The above different modes of operation each have certain disadvantages, such as: the manual charging-based mode is low in efficiency, and the behaviors of charging personnel are difficult to monitor; based on the charging mode of the third-party platform, the user data is accumulated in the third-party platform, and the user data cannot be communicated with the shopping mall orders and the member data; inconvenience in shopping/membership rights and use; the parking lot data and the member rights and interests data cannot be uniformly managed; traffic cannot be uniformly managed and reused for sales, etc.

For the contracted parking lot, the system is generally wholly outsourced to the management and operation of a third party, the interaction with orders and member systems cannot be realized, and user data and entrance data do not play value.

the cloud subsystem 13 is configured to perform charging management according to the data in the message queue, where the charging management includes: calculating parking fee and managing charging; and pushing a charging result and a payment state to the barrier gate management subsystem through the local market terminal system so as to enable the barrier gate management subsystem to control the vehicle to enter and exit.

Correspondingly, the barrier management subsystem 11 performs license plate recognition on the vehicle driven out of the parking lot, and executes barrier release operation when the payment state of the vehicle is payment; and when the payment state of the vehicle is not payment, displaying the charging result, and enabling the user to pay according to the charging result.

In practical applications, the gateway management subsystem 11 may specifically transmit the vehicle-related information to the local mall terminal system through WebSocket.

In addition, the local mall terminal system 12 is further configured to monitor a sending state of the vehicle-related information; and after the transmission fails, the retransmission is performed, and the number of times of the retransmission can be set arbitrarily, for example, 3 times; and after the vehicle is failed to be sent again, recording the vehicle related information into a failure database, and sending alarm information, such as sending mails, short messages, WeChats and the like to a project principal and/or related technical personnel to inform the related personnel to process.

Considering that some shopping malls usually provide certain benefits for parking of members or customers, in another embodiment of the system of the present invention, the cloud subsystem 13 is further configured to query vehicle binding information, for example, information such as members are bound, issue and check rights and interests according to the vehicle binding information, determine a charging rule, and calculate parking fees according to the charging rule.

It should be noted that the vehicle binding information may be uploaded to the cloud subsystem 13 by the local mall terminal system 12 in advance or in real time, for example, uploaded when the user registers a member or uploaded when the user shops, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention. In addition, different charging rules can be provided for different binding information, such as giving a discount for five folds for the parking fee for member users, and saving the parking fee for 1 hour for customers who shop for 100 yuan. Further, the members may be further divided into more detailed parts, such as mall members and monthly payment members, and the member information includes: name, license plate, parking lot, etc. There are different rights and charging rules for different types of members.

Further, in another embodiment of the system of the present invention, the cloud subsystem 13 is further configured to generate and store order information corresponding to the data in the message queue, and perform invoice and settlement management according to the order information. The order information may include, but is not limited to, license plate number, place of entry, time of entry, remark information, and the like. For example, an address interface for issuing invoices is provided for a user, the user logs in the address through the internet and inputs related vehicle information, time and other information, so that a corresponding electronic invoice corresponding to the vehicle can be generated, the user can download or print the invoice, inconvenience and waiting for issuing the invoice on a charging site are avoided, and user experience is effectively improved.
