(2) according to the invention, through adjustment and control of each added component of the printing ink, the label with good attaching effect, strong light-blocking performance, good wear resistance and long service life can be prepared only by two steps of curing through photocuring and thermocuring.

the preparation process of the modified talcum powder comprises the following steps: dissolving polyacrylamide in ethanol, adding talcum powder, stirring uniformly, dropwise adding azodiisobutyronitrile, heating to 60 ℃, performing ultrasonic treatment for 40min, filtering, washing and drying to obtain the polyacrylamide gel; the mass ratio of polyacrylamide to talcum powder to azobisisobutyronitrile is 1: 1: 0.2.

the preparation process of the modified copper-chromium black comprises the following steps: dissolving sodium diisooctyl succinate sulfonate in diethyl ether, adding copper-chromium black powder, heating to 45 ℃, performing ultrasonic treatment for 45min, filtering, washing and drying to obtain the sodium diisooctyl succinate sulfonate; the mass ratio of the diisooctyl succinate sodium sulfonate to the copper chromium black powder is 1: 1.5.

b. heating and shrinking: heating the label for 40min by adopting solvent steam with the temperature of 95 ℃, wherein the volume ratio of n-propanol to deionized water in the solvent components is 2: and 1, finally obtaining the container bottle with the label adhered to the outer side.

Example 3

The label comprises a base layer and an ink layer arranged on the back of the base layer, wherein the thickness of the ink layer is 0.08 times that of the base layer. The base layer is a PETG light-blocking milky-white heat shrinkable film, the thickness of the base layer is 30 mu m, and the ink layer is black. The width d of the lapping area of the opposite side of the PETG light-blocking milky-white heat shrinkable film, which is not coated with the ink layer, is 6mm, and the exposed white width m of the palm-closed part is 8 mm.

b. heating and shrinking: heating the label for 50min by using solvent steam with the temperature of 100 ℃, wherein the volume ratio of n-propanol to deionized water in the solvent components is 2: and 1.2, finally obtaining the container bottle with the label attached to the outer side.

Comparative example 1

The difference from example 1 is that the ink layer is not coated, and the rest of the steps are the same as example 1.

Comparative example 2

The difference from example 1 was that a general ink (debao DP3080) was applied, and the rest of the procedure was the same as in example 1.

Comparative example 3

The difference from example 1 is that the labeling step was not performed, i.e., the "b, heat shrinkage: heating the label for 65min by adopting solvent steam at the temperature of 98 ℃, wherein the volume ratio of n-propanol to deionized water in the solvent components is 2: 1.1 finally obtaining a container bottle with a label attached to the outer side ", and the rest of the steps are the same as those of the example 1.

For the above examples and comparative examples, the light transmittance, the anti-dropping and scratching capabilities of the ink, and the degradation rate of vitamin A after 15 days of illumination under the shielding of the label were respectively measured.

And (4) conclusion: examples 1-3 all provide the label and ink layer prepared by the present invention, through the mutual cooperation of the PETG light-blocking opal heat shrinkable film and the ink layer, the light-blocking efficiency and the friction resistance of the label can be optimized, and the decomposition of the nutritional ingredients in the beverage bottle can be prevented to the maximum extent.

Comparative example 1 is different from example 1 in that the ink layer is not coated, and the rest steps are the same as example 1; in order to coat an ink layer, the label only has a PETG light-blocking milky heat-shrinkable film layer, only plays a role in reflecting light, and has poor light-blocking performance, so that related performance parameters are reduced.

Comparative example 2 is different from example 1 in that a general ink (debao DP3080) was coated and the remaining steps were the same as example 1; when the common ink is coated, the ink can be dried and cured at one time, the ink layer can not be shrunk in the process of marking the PETG light-blocking milky-white heat-shrinkable film, the ink layer and the PETG light-blocking milky-white heat-shrinkable film are layered, the comprehensive performance of the PETG light-blocking milky-white heat-shrinkable film is reduced, and in addition, the common ink does not contain a benzene ring macromolecular main chain structure and a cyclic polymerization monomer, so the friction resistance and the light-blocking performance of the common ink are poor.

Comparative example 3 differs from example 1 in that the labeling step was not performed, i.e., the "b, heat shrinkage: heating the label for 50min by adopting solvent steam at 98 ℃, wherein the volume ratio of n-propanol to deionized water in the solvent components is 2: 1.1, finally obtaining a container bottle with a label attached to the outer side, wherein the rest steps are the same as those of the example 1; only part of the components of the ink layer are subjected to photocuring, and the rest of the components are cured and in a dry state, so that the overall density and hardness of the ink layer are low, and the light resistance and wear resistance of the ink layer are reduced.

It can be seen from the data of examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 3 that the above requirements can be satisfied in all aspects only by the scheme within the scope of the claims of the present invention, and an optimized scheme can be obtained, and an optimal light-blocking label can be obtained. The change of the mixture ratio, the replacement/addition/subtraction of raw materials or the change of the feeding sequence can bring corresponding negative effects.

The raw materials and equipment used in the invention are common raw materials and equipment in the field if not specified; the methods used in the present invention are conventional in the art unless otherwise specified.
