Background

The traditional biomechanical system of internal fixation implants is the biomechanical system of bone plate, bone screw and bone tissue, wherein the bone plate usually has a plurality of screw holes, and the screw holes are mutually matched and extruded with the bone screw, so that the screw bears certain load, and the other load is transferred between bone blocks by implanting the screw into the bone tissue. The following detailed description of embodiments of the present invention is provided in connection with the accompanying drawings and examples. The following examples are intended to illustrate the invention but are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.

After the drilling operation is completed, the positioning guide plate 3 is taken down, the fragments in the hole are cleaned, then, the inserting buckling nails 2 on the bone fracture plate body 1 are inserted and buckled into the connecting holes along the central shaft direction of the connecting holes, the inserting buckling nails 2 are in interference fit with the connecting holes in the bone tissues, and the inserting buckling nails 2 are fixed in the bone tissues to realize the fixed connection of the bone fracture plate and the bone tissues.
