3) alternately stacking the flat plates and the aluminum profiles with the hollow structures, paving glue films between the adjacent plates, and then carrying out hot pressing to obtain a core layer;

4) arranging a first surface layer on one surface of the core layer, and arranging a second surface layer on the other surface of the core layer to obtain the light building curtain wall board;

the steps 1) and 2) are not limited in chronological order.

7. The preparation method of the light curtain wall board as claimed in claim 6, wherein the thickness of the adhesive film is 0.04-1 mm.

8. The preparation method of the light curtain wall board as claimed in claim 6, wherein the hot pressing temperature is 110-200 ℃, the hot pressing pressure is 0.7-5 MPa, and the hot pressing time is 1-30 min.

9. The method of making a lightweight curtain wall panel as recited in claim 6 or 8, wherein the hot pressing comprises hot-plate hot pressing, microwave hot pressing, or infrared hot pressing.

Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of building curtain wall boards, and particularly relates to a light building curtain wall board and a preparation method thereof.

Background

The building curtain wall is the outer wall enclosure of the building and does not bear the load of the main structure of the building. Building curtain walls are generally composed of a supporting structure (metal members of a base plate, metal beam uprights connected to a building body, etc.) having decorative panels and a rear face. The building curtain wall is connected with the main structure of the building, generally adopts the modes of bolts, rocker arms, spring mechanisms and the like to carry out connection, can generate large relative displacement between the building curtain wall and the main structure, and even when the main structure laterally moves to 1/60, the curtain wall can not be damaged. Meanwhile, the building curtain wall has good modeling capability and decorative effect and can meet the functional requirements of the building envelope structure, so that the building curtain wall becomes the best choice for the outer envelope structure of the high-rise building. But traditional building curtain uses the stone material as the raw materials, has higher weight, has reduced building curtain installation effectiveness, has the potential safety hazard simultaneously.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides a light building curtain wall board, which comprises aluminum profiles with hollow structures, namely light layer units, so that the self weight of the building curtain wall board is greatly reduced.

The invention provides a light building curtain wall board, which comprises a first surface layer, a core layer and a second surface layer which are sequentially in contact connection;

the core layer is formed by arranging base layer units and light layer units at intervals, and the number of the base layer units is one more than that of the light layer units;

Preferably, the thicknesses of the first surface layer and the second surface layer are 0.02-3 mm independently, the thickness of each single base layer unit is 1-6 mm, and the thickness of each single light layer unit is 3-15 mm.

Preferably, the aluminum profile of the hollow structure comprises an aluminum honeycomb plate or an aluminum corrugated plate.

Preferably, the first surface layer and the second surface layer independently comprise a weather-resistant paint film, a weather-resistant plastic plate, a weather-resistant film, a photo-curing paint film or a coated ceramic paint film.

Preferably, the flat plate comprises a bamboo flat plate or a bamboo-wood composite flat plate.

The invention also provides a preparation method of the light building curtain wall board, which comprises the following steps:

1) providing a plurality of flat plates;

2) providing a plurality of aluminum profiles with hollow structures; the number of the flat plate materials is one more than that of the aluminum profiles with the hollow structures;

3) alternately stacking the flat plates and the aluminum profiles with the hollow structures, paving glue films between the adjacent plates, and then carrying out hot pressing to obtain a core layer;

4) arranging a first surface layer on one surface of the core layer, and arranging a second surface layer on the other surface of the core layer to obtain the light building curtain wall board;

the steps 1) and 2) are not limited in chronological order.

Preferably, the thickness of the adhesive film is 0.04-1 mm.

Preferably, the hot pressing temperature is 110-200 ℃, the hot pressing pressure is 0.7-5 MPa, and the hot pressing time is 1-30 min.

Preferably, the hot pressing comprises hot plate heating hot pressing, microwave heating hot pressing or infrared heating hot pressing.

