For making the clamp line clamp plate 23 be difficult to produce and rock, be provided with the clamp plate on the articulated shaft of clamp line clamp plate 23 and reset 24, the clamp plate resets 24 and can select the torsional spring, the clamp plate resets 24 cover and locates on the articulated shaft of clamp line clamp plate 23, the one end of clamp plate resets 24 supports tightly on the inner wall of terminal body 1, the other end joint is fixed in on the clamp line clamp plate 23 to the clamp plate resets 24 and is in torsional state, thereby exerts the effort of resetting to clamp line clamp plate 23.

The wire clamping detection mechanism 3 comprises a switch seat 31, a static elastic sheet 32 and a movable elastic sheet 33, wherein a separation rib 15 is integrally arranged on one side of the pressing part 231 close to the wire clamping pressing plate 23 in the terminal body 1, a switch slot 16 is formed between the separation rib 15 and the inner wall of one side of the terminal body 1 far away from the wire clamping pin box 21, the switch seat 31 is installed in the switch slot 16, and an anti-falling component 4 is arranged between the terminal body 1 and the switch seat 31 to restrain the wire clamping pin box 21.

Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the anti-dropping assembly 4 includes a blocking block 41 and a matching groove 42, the blocking block 41 is fixed on the inner wall of the switch slot 16 far from the separating rib 15, the matching groove 42 is opened on the side wall of the switch seat 31 corresponding to one side of the blocking block 41, meanwhile, an anti-dropping block 43 is arranged in the matching groove 42, when the switch seat 31 is installed in the switch slot 16, the blocking block 41 crosses the anti-dropping block 43 along the matching groove 42 and forms a clamping connection with the anti-dropping block 43.

Referring to fig. 3, the stationary spring 32 is installed on the switch base 31 from a side of the switch base 31 opposite to the wire clamping pressure plate 23, and has one end penetrating through the switch base 31, and the stationary spring 32 is integrally provided with a stationary contact piece 321 through one end penetrating through the switch base 31. The movable spring piece 33 is installed on the switch seat 31 from the side of the switch seat 31 facing the wire clamping pressure plate 23, the movable spring piece 33 is stamped to form a movable contact piece 331, meanwhile, a conducting contact 332 is formed on the movable contact piece 331 and extends towards one side of the static contact piece 321, and after the movable spring piece 33 and the static spring piece 32 are installed, the conducting contact 332 is abutted against the static contact piece 321 under the elastic driving of the movable contact piece 331 so as to realize the electric connection between the static spring piece 32 and the movable spring piece 33.

Referring to fig. 3 and 4, in order to facilitate connection with the circuit, the stationary spring plate 32 and the movable spring plate 33 both have a power connection pin 211 penetrating through a side of the terminal body 1 opposite to the wiring port 11. In order to enable the wire clamping detection mechanism 3 to detect whether or not a wire is inserted into the wire connection port 11, a pressing flange 233 is provided at one end of the wire clamping pressure plate 23 close to the pressing portion 231, the pressing flange 233 abuts against the movable contact piece 331 when the wire clamping pressure plate 23 is not pressed, the movable contact piece 331 is pressed away from the stationary contact piece 321, and when a wire is inserted, the wire clamping pressure plate 23 is pressed, and the pressing flange 233 is displaced from the movable contact piece 331, so that the movable contact piece 331 is reset and abuts against the stationary contact piece 321.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in order to prevent the wire clamping pressure plate 23 from being excessively reset after being released and to push the contact piece 331 open, a detection baffle 5 is provided in the terminal body 1, and specifically, the detection baffle 5 includes a central shaft 51, a turning flange 52, a reset flange 53, a wire detection flange 54, a stop projection 55, and a baffle reset piece 56. Connecting sheets 17 are fixed on the upper and lower sides of the positioning rib 13 in the terminal body 1, the surfaces of the two connecting sheets 17 facing each other are provided with hinge grooves 18 for the central shaft 51 to be embedded, and the two ends of the central shaft 51 are inserted into the hinge grooves 18 on the two connecting sheets 17 respectively and abut against the positioning rib 13. The flip flange 52 and the reset flange 53 are fixed to the center shaft 51 and are symmetrical about the center shaft 51, and the wire inspection flange 54 is fixed to the center shaft 51 and is adjacent to the inner wall of the terminal body 1 where the wire connection port 11 is located.

