1. A method for fixing an outer wall integrated plate is characterized by comprising the following steps:

s1: preparing a plurality of steel bars for manufacturing a tie piece, bending one end of each steel bar by 180 degrees to form a semicircular hook, and bending the other end of each straight steel bar by 90 degrees to form a straight hook; preparing a plurality of reinforcing steel bars for manufacturing fixing pieces, and bending the two ends of the reinforcing steel bars by 135 degrees to manufacture inclined hooks; preparing a plurality of binding wires at the same time;

s2: welding the drawknot parts at two ends of the fixing part, and welding the bent back part of the straight hook at the bent front part of the inclined hook;

Technical Field

Background

The prior fixing process of the integrated outer wall plate comprises the following steps: firstly, after the outer wall integrated plates are installed, holes are drilled through an electric drill, then iron wires penetrate through the two outer wall integrated plates, and the iron wires are bound with the wall steel bars to finish temporary fixation.

The prior fixing process has the following problems:

1. need use the electric drill to beat the perforating hole on outer wall intergral template, increased the seepage hidden danger in later stage, also increased the shutoff process simultaneously, reduced the efficiency of construction.

2. The prior art adopts manual binding for fixation, the binding quality can not be ensured, and the problems of separation, falling and the like of the integrated plate can occur once the binding is not in place.

3. When the iron wire is used for fixing, workers need to ascend, punch, bind and fix, and the time consumed for fixing two integrated plates is long.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to solve the problems, and provides a method for fixing an outer wall integrated plate, which solves the problem of unstable reinforcement caused by the sliding phenomenon between a fastener and a steel bar.

The invention solves the problems and adopts the technical scheme that:

the method is simple and convenient to construct, and the technical threshold of constructors is reduced; the early-stage electric drilling for drilling through holes and later-stage plugging are not needed, the later-stage leakage hidden danger is avoided, the outer wall integrated plate can be quickly fixed, and the construction efficiency is improved; the semicircle crotch can effectively be drawed with the horizontal reinforcing bar of outer wall, realizes firmly fixing of outer wall intergral template.

Preferably, the further technical scheme of the invention is as follows:

the welding length of the straight hook of the drawknot part and the fixing part is not less than 30 mm; can be effectively fixed with the fixing piece.

Detailed Description

The invention will be further illustrated by the following examples, which are intended only for a better understanding of the present invention and therefore do not limit the scope of the invention.

As shown in fig. 1 to 4, a method for fixing an exterior wall integrated board includes the steps of:

s1: preparing materials, preparing a plurality of A6 steel bars with the length of 200mm to prepare a drawknot member 1, bending one end of each steel bar for 180 degrees to prepare a semicircular hook 101, bending the other end of each steel bar for 90 degrees to prepare a straight hook 102, wherein the bent parts of the semicircular hook 101 and the straight hook 102 are both 30mm in length; preparing a plurality of A6 steel bars with the length of 300mm to manufacture the fixing piece 2, bending the two ends of the steel bars by 135 degrees to manufacture an inclined hook 201, wherein the bent part of the inclined hook 201 has the length of 50 mm; meanwhile, preparing a plurality of fire wires as binding wires;

s2: the integral plate fixing assembly is formed by connection, and the bent part of the straight hook 102 of the drawknot part 1 is completely welded on the bent horizontal part of the inclined hook 201 of the fixing part 2;