Detailed Description

The invention provides a light building curtain wall board, which comprises a first surface layer, a core layer and a second surface layer which are sequentially in contact connection;

the core layer is formed by arranging base layer units and light layer units at intervals, and the number of the base layer units is one more than that of the light layer units;

the light layer unit is an aluminum profile with a hollow structure, and the base layer unit is a flat plate.

In the invention, the core layer is formed by arranging the base layer units and the light layer units at intervals, and the thickness of each base layer unit is preferably 1-6 mm, more preferably 2.5-6 mm; the base layer unit is a flat plate, and the flat plate preferably comprises a bamboo flat plate or a bamboo-wood composite flat plate; the specific type of the bamboo flat plate is not particularly limited, and the bamboo flat plate can be prepared by any method, preferably comprises a bamboo integrated plate, a bamboo exhibition flat plate, a bamboo particle board, a bamboo fiber board, a bamboo tube rotary cutting board or a recombined bamboo board, but is not limited to the bamboo flat plate; the bamboo flat plate more preferably comprises a bamboo unfolding plate, a bamboo tube rotary cutting plate, a bamboo particle board or a bamboo fiber board. In the invention, the base layer unit preferably adopts a bamboo flat plate or a bamboo-wood composite flat plate; the base layer unit can adopt various plates, so that the source of the curtain wall plate raw materials is enlarged, and the bamboo flat plate or the bamboo-wood composite flat plate can be recycled, so that the environment is not influenced; meanwhile, the bamboo flat plate or the bamboo-wood composite flat plate is used as the base unit, the strength and the elasticity of the curtain wall plate can be improved, and the use safety of the curtain wall plate is further improved.

In the invention, the thickness of the single light layer unit is preferably 3-15 mm, and more preferably 10 mm; the light-weight layer unit is an aluminum profile with a hollow structure, and the aluminum profile with the hollow structure preferably comprises an aluminum honeycomb plate or an aluminum corrugated plate. The invention has no special requirement on the source of the aluminum honeycomb plate or the aluminum corrugated plate and can adopt the products sold in the market.

The curtain wall board comprises a plurality of light layer units, wherein the plurality of light layer units can be all aluminum honeycomb plates or all aluminum corrugated plates, or can be partially aluminum honeycomb plates and partially aluminum corrugated plates, and when the plurality of light layer units are the aluminum honeycomb plates and partially the aluminum corrugated plates, the curtain wall board has no special requirements on the number and the position relation of the aluminum honeycomb plates and the aluminum corrugated plates. In the invention, the number of the base layer units is one more than that of the light layer units, namely, the surface of the core layer is the base layer unit.

The aluminum profile with the hollow structure reduces the dead weight of the building curtain wall board and improves the mechanical property and the sound insulation property of the curtain wall board.

In the invention, the first surface layer and the second surface layer independently preferably comprise a weather-resistant paint film, a weather-resistant plastic plate, a weather-resistant thin film, a photo-curing paint film or a coated ceramic paint film, the paint used by the coated ceramic paint film is preferably an all-inorganic ceramic paint, and the all-inorganic ceramic paint in the embodiment of the invention is purchased from Sendzoli chemical industry, and the model number of the all-inorganic ceramic paint is SBL-608B. In the invention, the thicknesses of the first surface layer and the second surface layer are independent, preferably 0.02-3 mm, and more preferably 0.5-0.8 mm. In the invention, the first surface layer and the second surface layer which are optimized are adopted, so that the weather resistance of the light building curtain wall board can be improved, and the service life of the light building curtain wall board can be prolonged.

The invention also provides a preparation method of the light building curtain wall board in the technical scheme, which comprises the following steps:

1) providing a plurality of flat plates;

2) providing a plurality of aluminum profiles with hollow structures; the number of the flat plate materials is one more than that of the aluminum profiles with the hollow structures;

3) alternately stacking the flat plates and the aluminum profiles with the hollow structures, paving glue films between the adjacent plates, and then carrying out hot pressing to obtain a core layer;

4) arranging a first surface layer on one surface of the core layer, and arranging a second surface layer on the other surface of the core layer to obtain the light building curtain wall board;

the steps 1) and 2) are not limited in chronological order.

