Technical Field

Background

The metal workpiece is easy to rust in the production, processing and transportation processes, so that a layer of film is required to be formed on the surface of the metal by using antirust oil, and chemicals for preventing the metal from rusting are required. The machine is difficult to operate and store without contact with oxygen, moisture or other corrosive media in the air, and these substances will electrochemically corrode and rust on the metal surface, and the prevention of corrosion should prevent the above substances from contacting the metal. The antirust belongs to one kind of antirust product, and other types of antirust oil, antirust paper and the like. The rust inhibitor is a super efficient synthetic penetrant, which can penetrate into rust, corrosive and oil stain strongly to remove rust and corrosive on screws and bolts easily, and has the properties of penetrating rust removal, loosening lubrication, corrosion resistance, metal protection and the like. And a lubricating film can be formed and stored on the surface of the component to inhibit corrosion by moisture and many other chemical components.

At present, the conventional antirust agent generally has certain technical defects. Wherein, the traditional rust preventive oil: the rust prevention period is long, and the medium-and-long-term rust prevention can be realized; but the surface of the workpiece is greasy, the surface cleanness is poor, and dust is easily polluted; on occasions needing cleaning and oil removing at the later stage, the oil removing difficulty is high, and the cleaning can be realized only by matching professional oil removing agents with a plurality of cleaning procedures. Conventional aqueous rust inhibitors: is beneficial to the later cleaning. There is still a greasy or white crystallization of the wet surface film. The antirust effect is weak. Phosphating and other film coating processes: short rust-proof period and dry surface, but changes the original color of the metal. Silane vitrified products: the antirust period is too short to meet the requirement of intermittent transfer between the working procedures, and the surface is dry, but the original color of the metal is changed.

The preparation process of the invention is as follows:

the whole reaction temperature is as follows: firstly heating water to 45-48 ℃, then adding caprylic/capric triglyceride in batches to dissolve uniformly, reacting for 30 minutes, then adding high-carbon fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, stirring and reacting for 30 minutes until the high-carbon fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether is completely dissolved. Example 6

The rust-proof performance of the invention is measured as follows:

preparing concentration: 5%, dissolution medium: pure water.

Experimental reference standards: single chip rust prevention test GB/T6144-2010.

Test piece material: the metallographic structure of the first-grade gray cast iron meets the regulation of GB/T718.

Test piece size: diameter 356 x 20 MM.

Preparation of a test piece: according to SH/T0218.

Standardized experiments were performed in quincunx format.
