Technical Field

The present invention relates to the field of communications, and in particular, to an information processing method, system, and readable storage medium.

Background

For a multi-service corporate company, a plurality of service lines are usually provided, and each service line operates independently as a BU (Business Unit), so that cooperation and resource sharing relationships exist among the service lines. Therefore, in order to improve the resource sharing efficiency and further integrate resources, the external service functions of the service lines are integrated, so that the external service platform is developed uniformly.

However, in the process of uniformly developing an external service platform, the phenomenon that the same user may have a matching relationship with a plurality of service lines occurs, and if the service function of each service line is repeatedly developed, great waste of labor and material cost is caused; especially, for the service function of each service line taking the doctor-patient relationship as the core, the same doctor may correspond to a plurality of patients, and the same patient may also need to receive the medical services of the plurality of doctors at the same time, which is very unfavorable for the maintenance of the doctor-patient relationship if the related information cannot be shared in time; in addition, doctor resources are precious, and after all services are combined, a doctor who enters the service platform and belongs to which service line will cause disputes, namely the problem of the ownership of the doctor exists.

Therefore, a scheme for binding a user and a service line is needed to solve the problem of the user's ownership while improving the resource integration efficiency.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide an information processing method, an information processing system and a readable storage medium, which can improve the resource integration efficiency and solve the problem of the ownership of a user when a plurality of service lines exist.

To solve the above technical problem, the present invention provides an information processing method, including:

s1, receiving a first access request sent by a user, wherein the first access request carries identification information of the user and identification information of a target service line;

s2, judging whether the association relationship between the user and a service line exists; if not, executing S3;

s3, establishing the association relationship between the user and the target service line according to the identification information of the target service line and the user information of the user.

After receiving an access request of a user, the information processing method, the information processing system and the readable storage medium first judge whether the user is bound with a service line in an association relationship, and if not, establish the association relationship between the user and a target service line in the access request. An information processing method, a system and a readable storage medium according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. The advantages and features of the present invention will become more apparent from the following description. It is to be noted that the drawings are in a very simplified form and are all used in a non-precise scale for the purpose of facilitating and distinctly aiding in the description of the embodiments of the present invention. To make the objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, reference is made to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the structures, ratios, sizes, and the like shown in the drawings and described in the specification are only used for matching with the disclosure of the specification, so as to be understood and read by those skilled in the art, and are not used to limit the implementation conditions of the present invention, so that the present invention has no technical significance, and any structural modification, ratio relationship change or size adjustment should still fall within the scope of the present invention without affecting the efficacy and the achievable purpose of the present invention.

The invention provides an information processing method, an information processing system and a readable storage medium, which aim to solve the problem of the ownership of a user when a plurality of service lines exist.

It should be noted that the information processing method provided by the present invention can be applied to an integrated platform, which integrates the external service functions of multiple service lines, and can be popularized to users in the form of application programs, public numbers, and applets. When the platform is a medical service integrated platform, users of the platform can be classified into types of patients, doctors and the like.

Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 schematically shows a flow chart of an information processing method according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the information processing method includes the following steps:

s1, receiving a first access request sent by a user, where the first access request carries identification information of the user and identification information of a target service line.

S2, judging whether the association relationship between the user and a service line exists; if not, executing S3;

s3, establishing the association relationship between the user and the target service line according to the identification information of the target service line and the user information of the user.

The user information may be dedicated identification information configured for the user by the integrated platform when the user accesses the integrated platform for the first time, and is used for distinguishing the user from other users. Binding the user information with the identification information of the target service line can establish the association relationship between the user and the target service line.

It should be noted that the first access request carries identification information of the target service line, which indicates that the first access request is directed to access a page of the target service line. Therefore, in this embodiment, if the user accesses for the first time, the determination result in step S2 is no, in this case, step S3 is executed to establish the association relationship between the user and the target service line, and when the user accesses again, no matter the user accesses the target service line or other service lines, since the association relationship between the user and the target service line already exists, the association relationship between the user and the service line is not changed any more, that is, the user always maintains the association relationship with the target service line, so that the problem of the user' S ownership when there are multiple service lines can be solved. In one embodiment, the information processing method can be applied to a medical service integration platform, and the identity type of the user is a doctor. Because a plurality of service lines are combined in the medical service integrated platform, the medical scope of a doctor may coincide with the plurality of service lines. In order to avoid that a plurality of service lines compete for the same doctor resource, the method of the invention can lead a doctor to belong to the service line which is visited for the first time when the doctor visits a certain service line in the medical service integrated platform for the first time, thereby determining the right of the doctor to belong to.