Firstly, providing a plurality of flat plates and a plurality of aluminum profiles with hollow structures; the number of the flat plate materials is one more than that of the aluminum profiles with the hollow structures; and then alternately stacking the flat plates and the aluminum profiles with the hollow structures, paving glue films between the adjacent plates, and then carrying out hot pressing to obtain the core layer. In the invention, the adhesive film preferably comprises one or more of a phenolic resin adhesive film, an epoxy resin adhesive film, a polyurethane adhesive film, an isocyanate adhesive film, a resorcinol resin adhesive film, an unsaturated resin adhesive film, a PE adhesive film, a PP adhesive film, a PC adhesive film, a PA adhesive film and a PET adhesive film, and the thickness of the adhesive film is preferably 0.04-1 mm, more preferably 0.1-0.6 mm, and most preferably 0.2 mm. The aluminum profile with the hollow structure and the base unit are glued together by the glue film, so that the gluing strength is ensured, and the light curtain wall board has dimensional stability and mechanical strength.

The invention preferably adopts a hot pressing process of cold in and cold out, and the hot pressing preferably comprises heating and hot pressing by a heating plate, microwave heating and hot pressing or infrared heating and hot pressing; the temperature of the heating plate is preferably 40-60 ℃ independently when the plate is installed in the process of heating hot pressing by the heating plate, microwave heating hot pressing or infrared heating hot pressing, and the temperature of the heating plate is preferably 40-60 ℃ independently when the plate is unloaded. In the invention, the hot pressing temperature is preferably 110-200 ℃, and more preferably 150-180 ℃; the pressure of the hot pressing is preferably 0.7-5 MPa, and more preferably 1.5-2.0 MPa; the time for hot pressing is preferably 1-30 min.

After the core layer is obtained, the first surface layer is arranged on one surface of the core layer, and the second surface layer is arranged on the other surface of the core layer, so that the light building curtain wallboard is obtained. The method preferably further comprises the steps of sequentially sanding the surface of the core layer, polishing the edge part of the core layer, sealing the edge of the core layer and coating a waterproof layer before arranging the first surface layer and the second surface layer on the two surfaces of the core layer; according to the invention, after the first surface layer and the second surface layer are respectively arranged on the two surfaces of the core layer, decoration printing is preferably carried out, so that the light building curtain wall plate is obtained. The invention has no special requirements on surface sanding, edge polishing, edge sealing, waterproof layer coating and decorative printing, and adopts the process well known by the technical personnel in the field.

In the present invention, when the first surface layer or the second surface layer is a weather-resistant paint film, a photo-curable paint film or a coated ceramic paint film, the method for providing the first surface layer or the second surface layer is preferably to spray or brush the weather-resistant paint film, the photo-curable paint film or the coated ceramic paint film on the surface of the core layer; when the first surface layer or the second surface layer is the weather-resistant plastic plate, the first surface layer or the second surface layer is preferably arranged by bonding the weather-resistant plastic plate with the core layer by a heating melting veneering method; when the first surface layer or the second surface layer is a weatherable film, the method for disposing the first surface layer or the second surface layer is preferably to adhere the weatherable film to the surface of the core layer by using an adhesive.

For further illustration of the present invention, the following description will be made in detail with reference to the examples and the accompanying drawings, but they should not be construed as limiting the scope of the present invention.