Referring to fig. 4, in order to make the movement of the wire clamping pressing plate 23 form linkage with the detection baffle 5, a touch block 234 is arranged on one side of the wire clamping pressing plate 23 facing the central shaft 51 of the detection baffle 5, an overturning inclined surface 235 is arranged on one side of the touch block 234 opposite to the wire connection port 11, a stop notch 236 is arranged on one side of the touch block 234 facing the wire connection port 11, after the wire clamping pressing plate is assembled, the overturning flange 52 is opposite to the overturning inclined surface 235, the stop lug 55 rotates into the stop notch 236 along with the detection baffle 5 when the overturning flange 52 is pushed by the touch block 234, and at this time, the wire detection flange 54 also rotates along with the rotation and moves away from the wire connection port 11, so that a wire can be inserted into the wire connection port 11.

Referring to fig. 2, the baffle plate resetting member 56 can be a torsion spring, a torsion box 6 is arranged on the inner wall of the terminal body 1, the torsion box 6 is located between the switch seat 31 and the central shaft 51, a sleeve block 61 is arranged on the inner wall of the torsion box 6 close to one side of the wiring port 11, the baffle plate resetting member 56 is sleeved on the sleeve block 61, at this time, one end of the baffle plate resetting member 56 extends out of the torsion box 6 and abuts against the resetting flange 53, and the other end of the baffle plate resetting member is fixed in the torsion box 6, so that the resetting thrust is provided for the resetting flange 53.

For the baffle plate resetting piece 56 and the pressing plate resetting piece 24, besides the torsion spring, a metal elastic sheet, a plastic elastic sheet or other elastic structures can be selected for replacement, as long as the continuous force application of the wire clamping pressing plate 23 and the detection baffle plate 5 can be realized. Meanwhile, the static elastic sheet 32 and the movable elastic sheet 33 can be designed to be directly mounted on the terminal body or integrally injection-molded, the wiring port 11 can be designed at other positions such as the top side surface or the bottom of the terminal body 1, and when the wiring port 11 is arranged at other positions, the mounting orientation of parts such as the wire clamping pressing plate 23 and the wire clamping pin box 21 in the terminal body 1 needs to be adaptively adjusted, so that a lead can enter the elastic sheet groove 212 after being inserted.

The implementation principle of the embodiment of the application is as follows: when the device is used, the wire clamping pressing plate 23 is pressed, the wire clamping pressing plate 23 drives the detection baffle 5 to rotate in the process of being pressed down, the wire detection flange 54 is rotated away from the wiring port 11, meanwhile, the wire clamping end of the wire clamping elastic sheet 22 is driven by the wire clamping pressing plate 23 to form a space for a lead to enter with the inner wall of the wire clamping pin box 21, and meanwhile, the movable contact piece 331 is electrically communicated with the static contact piece 321 after losing the pushing force for pressing against the flange 233. After the lead is inserted, the lead can block the lead detection flange 54 to limit the rotation of the detection baffle 5, at this time, the lead clamping pressing plate 23 is released, the lead clamping elastic sheet 22 can reset and clamp the lead together with the lead clamping pin box 21, after the lead clamping pressing plate 23 is reset for a certain distance, the lead clamping pressing plate can be blocked by the stop position lug 55 and cannot be reset excessively, the movable contact piece 331 and the static contact piece 321 can be continuously conducted, in the process, once the lead falls off, the detection baffle 5 resets, the top pressing flange 233 on the lead clamping pressing plate 23 can push the movable contact piece 331 away from the static contact piece 321, a lead detection circuit is powered off, an installer can quickly check the fallen lead, the connection terminal is convenient to connect and has a lead falling-off detection function, and simultaneously, because the insertion of the lead has a gear function on the stop position lug 55, even for a tiny lead, the insertion can be detected by the circuit, so that the portable detection device has extremely high portability and lead insertion detection sensitivity.
