Background

The side thrust pipe orifice is a source of larger resistance, noise and air bubbles of the ship. The cover plate is arranged at the opening of the side thrust pipe, which is an effective way for solving the resistance increasing effect of the opening of the side thrust pipe. The cover plate is designed according to the line type of the outer plate at the position of the side push pipe opening, is opened when the side push is used, and is locked when the side push is used for normal navigation. When the cover plate is in a locked state, the integrity of the plate line type in the area can be kept to the maximum extent, so that the additional resistance formed at the side thrust pipe opening is avoided. In addition, the side push pipe cover is also beneficial to reducing underwater radiation noise, inhibiting bubble generation and ensuring the normal operation of ship bottom equipment.

However, the area space of the opening of the side push pipe is narrow, and meanwhile, the side push pipe cover and the side push pipe have interaction, so that higher requirements are provided for the design of the side push pipe cover. The prior art has the problems of high space requirement and great influence on the lateral thrust.

The side-push device can obviously improve the maneuverability of the ship when the ship leans to or leaves a wharf or sails at low speed, and is widely applied to various ships at present. However, since the side thruster opening is present on the surface of the hull plate, the ship resistance is adversely affected in a normal sailing state. Research shows that the resistance increment caused by the pipe orifice pushed from the head side can reach 1.4-3.1% of the resistance of the naked ship body. For ships with large linear change of the pipe orifice area pushed from the front side, the resistance increasing effect of the pipe orifice is more obvious. Taking 2400 TEU inside trade container ships as an example, through model test verification, the resistance increment caused by pushing the pipe orifice at the head side is about 3.7 percent, and the ship speed is reduced by about 0.1 kn. This is a non-negligible loss to the ship performance; in the long term, significant fuel costs will be added to the shipowner.

The cover plate is arranged at the opening of the side thrust pipe, which is an effective way for solving the resistance increasing effect of the opening of the side thrust pipe. The cover plate is designed according to the line type of the outer plate at the position of the side push pipe opening, is opened when the side push is used, and is locked when the side push is used for normal navigation. When the cover plate is in a locked state, the integrity of the plate line type in the area can be kept to the maximum extent, so that the additional resistance formed at the side thrust pipe opening is avoided. The multi-blade side push pipe cover of the grid plate is of a shutter type structure, and the blade surface is of a single-plate structure and is driven by a shaft. The double-fan turnover type double-fan cover plate structure is adopted, and the cover plate is of a double-sided wing type structure and is driven by a horizontal shaft. The inside-retracting type adopts a cover plate structure with arms, and the cover plate structure is stored in a cavity at the top of the side push pipe when being opened.

The side push tube cover in the prior art mainly has the following advantages and disadvantages:

1. the multi-blade type blades of the grid plate are small in stress and small in occupied space, can be applied to small and medium-sized or square-coefficient-small ships, but are difficult to be used for ships with complicated linear curved surfaces of the side-thrust pipe openings, the transmission mechanism is complicated, the number of the blades is large, and the influence on the side-thrust force is large.

2. The double-fan overturning type side push pipe cover transmission mechanism is simple, good line type matching can be guaranteed, hole expansion needs to be carried out on the side push pipe, occupied space is large, the change to a ship body structure is large, the influence on side push force is also large, and the double-fan overturning type side push pipe cover transmission mechanism is only used for large and medium ships with large square coefficients at present.

3. The influence of the adduction type side thrust pipe cover on the side thrust is the smallest of the three, the linear matching performance is good, but the transmission and locking mechanisms are complex, the requirement on the space is the largest of the three, and the adduction type side thrust pipe cover is only applied to large and medium ships with large square coefficients at present.

Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention provides the single-fan turnover type side thrust pipe cover, which is small in occupied space and small in influence on side thrust for small and medium-sized ships with small square coefficients and other ships with limited side thrust pipe opening area space.

The following description of the preferred embodiments of the present invention will be provided in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, which are set forth in detail below to provide a better understanding of the function and features of the invention.

Referring to fig. 1 to 3, a single-leaf turnover type side push pipe cover according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a cover plate 1, a transmission shaft 2, a diversion port 3, and a peripheral outer plate 4; the diversion port 3 is formed in the middle of the peripheral outer plate 4; the cover plate 1 is detachably connected to the transmission shaft 2 through bolts and is pivoted in the diversion port 3 through the transmission shaft 2; the shape of the diversion port 3 is matched with that of the cover plate 1; the peripheral outer plate 4 is fixed to a hull; the outer surface of the cover plate 1 and the outer surface of the peripheral outer plate 4 are matched with the ship body; the inner surface of the cover plate 1 is streamline.