Specifically, the first access request of the user may be implemented by a target access link. The access link may be a content link shared by the target service line, such as a shared article link and a conference invitation link, or may be in the form of a two-dimensional code, such as a promotion two-dimensional code and a conference invitation two-dimensional code of the target service line. The invention is not limited to the specific form of the access link. Preferably, each service line is configured with a dedicated identification parameter (i.e. identification information of the service line) for differentiation, and when an access link is generated by the service line, the access link will carry its dedicated identification parameter. Furthermore, when the user accesses through the access link, the first access request also carries the exclusive identification parameter, that is, the first access request carries the identification information of the target service line.

Furthermore, the access link may also carry identification information of a target service person in the target service line. The identification information of the target salesman is exclusive identification information configured for the target salesman by the integrated platform, and is used for distinguishing the target salesman from other salesmen. It can be understood that the target salesman belongs to the target service line in the integrated platform, and can acquire an access link from the integrated platform and share the access link, and the acquired access link carries the exclusive identification parameter of the target service line and also carries the identification information of the target salesman. When the user accesses through the access link shared by the target salesman, the first access request also carries the identification information of the target salesman. Further, when step S3 is executed, an association relationship between the user and the target salesman may be established according to the identification information of the target salesman and the user information of the user. That is, the user information is bound with the identification information of the target service line, so as to establish the association relationship between the user and the target service operator. By establishing the incidence relation between the user and the target operator, the target operator can maintain the user resource, and the target operator provides exclusive service for the user, thereby improving the user satisfaction.

In some embodiments, the target access link may not be shared by a specific service provider, and therefore, the target access link does not carry identification information of a target service provider in the target service line. In this case, in step S3, an operator may be determined as the target operator among the operators of the target service line, and an association relationship between the user and the target operator is established according to the identification information of the target operator and the user information of the user. For example, an attendant is determined as the target attendant from the attendants of the target service line by means of polling. Polling (Polling) is a way for a CPU to decide how to provide peripheral services, and is also called Programmed input/output (Programmed I/O), and the concept of the Polling method is: the CPU sends out inquiry at regular time to inquire each peripheral equipment whether it needs its service or not in sequence, if so, the peripheral equipment gives service, and after the service is over, the peripheral equipment asks the next peripheral equipment, and then the process is repeated. In this embodiment, the polling method for determining the target salesman may specifically be: and sequentially inquiring the terminals of a plurality of operators of the target service line whether the operators are willing to establish the association relationship with the user, and if one operator is willing, establishing the association relationship between the operator and the user. The target salesman may be determined in other ways, which is not limited by the present invention.

Further, referring to fig. 2, after step S3, step S4 is executed to display the page of the target service line to the user, and after the association relationship between the user and the target service line is established, the page of the target service line is displayed to the user so that the user can view specific content in the target service line. Or, if the determination result in the step S2 is yes, directly performing the step S4, and displaying the page of the target service line to the user. It is understood that, when the determination result in step S2 is yes, it indicates that there is already an association relationship between the user and a certain service line, and the certain service line may be the target service line or another service line.

In other embodiments, after establishing the association relationship between the user and the target service line, please refer to fig. 3, the method further includes:

s1', receiving a second access request sent by the user, wherein the second access request does not carry identification information of a service line;

s2', displaying the page of the target service line to the user.

That is, when the user sends a second access request that does not carry identification information of any service line, the page of the target service line is directly displayed to the user under the condition that the association relationship between the user and the target service line exists. That is, when a user does not access some other service line, based on the binding relationship between the user and a target service line, a page of the target service line bound to the user is displayed to the user first, so as to represent the ownership of the target service line to the user.

In summary, the information processing method provided in the embodiment of the present invention establishes an association relationship between the user and the target service line that the user accesses for the first time, that is, the user belongs to the target service line that the user accesses for the first time, so that the problem of the ownership of the user when there are multiple service lines is solved. In addition, for the service line, the user can obtain the user's ownership right by inviting the user to visit, so that the working enthusiasm of each service line can be mobilized.

For easy understanding, the technical solutions of the information processing method provided by the present invention are described below with reference to fig. 4 to 8.

Referring to fig. 4, a logic diagram of a medical service integrated platform is schematically shown, where the user identities in the medical service integrated platform include doctors, patients and sales (i.e. staff), so that the medical service integrated platform has functions of sales management, doctor management and patient management, and also has functions of product management, live broadcast, document, message notification, rehabilitation, personnel organization, conference management, instant messaging, and the like, and in addition, additional function modules may be extended as needed. On the basis of the functional modules provided by the medical service integration platform, through authority management and configuration of the functional modules, the service lines can be merged into the medical service integration platform, but the independence of the service lines is still kept, namely the service lines are used as mutually independent service line platforms in the medical service integration platform.

