The invention relates to the technical field of data transmission, in particular to a clamping fixed type terminal.

Background

Terminal structures such as USB interface are the indispensable input/output interface modes of computers such as present server and PC, and the USB interface is fixed on the mainboard, realizes signal transmission with the mainboard, and common fixed mode has two kinds: the first one is directly welded on the edge of the PCBA, and the PCBA mainboard provides support for the USB interface; the second type is led to the front window and the rear window of the case through USB wires and then is locked and fixed through screws, and the case structure supports the USB interface in the mode.

At present, the USB interface connection is mainly performed by welding and screw locking, but the USB interface connection does not meet the same overall mechanism layout in many scenes, the position layout of various terminals needs to be changed, and the traditional connection mode is difficult to adjust; besides the structural requirements, the screw locking mode also needs to increase the assembly process of the screw, reduces the production efficiency and the like, and has poor subsequent maintainability.

For those skilled in the art, how to conveniently and quickly disassemble and assemble the terminal structure is a technical problem that needs to be solved at present.

Detailed Description

The core of the invention is to provide a clamping fixed terminal which adopts a clamping fixed mode and can be quickly installed and detached.

In order to make those skilled in the art better understand the technical solution of the present invention, the following will describe the snap-fit type terminal of the present invention in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and the specific embodiments.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, which are a front view and a plan view of a snap-fit type terminal provided by the present invention, respectively; the invention provides a clamping fixed terminal, which comprises a splicing end 1 and a clamping piece 2 which are relatively and fixedly connected, wherein the splicing end 1 and the clamping piece 2 jointly form a whole terminal structure; the splicing end 1 is connected with the mainboard through a signal wire and can transmit signals with the mainboard; the plug end 1 is a socket structure, and can be a USB or other socket.

When the installation is carried out, the clamping sheets 2 at two sides are pressed relatively, namely the direction of an arrow in fig. 4 is opposite, so that the two clamping sheets 2 are close to the inserting end 1, the clamping groove 21 and the clamping plate of the chassis are aligned to release external force, the two clamping sheets 2 rebound along the direction of the arrow and are clamped in corresponding gaps respectively, and the installation step can be completed; when needing to be dismantled, press two joint pieces 2 relatively, shift out joint piece 2 from the breach of quick-witted case joint board, again with whole fixed terminal of joint release can.

The plug-in end 1 is a flat block-shaped structure and is provided with four side faces, the four side faces are opposite in pairs, the clamping piece 2 is arranged at the narrower side face of the plug-in end 1, namely the side face where the wide side of the cross section is located, and the width of the clamping piece 2 in the structure is smaller; of course, if necessary, the side where the wider side of the plug-in terminal 1 is, that is, the side where the long side of the cross section is located; or all four sides are provided with clamping tabs 2.

On the basis of any one of the technical schemes and the mutual combination thereof, the invention arranges the fool-proof block 3 on the plug-in end 1, the fool-proof block 3 is used for being matched and clamped with the fool-proof clamping groove on the case to limit the plug-in direction, the fool-proof block 3 makes at least one side surface of the plug-in end 1 different from the opposite side surface, and the fool-proof block 3 is just clamped with the fool-proof clamping groove on the case, thereby ensuring that the fool-proof block cannot be installed reversely when being installed; the number and form of the fool-proof blocks 3 are not limited and can be set according to the needs.

The clamping sheet 2 is bent to form an arc-shaped boss 22 close to the inner end, the boss 22 enables the outer end of the clamping sheet 2 to have a tendency of opening towards two sides, the boss 22 is bent by the clamping sheet 2 to form an arc structure, and the tail end of the clamping sheet 2 is enabled to open towards two sides better through the boss 22 so as to guarantee the clamping effect.

Specifically, the two opposite clamping sheets 2 are integrally bent and formed, and the two clamping sheets 2 have the same structure and are convenient to process.
