As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 6, as a specific scheme, the artificial intelligence 12 performs regular telephone automatic follow-up through the telephone module 13, the follow-up personal information comes from the database 3, a chest pain follow-up file is established in the database 3, the patient medication and examination information feedback is performed, the medical record is automatically recorded, and meanwhile, the doctor can check and make a decision, can perform the follow-up of the patient, know the condition of the patient in time, facilitate monitoring, and update the information in time.

Database 3 adopts cloud database 3, have resident health archives, have first aid ability personnel's archives and chest pain follow-up visit archives in the database 3, the timely record of the data information of being convenient for carries out the cloud storage.

As another aspect of the present application, there is provided a first aid step including:

(1) reporting events, wherein once cardiac arrest and chest pain events occur, the events contact the community chest pain treating unit diagnosis platform 1 and 120 through an APP (application), a WeChat public number or a telephone which logs in the chest pain center platform 2, and can be reported through a telephone calling unit 9 of the wearing device 8;

(2) dispatching of emergency treatment, namely dispatching through the chest pain center platform 2, pushing nearby emergency qualified personnel events through an APP and a WeChat public number of the chest pain center platform 2 in combination with a positioning module 4, or sharing list information of the emergency qualified personnel through a community telephone and 120 dispatching of a community chest pain treatment unit diagnosis platform 1, searching for and connecting to the emergency qualified personnel, allowing the emergency qualified personnel to agree with emergency treatment, stopping pushing and telephone connection, and indicating the nearest AED position to perform emergency treatment, wherein the number of the searched emergency qualified personnel is 2-3;

(3) the patient enters the emergency hospital urgently, the ambulance arrives at the position where the incident occurs, the patient is transported by the ambulance, the electrocardiographic data is remotely transmitted on the ambulance, and the electrocardiographic data is input into the chest pain center platform 2 for symptom analysis and the SteMI patient catheter room is started by one key;

(4) the patient is admitted to a hospital, and the patient can directly enter a catheter room for emergency treatment;

(5) follow-up visit of leaving hospital, treat the back of leaving hospital, carry out the reanalysis according to patient's data, divide into high-risk, well danger, low-risk personnel with the patient, well danger, low-risk personnel follow-up visit through basic unit's medical institution, and high-risk personnel follow-up visit through artificial intelligence 12 and three hospitals, and high-risk personnel information establishes chest pain follow-up visit archives in database 3.

Can be timely treated, can start the STEMI patient catheter room by one key, can be carried out outside the hospital, and optimizes the flow outside the hospital; the cooperative ability in front of and in the hospital is improved.