Further, corresponding terminals are developed for different user identities to meet the requirements of different user identities, and specifically include a promotion end (i.e., a terminal facing sales (salesman)), a doctor end, a patient end, and a PC management background (i.e., a total end), where the promotion end, the doctor end, and the patient end may be in an application form of a small program, and the total end may be in an application form of a PC end or a WEB end. Fig. 5 shows the functional modules included in the four terminals, specifically including six categories of product manuals, case collection, data management, data center, user center, and tools, and each category may further be subdivided into the functional modules.

In the conference invitation entering path, a conference initiator is a certain service line, so that a doctor signs in to acquire the basic information and the mobile phone number of the doctor after accepting the conference invitation, then the content of the home page of the service line of the initiator is displayed for the doctor, and the medical service integrated platform acquires the identifier of the service line of the initiator and polls in all sales of the service line to determine that a sale establishes an association relationship with the doctor. When a doctor enters the system by searching/scanning the code in the visitor identity, the doctor is firstly shown with the group home page content, and guided to fill in an interested service line, so as to obtain the identification of the service line filled in by the doctor, and polling is carried out in all sales of the service line to determine that a sale establishes an association relationship with the doctor. When a doctor enters a specific BU (Business line) by scanning the code with the visitor identity, the doctor is firstly shown the first page content or specific content page of the specific BU, obtains the identifier of the specific BU, and polls all sales of the specific BU to determine that a sale is associated with the doctor.

When the old doctor of the user who has recorded careBU in the system visits again in different forms, the access route is as shown in FIG. 8, and the access route also includes five access ways: link through sales sharing, link through agent sharing, invite through meeting, user autonomous entry (search, scan, etc.), and scan of old users into a particular BU (Business line). Based on the same inventive concept, the invention also provides an information processing system. As shown in fig. 9, the information processing system 200 may include a processor 210 and a memory 220, the memory 220 having stored thereon instructions that, when executed by the processor 210, may implement the steps in the information processing method as described above.

Among other things, processor 210 may perform various actions and processes in accordance with instructions stored in memory 220. In particular, the processor 210 may be an integrated circuit chip having signal processing capabilities. The processor may be a general purpose processor, a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), an off-the-shelf programmable gate array (FPGA) or other programmable logic device, discrete gate or transistor logic, discrete hardware components. Various methods, steps and logic blocks disclosed in embodiments of the invention may be implemented or performed. The general purpose processor may be a microprocessor or the processor may be any conventional processor or the like, which may be the X86 architecture or the ARM architecture or the like.

The memory 220 stores executable instructions that perform the information processing methods described above when executed by the processor 210. The memory 220 may be either volatile memory or nonvolatile memory, or may include both volatile and nonvolatile memory. The non-volatile memory may be read-only memory (ROM), programmable read-only memory (PROM), erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM), electrically erasable programmable read-only memory (EEPROM), or flash memory. Volatile memory can be Random Access Memory (RAM), which acts as external cache memory. By way of example and not limitation, many forms of RAM are available, such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), Dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM), Synchronous Dynamic Random Access Memory (SDRAM), Double Data Rate Synchronous Dynamic Random Access Memory (DDRSDRAM), Enhanced Synchronous Dynamic Random Access Memory (ESDRAM), Synchronous Link Dynamic Random Access Memory (SLDRAM), and direct memory bus random access memory (DR RAM). It should be noted that the memories of the methods described herein are intended to comprise, without being limited to, these and any other suitable types of memory.

Based on the same inventive concept, the present invention also provides a computer-readable storage medium, on which instructions are stored, and when the instructions are executed, the steps in the information processing method described above can be implemented.

Similarly, computer-readable storage media in embodiments of the invention may be either volatile memory or nonvolatile memory, or may include both volatile and nonvolatile memory. It should be noted that the computer-readable storage media described herein are intended to comprise, without being limited to, these and any other suitable types of memory.

It is to be noted that the flowchart and block diagrams in the figures illustrate the architecture, functionality, and operation of possible implementations of systems, methods and computer program products according to various embodiments of the present invention. In this regard, each block in the flowchart or block diagrams may represent a module, segment, or portion of code, which comprises one or more executable instructions for implementing the specified logical function(s). It should also be noted that, in some alternative implementations, the functions noted in the block may occur out of the order noted in the figures. For example, two blocks shown in succession may, in fact, be executed substantially concurrently, or the blocks may sometimes be executed in the reverse order, depending upon the functionality involved. It will also be noted that each block of the block diagrams and/or flowchart illustration, and combinations of blocks in the block diagrams and/or flowchart illustration, can be implemented by special purpose hardware-based systems which perform the specified functions or acts, or combinations of special purpose hardware and computer instructions.
