the preparation method of the adhesive material comprises the following steps: adding 250g of deionized water into a reaction kettle, introducing nitrogen, adding emulsifier AEO91.8g, stirring and dispersing, heating to 85 ℃, adding initiators of 3.5g of potassium persulfate, 28g of butyl acrylate, 3.5g of active allyl epoxy terminated polyether, 3.8g of magnesium methacrylate and 2.4g of allyl triphenyl phosphine bromide in batches, stirring for 3 hours, cooling to room temperature, filtering and discharging to obtain the adhesive material product.

The allyl epoxy terminated polyether is a commercial product, SF-260/400 type, and is produced by Senffida chemical Co.

Step 1: making a mold, namely making designed flocking patterns into front and back void molds, fixing the molds for product flocking according to the size of a product, and making a corresponding number of molds according to the number of the products;

step 2: pattern, the designed flocking pattern has a front and back void mould, and a scraping and adhering material screen plate made according to the flocked part is sleeved on the base cylindrical fabric, and a layer of adhering material is scraped on the base cylindrical fabric by adopting a scraping method, namely, a primary gluing process is completed; uniformly brushing glue on the front side and the back side of the product for 3 times by using an adhesive material;

and step 3: flocking: flocking can be carried out according to the design pattern requirement, and the flock is selected to spray flocking on the place coated with the adhesive material; as a result of flocking, the pile is vertically adhered to the portion of the pattern coated with the adhesive material, and a pile pattern is formed, which is composed of the pile: spraying the fine and soft short velvet on the attachment material through a mould by a full-automatic flocking machine, and uniformly spraying wine on the front side and the back side to adhere the short velvet on the attachment material;

and 5: and (3) drying: drying the flocked product through a high-temperature area; and then washing and cleaning the flocked product for a plurality of times, cleaning the excess flocking and non-sticky flocking sprayed with the wine on the product, and drying and ironing the product after cleaning.
