rotationally cut into single boards to obtain the micro-thin bamboo with the thickness of 0.6 mm; mixing and stirring a thermal elastomer with the model G140D and an isocyanate adhesive uniformly to obtain a bonding material; wherein the isocyanate adhesive accounts for 15 percent of the total mass of the binder; coating the adhesive on the surface of the micro-thin bamboo, wherein the coating mass of the adhesive is 0.6 times of that of the micro-thin bamboo, laminating another micro-thin bamboo and the micro-thin bamboo coated with the adhesive, then carrying out hot pressing for 2min under the conditions that the pressure is 1.5MPa and the temperature is 150 ℃, naturally cooling to room temperature after the hot pressing is finished, and then maintaining the pressure for 1.2min to obtain the bamboo tube rotary cutting board.

Stacking two bamboo tube rotary cutting plates and one bamboo-wood composite honeycomb plate in the order of the bamboo tube rotary cutting plate, the bamboo-wood composite honeycomb plate and the bamboo tube rotary cutting plate from top to bottom, and coating phenolic resin adhesive between two adjacent plates, wherein the dosage of the phenolic resin adhesive is 260g/m2Obtaining a core layer blank, and then carrying out hot pressing on the core layer blank for 1min under the conditions that the temperature is 150 ℃ and the pressure is 1.5MPa to obtain a core layer;

Example 3

The light building curtain wall board is prepared according to the method in the embodiment 1, and the difference is that the bamboo-wood composite honeycomb board is replaced by the bamboo-wood composite corrugated board.

Example 4

A lightweight building curtain wall panel was prepared according to the method of example 1, except that the core layer was provided with two lightweight layer units, the structure of the core layer in the lightweight curtain wall panel is shown in fig. 1, and the core layer was prepared according to the following steps:

providing three bamboo exhibition plates and two bamboo-wood composite honeycomb plates;

three bamboo exhibition plates and two bamboo-wood composite honeycomb plates are sequentially stacked from top to bottom as the bamboo exhibition plates, the bamboo-wood composite honeycomb plates, the bamboo exhibition plates, the bamboo-wood composite honeycomb plates and the bamboo exhibition plates, and a phenolic resin adhesive is coated between the two adjacent layers of plates, wherein the dosage of the phenolic resin adhesive is 260g/m2Obtaining a core layer blank, and then carrying out hot pressing on the core layer blank for 1min under the conditions that the temperature is 150 ℃ and the pressure is 1.5MPa to obtain the core layer.

Example 5

The light building curtain wall board is prepared according to the method of the embodiment 4, and the difference is that the bamboo-wood composite honeycomb board is replaced by the bamboo-wood composite corrugated board, and the structure of the core layer in the light curtain wall board is shown in fig. 2.

Example 6

A lightweight building curtain wall panel was prepared as in example 4, except that one of the two lightweight layer units was honeycomb and the other was corrugated, and the structure of the core layer in the lightweight curtain wall panel was as shown in fig. 3.

Example 7

The light building curtain wall board is prepared according to the method of the embodiment 1, and the difference is that the bamboo flattening plate is replaced by a bamboo-wood composite flat plate.

Example 8

A lightweight building curtain wall panel was prepared as in example 1, except that the bamboo flattening panels were replaced with reconstituted bamboo panels.

Example 9

A lightweight building curtain wall panel was prepared as in example 1, except that the phenolic adhesive was replaced with an epoxy adhesive.

Example 10

A lightweight building curtain wall panel was prepared according to the method of example 1, except that the phenolic resin adhesive was replaced with an isocyanate adhesive for an artificial board.

Example 11

A lightweight building curtain wall panel was prepared as in example 1, except that the phenolic resin adhesive was replaced with a resorcinol resin adhesive.

Example 12

A lightweight building curtain wall panel was prepared as in example 1, except that the phenolic resin adhesive was replaced with a DC191 unsaturated polyester resin adhesive.

Example 13

A lightweight building curtain wall panel was prepared as in example 1, except that the phenolic resin adhesive was replaced with a PE adhesive.

Example 14

A lightweight building curtain wall panel was prepared as in example 1, except that the phenolic resin adhesive was replaced with a PP adhesive.

Example 15

A lightweight building curtain wall panel was prepared as in example 1, except that the phenolic resin adhesive was replaced with a PC adhesive.

Example 16

A lightweight building curtain wall panel was prepared as in example 1, except that the phenolic resin adhesive was replaced with a PA adhesive.

Example 17

A lightweight building curtain wall panel was prepared as in example 1, except that the phenolic resin adhesive was replaced with a PET adhesive.

The invention uses the mass of the light curtain wall board to divide the volume of the light curtain wall board to obtain the density of the light curtain wall board, and the density of the light curtain wall board obtained in the example 1 is 0.45g/cm3Example 2 the density of the light curtain wall panel obtained was 0.48g/cm3. The properties of the light curtain wall panels obtained in examples 1 to 17 were tested according to GB/T1452-18, GB/T1453-05, GB/T1455-05, GB/T1456-05 and GB/T1457-05, and some of the results are shown in Table 1.

As can be seen from the results in table 1, the lightweight building curtain wall panel provided by the present invention has low density while meeting the requirements in terms of relevant strength properties.
