Background

The shifter is used for assisting nursing personnel to shift the position of a user, can enable old people or leg wounded persons to safely shift among common seats, sofas, wheelchairs and water closets, improves the initiative of daily activities of the old people or patients with inconvenient legs and feet, simultaneously enables nursing work to be easier and safer, greatly reduces the working strength of the nursing personnel, and enables the whole process to be easy and pleasant. The shifting machine in the prior art needs a plurality of people to assist in lifting the old people or patients to a bed or a vehicle when the old people are required to be moved to the bed or the vehicle and the lifting device is lifted to a set height, and the lifting device is not only complex in structure but also inconvenient to move the old people or the patients.

Therefore, it is desirable to provide a shifting machine to solve the above-mentioned technical problems.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides a shifter, which solves the problems that when an old person needs to be moved to a bed or a vehicle and a lifting device is lifted to a set height, the old person or a patient needs to be lifted to the bed or the vehicle by a plurality of persons, the lifting device is complex in structure, and the old person or the patient is inconvenient to move in the prior art.

In order to solve the technical problems, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows: a shifter comprises a lifting device, a seat device arranged on one side of the lifting device and a moving device arranged on the other side of the lifting device and connected to the bottom of the lifting device for supporting the lifting device, wherein the seat device comprises a frame part and a backrest part which can be opened and closed relative to the frame part, the backrest part comprises a left side backup plate and a right side backup plate, and the lifting device comprises lifting components arranged oppositely and a rotating component arranged between the lifting components for synchronous rotation.

The lifting assembly comprises a first fixed pipe, a telescopic pipe arranged on the outer peripheral side of the first fixed pipe, a screw arranged on the inner peripheral side of the first fixed pipe and an extensible member fixedly connected with one end of the screw, the screw drives the telescopic pipe and the extensible member to move up and down, and the screw drives the rotating assembly to rotate through the extensible member.

According to the invention, the telescopic piece comprises a rotary sleeve and a special-shaped fixed column connected in the rotary sleeve, one end of the rotary sleeve is fixed on the screw rod, and the special-shaped fixed column is connected in the rotary sleeve in a telescopic manner.

In the invention, the rotating assembly comprises a scroll rod and turbines which are oppositely arranged at two ends of the scroll rod, and the turbines are vertically connected to the special-shaped fixing columns.

Detailed Description

The shifting machine in the prior art needs a plurality of people to assist in lifting the old people or patients to a bed or a vehicle when the old people are required to be moved to the bed or the vehicle and the lifting device is lifted to a set height, and the lifting device is not only complex in structure but also inconvenient to move the old people or the patients.

The following is a preferred embodiment of the present invention for a shifting machine that can solve the above technical problems.

The invention provides a shifter, which comprises a lifting device 11, a seat device 13 arranged on one side of the lifting device 11, and a moving device 12 arranged on the other side of the lifting device 11 and connected to the bottom of the lifting device 11 for supporting the lifting device 11, wherein the seat device 13 comprises a frame part 131 and a backrest part 132 which can be opened and closed relative to the frame part 131, the backrest part 132 comprises a left side backup plate 1321 and a right side backup plate 1322, the lifting device 11 comprises a lifting assembly 111 which is oppositely arranged and a rotating assembly 112 which is arranged between the lifting assemblies 111 and used for synchronously rotating, the lifting assembly 111 comprises a first fixed pipe 1114, an extension pipe 1111 arranged on the outer peripheral side of the first fixed pipe 1114, a screw 1113 arranged on the inner peripheral side of the first fixed pipe 1114, and an extension member 1120 fixedly connected with one end of the screw 1113, the screw 1113 drives the extension pipe 1111 and the extension member 1120 to move up and down, the screw 1113 drives the rotating assembly 112 to rotate through the extension member 1120, the lifting device 11 is arranged on the moving device 12, the seat device 13 is arranged at one side of the lifting device 11, one end of the screw 1113 is fixedly connected with the telescopic part 1120, the screw 1113 and the telescopic part 1120 are both arranged in the first fixed pipe 1114, the first fixed pipe 1114 is arranged in the telescopic pipe 1111, because the lifting component 111 is arranged oppositely, when the screw 1113 of the lifting component 111 at one side is driven, the screw 1113 drives the telescopic pipe 1111 and the telescopic part 1120 to move up and down, the telescopic part 1120 drives the rotating component 112 to rotate, the rotating component 112 drives the lifting component 111 at the other side to rotate, so that the lifting component 111 arranged oppositely rotates simultaneously, when the lifting device 11 lifts the seat device to a set height, the backrest component 132 is opened, the old people or the patients are moved from the vehicle or the bed to the frame part 131 or the old people or the patients are moved from the frame part 131 to the vehicle or the bed, the labor is saved, not only is simple to use, but also can save the strength of medical care personnel or carers.

Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a perspective view of the extensible member of the shifting machine of the present invention, the extensible member 1120 includes a rotating sleeve 1120a and a special-shaped fixing post 1120b connected in the rotating sleeve 1120a, one end of the rotating sleeve 1120a is fixed on the screw 1113, the special-shaped fixing post 1120b is telescopically connected in the rotating sleeve 1120a, the rotating sleeve 1120a is fixedly connected with the screw 1113, the special-shaped fixing post 1120b is connected to the rotating assembly 112 for rotation, when the screw 1113 drives the rotating sleeve 1120a to rotate, the rotating sleeve 1120a drives the special-shaped fixing post 1120b to rotate, the special-shaped fixing post 1120b drives the rotating assembly 112 to rotate, the rotating assembly 112 drives the lifting assembly 111 on the other side to ascend and descend, so that the lifting assemblies 111 on the two opposite sides rotate simultaneously.

The rotating assembly 112 includes a worm 1122 and worm gears 1121 oppositely disposed at two ends of the worm 1122, the worm gears 1121 are vertically connected to the special-shaped fixing posts 1120b, the worm gears 1121 are disposed at two ends of the worm 1122, the worm gears 1121 are respectively connected to the special-shaped fixing posts 1120b of the lifting assembly 111 oppositely disposed, and the special-shaped fixing posts 1120b drive the worm gears 1121 to rotate.

The lifting assembly 111 is further provided with a second fixed pipe 1112 arranged below the outer periphery of the first fixed pipe 1114, a first fixed seat 1115 arranged in the second fixed pipe 1112 and used for fixing one end of the first fixed pipe 1114 and fixedly connected with the second fixed pipe 1112, and a second fixed seat 1116 arranged on the outer periphery of the other end in the extension pipe 1111, be provided with threaded sleeve 1119 in the second fixing base 1116, screw 1113 connects in threaded sleeve 1119, first fixed pipe 1114 is located the top of second fixed pipe 1112, first fixed pipe 1114 is located flexible pipe 1111, the one end and the extensible member 1120 fixed connection of screw 1113, screw 1113 all is located first fixed pipe 1114 with extensible member 1120, first positioning seat 1331 is located between second fixed pipe 1112 and the flexible pipe 1111, first positioning seat 1331 is used for the flexible distance of spacing flexible pipe 1111, second positioning seat 1332 is located flexible pipe 1111 and keeps away from the one end of second fixed pipe 1112.

The working principle is as follows:

The lifting device 11 comprises a first fixed pipe 1114, a telescopic pipe 1111 arranged at the outer periphery of the first fixed pipe 1114, a screw 1113 arranged in the first fixed pipe 1114, a telescopic member 1120 fixed at one end of the screw 1113, the telescopic member 1120 comprising a rotary sleeve 1120a and a special-shaped fixed column 1120b, a second fixed pipe 1112 arranged below the first fixed pipe 1114, a first fixed seat 1115 arranged between the first fixed pipe and the second fixed pipe 1112, a second fixed seat 1116 arranged in the telescopic pipe 1111 and far away from the first fixed seat 1115, and a third fixed seat 1118 arranged at one end of the first fixed pipe 1114 and far away from the second fixed pipe 1112, wherein the screw sleeve 1119 is fixed in the third fixed seat 1118, a plane bearing 1117 is fixed in the second fixed seat 1116, one end of the screw 1113 is fixedly connected with the rotary sleeve 1120a, the special-shaped fixed column 1120b is sleeved in the rotary sleeve 1120a, the screw 1113 is arranged in the screw sleeve 1119 and the plane bearing 1117, the rotating assembly 112 includes a worm 1122 and a worm gear 1121, the worm gear 1121 is disposed below the opposite lifting assembly 111, the worm gear 1121 is fixedly connected to the irregular-shaped fixing column 1120b, the worm gear 1122 is disposed at two ends of the worm gear 1121, and the worm gear 1122 and the worm gear 1121 rotate synchronously.
