(4) And (2) taking 6 parts of clarifying agent, adding 20-30% of water of the clarifying agent to dilute the clarifying agent, smearing the diluted clarifying agent on the surface of the semi-dry blank to eliminate water and impurities on the surface of the blank, avoiding the impurities on the outer surface of the blank from generating unevenness, and improving the quality of bowl blank manufacturing.

(5) And (3) conveying the preliminarily molded blank into a molding die machine to perform extrusion molding on the blank to manufacture different bowls, conveying the molded bowls into an annealing furnace for 1-3 hours after the molded bowls are placed and naturally cooled to be hardened, molding and reinforcing the bowls, and finally conveying the bowls into a tempering box to be tempered to obtain the high-toughness drop-resistant bowl.

Comparative example 4

A production process of a high-toughness drop-resistant bowl comprises the following steps:

(1) crushing 45 parts of feldspar by using a crusher to crush the feldspar into powder, crushing 30 parts of microlite by using the crusher to crush the microlite into powder to obtain powder for manufacturing a high-toughness bowl blank, diluting the clay by adding 20-30% of water into 14 parts of clay, diluting the clay by adding 10-15% of water into 40 parts of silicon dioxide powder, diluting the silicon dioxide powder by using feldspar powder, adding the microcrystalline powder and the silicon dioxide powder diluted by water into a stirrer to be stirred, adding 11 parts of acrylate powder into the diluted clay to be mixed, adding proper water to dilute the clay again, adding the clay diluted twice into the stirrer to be mixed and stirred to form a mud mass, controlling the rotating speed of the stirrer to be 60-80 revolutions per minute, and controlling the stirring time to be 1-1.5 hours.

(2) And taking the mud dough which is stirred into a dough out of the stirrer, kneading the mud dough by hands after taking the mud dough out to extrude the air in the mud dough, placing the mud dough with the air discharged on a mud plate for 30-40 minutes, reducing the dilution residual moisture contained in the mud dough, improving the viscosity of the mud dough and facilitating the subsequent blank drawing of the mud dough.

(3) Placing the mud pie on a drawing turntable die, manually drawing the mud pie on the drawing turntable into blanks with different sizes and shapes, taking 10 parts of a coloring agent, adding 30-40% of water into the coloring agent to dilute the coloring agent into liquid, taking 10 parts of nano graphite powder, adding 30-40% of water into the nano graphite powder to dilute the nano graphite powder into liquid, and smearing the liquid coloring agent and the liquid nano graphite powder on the outer surface of the blank, so that the subsequent surface coloring of the blank is facilitated and the smoothness of the blank after coloring is improved.

(4) 8 parts of clarifying agent is taken, 20-30% of water of the clarifying agent is added to dilute the clarifying agent, the diluted clarifying agent is smeared on the surface of a semi-dry blank to eliminate the water and impurities on the surface of the blank, the phenomenon that the outer surface of the blank contains impurities and is uneven is avoided, and the quality of bowl blank manufacturing is improved.

(5) And (3) conveying the preliminarily molded blank into a molding die machine to perform extrusion molding on the blank to manufacture different bowls, conveying the molded bowls into an annealing furnace for 1-3 hours after the molded bowls are placed and naturally cooled to be hardened, molding and reinforcing the bowls, and finally conveying the bowls into a tempering box to be tempered to obtain the high-toughness drop-resistant bowl.
