The fan mounting assembly according to claim 2, wherein the first flap has a first wire hole, the electrical cabinet has a second wire hole, and a wire harness between the fan and the electrical cabinet is fixed to the exterior of the electrical cabinet and the first mounting plate through the first wire hole and the second wire hole.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of air conditioners, in particular to a fan mounting assembly and an air conditioner comprising the same.

Background

The built-in industrial air conditioner is mostly installed in a unit machine room, a base station and an energy storage bin of a container filled with energy storage batteries. Taking the container energy storage bin as an example, the two industrial air conditioners are oppositely arranged at the middle position of the energy storage bin, energy storage batteries are regularly arranged on the left side and the right side of the energy storage bin, and the rear surface of the unit is tightly attached to the inner wall of the energy storage bin. The built-in industrial air conditioner is of an integrated structure, namely, an indoor heat exchanger and an outdoor heat exchanger are integrated in the same shell, the interior of the built-in industrial air conditioner is divided into an indoor side and an outdoor side, wherein an outdoor side air duct is positioned at the rear half part of the industrial air conditioner and is respectively provided with an outdoor side fan and the outdoor side heat exchanger; the indoor side is located the first half of industrial air conditioner, arranges indoor side fan, indoor side heat exchanger, automatically controlled cabinet and compressor respectively.

The internal space of the energy storage bin is compact, two sides of the internal space of the energy storage bin are occupied by the energy storage battery cabinet and the industrial air conditioner, the rest space is only a passage with a long and narrow middle part, and the distance between the battery cabinet and the left side surface and the distance between the battery cabinet and the right side surface of the industrial air conditioner are only about 100 mm. Routine maintenance of the built-in industrial air conditioner is therefore generally performed from the front. The main parts which are easy to damage of the existing built-in industrial air conditioner are an outdoor side fan, an indoor side fan, a compressor and an electric control cabinet. It is impractical to simultaneously place the above main maintenance components in a limited frontal space, and therefore two or more components must be mounted in a front-to-back relationship.

The existing built-in industrial air conditioner has an electric control cabinet and an outdoor fan which are independently installed in a front-back relationship, and the electric control cabinet is installed at a front position of a unit and has a useless space with the outdoor fan. When the electric element has a fault, only the electric control cabinet needs to be maintained on the front side; when the outdoor fan needs to be maintained or replaced abnormally, the electric control cabinet arranged in front of the outdoor fan needs to be detached and taken out firstly, so that the fan can be detached or maintained, and a large amount of working hours are consumed by the complicated operation steps.

Meanwhile, the installation of the electric control cabinet after maintenance is completed can cause inconvenience in wiring of the whole machine. The built-in industrial air conditioner electric control cabinet is often positioned in front of the unit, and wiring of the load at the rear part of the electric control cabinet needs to be completed before the electric control cabinet is installed.

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present invention. According to the invention, the fan and the electric control cabinet are arranged to form the fan mounting assembly which can be integrally dismounted, so that the problems that the maintenance operation of the fan is complicated and time-consuming because the electric control cabinet needs to be firstly dismounted when the built-in industrial air conditioner maintains the outdoor fan are solved.