Example 1

In the embodiment, an aluminum honeycomb plate with the height of 10mm is used as a light layer unit, a bamboo exhibition flat plate with the thickness of 2.5mm is used as a base layer unit, and a fluorocarbon paint film is used for a first surface layer and a second surface layer;

stacking two bamboo spreading plates and one aluminum honeycomb plate in the order of the bamboo spreading plates, the aluminum honeycomb plates and the bamboo spreading plates from top to bottom, paving a phenolic resin adhesive film between two adjacent plates, wherein the thickness of the phenolic resin adhesive film is 0.2mm to obtain a core layer blank, and then hot-pressing the core layer blank for 1min under a heating plate with the temperature of 180 ℃ and the pressure of 1.5MPa to obtain a core layer;

and sequentially sanding the surfaces of the two surfaces of the core layer, polishing the edges, sealing the edges and coating a waterproof coating, coating fluorocarbon paint with the thickness of 0.8mm on the two surfaces of the core layer, and drying for 25min by using air at the temperature of 60 ℃ to obtain the light building curtain wall board.

Example 2

In the embodiment, an aluminum honeycomb plate with the height of 10mm is used as a light layer unit, a bamboo tube rotary cutting plate with the thickness of 2.5mm is used as a base layer unit, and a coated ceramic coating film is used for a first surface layer and a second surface layer; the bamboo tube rotary-cut board is prepared by the following steps: the bamboo is rotationally cut into single boards to obtain the micro-thin bamboo with the thickness of 0.6 mm; coating phenolic resin glue on any surface of the micro-thin bamboo, wherein the glue application amount is 200g/m2Then, laminating the five glued micro-thin bamboos to obtain a bamboo tube rotary cutting board blank; hot pressing bamboo tube rotary cutting board blank at pressure of 2MPa and temperature of 138 deg.C for 2min to obtain bambooAnd (5) cutting the plate by a rotary drum.

Example 3

A lightweight building curtain wall panel was prepared as in example 1, except that the aluminum honeycomb panels were replaced with aluminum corrugated panels.

Example 4

A lightweight building curtain wall panel was prepared according to the method of example 1, except that the core layer was provided with two lightweight layer units, the structure of the core layer in the lightweight curtain wall panel is shown in fig. 1, and the core layer was prepared according to the following steps:

providing three bamboo display plates and two aluminum honeycomb plates;

three bamboo exhibition flat plates and two aluminum honeycomb plates are sequentially stacked from top to bottom as a bamboo exhibition flat plate, a bamboo-wood composite honeycomb plate, a bamboo exhibition flat plate, a bamboo-wood composite honeycomb plate and a bamboo exhibition flat plate, a phenolic resin adhesive film is flatly laid between two adjacent layer plates, the thickness of the phenolic resin adhesive film is 0.2mm, a core layer blank is obtained, and then the core layer blank is hot-pressed for 1min under a heating plate with the temperature of 180 ℃ and the pressure of 1.5MPa, so that a core layer is obtained.

Example 5

A lightweight building curtain wall panel was prepared as in example 4, except that the aluminum honeycomb panel was replaced with an aluminum corrugated panel, and the structure of the core layer in the lightweight curtain wall panel was as shown in fig. 2.

Example 6

A lightweight building curtain wall panel was prepared as in example 4, except that one of the two lightweight layer units was an aluminum honeycomb panel and the other was an aluminum corrugated panel, and the structure of the core layer in the lightweight curtain wall panel was as shown in fig. 3.

Example 7

The light building curtain wall board is prepared according to the method of the embodiment 1, and the difference is that the bamboo flattening plate is replaced by a bamboo-wood composite flat plate.

Example 8

A lightweight building curtain wall panel was prepared as in example 1, except that the bamboo flattening panels were replaced with reconstituted bamboo panels.

Example 9

A lightweight building curtain wall panel was prepared as in example 1, except that the bamboo flattening sheet was replaced with a bamboo particle board.

Example 10

As can be seen from the results in table 1, the lightweight building curtain wall panel provided by the present invention has low density while meeting the requirements in terms of relevant strength properties.

Although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the above embodiments, it is only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, not all of the embodiments, and other embodiments can be obtained without inventive step according to the embodiments, and the embodiments are within the scope of the present invention.
