However, the existing fabrics in the market are mainly focused on the functionality and lack of fashionability; or mainly pay attention to the fashionability, and have various functional defects, such as not soft hand feeling, not good skin-friendly property, no health care function and the like, for example: the traditional synthetic fiber fabric has the defects of poor moisture absorption, poor comfort and poor air permeability, while the cellulose fabric has the defects of easy wrinkle and deformation, poor shrinkage, poor strength, easy whitening after washing and the like; the conventional fabric has no elasticity and poor stretching recovery; the fabric containing naked ammonia has high requirements on a weaving dyeing and finishing process, the fabric is heavy and thick, the air permeability is insufficient, and the phenomenon of spandex breaking is easily caused in the using process, so that the fabric is poor in practicability and the appearance is influenced; the appearance style of the conventional fabric is set in the market, so that consumers feel stuffy.

The present application is proposed to solve the above technical problems.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention solves the technical problems that in the prior art, the cotton-like fiber fabric generally has poor elasticity and poor stretching recovery performance, so that the wearing comfort level is reduced, and the appearance style of the fabric is shaped, so that consumers feel bored easily.

The invention designs a bi-component polyester cotton-like elastic knitted fabric and a preparation method thereof, and provides a fabric which has the advantages of cotton and terylene and avoids the defects of the cotton and terylene.

In order to solve the problems, the invention discloses a double-component polyester cotton-like elastic knitted fabric, wherein the fabric texture of the fabric is a variable Roman fabric texture, the fabric is formed by interweaving double-component cotton-like elastic composite yarns and polyester filament yarns, and the double-component cotton-like elastic composite yarns are tensile deformation yarns formed by processing PTT/PET composite yarns and full-dull ordinary polyester POY.

The arrangement can enable the cotton-like elastic composite yarns to occupy a larger proportion, so that the produced fabric has appearance and hand feeling which are closer to those of cotton materials, and the polyester feeling is prevented from being obvious due to overhigh content of polyester filaments.

The double-component cotton-like elastic composite yarn and the polyester filament yarn have certain difference in thickness due to the arrangement, and a certain concave-convex structure is formed between the stripes on the surface of the fabric formed by knitting, so that the fabric has better touch feeling.

Furthermore, the fabric is woven in 8 paths in a circulation mode, wherein 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 paths are connected with the double-component cotton-like elastic composite yarns, and 7 and 8 paths are connected with the polyester filaments.

Wherein, in the step S31, the open width water washing includes: and (5) feeding the fabric woven in the step (S2) into an open width machine in an open width smooth state for washing, wherein the temperature is 60-80 ℃, and the speed is 15-25 m/min. Further, in step S34, the sanding includes: the carbon sanding machine is used for sanding, wherein the sanding speed is 16-20 m/min, the sanding times are 2 times, and the fibers on the surface of the fabric can be ground into villiform fibers, so that the surface of the fabric is fluffy and soft, is closer to the hand feeling of cotton materials, and is more skin-friendly, preferably, the sanding speed is 18 m/min.

Further, in step S35, the performing includes: and (3) performing re-setting treatment on the fabric dyed in the step S34 at 130-150 ℃, wherein the speed is 22-28 m/min, and the overfeeding is 18-22%, and the finally-formed bi-component polyester cotton-like elastic knitted fabric is obtained through the setting, preferably, the re-setting temperature is 150 ℃, the speed is 25m/min, and the overfeeding is 20%.

In summary, it is easy to obtain: the fabric and the preparation method thereof provided by the embodiment have the following advantages:

firstly, the two-component polyester cotton-like elastic knitted fabric provided by the application is formed by interweaving two-component cotton-like elastic composite yarns and conventional polyester, so that the fabric has appearance and hand feeling similar to those of cotton;

thirdly, the fabric interwoven by the bicomponent polyester elastic fiber and the conventional polyester of the bicomponent polyester cotton-like elastic knitted fabric forms unique transverse bar texture combining roughness and fineness, so that the fabric is more fashionable and more attractive to users;
