1. A simple elastic thread ligation anastomat is characterized by comprising a gun shell (1), an adsorption tube (2), a pull rod (3), a locking piece (4) and a switch piece (5);

the gun shell (1) comprises a gun barrel (10), and the adsorption tube (2) is slidably arranged in the gun barrel (10);

a pressure receiving part (20a) is arranged on the outer side of the adsorption tube (2), and a pressure receiving surface is arranged on the rear side of the pressure receiving part (20 a);

the pull rod (3) is slidably arranged in the gun barrel (10), the rear end of the pull rod (3) is provided with a pressing part (30a), the front side of the pressing part (30a) is provided with a pressing surface, and when the pull rod (3) slides forwards to a limit position, the pressing surface abuts against the pressed surface and the adsorption tube (2) moves forwards;

a limiting surface (3a) is arranged on the pull rod (3), and the limiting surface (3a) faces backwards;

within the limited distance, when the switch piece (5) moves forwards to the limit position, the hook part (5a) is buckled on the rear arm of the V-shaped control arm (4 a); when the switch member (5) moves backwards to the limit position, the switch member (5) can prop against the pull rod (3); when the switch piece (5) moves from front to back, the hook part (5a) can extrude the rear arm of the V-shaped control arm (4a) to enable the front arm of the V-shaped control arm (4a) to be separated from the limiting surface (3 a);

outside the limited distance, the pull rod (3) can be driven to move backwards when the switch piece (5) is pushed backwards continuously.

3. A simple version elastic thread ligation anastomat according to claim 1, characterized in that the front end of the barrel (10) is provided with a pressing ring (11);

the adsorption tube (2) comprises a tube body (20) and an adsorption cover (21) positioned at the front end of the tube body (20), and the adsorption cover (21) is communicated with the tube body (20); the adsorption cover (21) passes through the extrusion ring (11) and then extends out of the front end of the gun barrel (1);

the outer side of the adsorption tube (2) is provided with a spring connecting portion (20b), a compression spring (28) is connected between the spring connecting portion (20a) and the inner side wall surface of the gun barrel, and the compression spring (28) enables the adsorption tube (2) to have a backward moving trend.

the coil support (7) comprises a coil support section (70) and a connecting section (71) positioned at the rear end of the coil support section (70), and the connecting section can be inserted into the front end opening of the adsorption tube (2); the outer surface of the coil supporting section (70) is a cylindrical surface, and the diameter of the coil supporting section is not smaller than the outer diameter of the adsorption tube (2);

the connecting piece (6) comprises a sleeve part (60) and a connecting arm (61), the coil supporting section (70) is slidably sleeved inside the sleeve part (60), and the connecting arm (61) is connected with the sleeve part (60) and extends backwards;

the connecting arm (61) is provided with a connecting groove (61a), the front end of the connecting rod (8) is detachably installed in the connecting groove (61a), and the rear end of the connecting rod (8) is detachably connected with the pull rod (3).

5. The simple elastic thread ligation stapler according to claim 4, wherein the coil support section (70) and the connection section (71) are of a coaxial tube structure.

6. The simple elastic thread ligation anastomat according to claim 4, further comprising an elastic thread coil (9), wherein the elastic thread coil (9) comprises a loop (90) sleeved outside the coil supporting section (70) and a pull thread (91) used for controlling the loop (90) to tighten;

a fixing groove is formed in the side face of the front end of the connecting rod (8), and the rear end of the pull wire (91) is clamped in the fixing groove;

the rear end of the sleeve portion (60) forms an annular coil pressing surface, and the ferrule (90) is pushed to move backward when the connecting member (6) moves backward.

Technical Field

Background

the pull rod 3 is provided with a limiting surface 3a, and the limiting surface 3a faces backwards;

the front end of the locking piece 4 is connected to the gun shell 1 in a swinging mode, the rear end of the locking piece 4 extends backwards and forms a V-shaped control arm 4a at the tail part, and two arms of the V-shaped control arm 4a extend out towards the front side and the rear side in an inclined mode respectively; when the pull rod 3 moves forwards to the limit position, the front arm of the V-shaped control arm 4a can prop against the limit surface 3a to lock the pull rod 3;

the switch piece 5 is slidably arranged on the gun shell 1, and a hook part 5a is arranged on the front side of the switch piece 5; the switch member 5 is movably connected to the pull rod 3, and the switch member 5 is movable in a limited distance in the front-rear direction with respect to the pull rod 3.

A further improvement or preferred embodiment of the simple elastic thread ligation stapler described above,

within said limited distance, when the switch 5 is moved forward to the extreme position, the hook 5a is buckled on the rear arm of the V-shaped control arm 4 a; when the switch member 5 is moved back to the extreme position, the switch member 5 can abut against the pull rod 3; when the switch piece 5 moves from front to back, the hook part 5a can press the rear arm of the V-shaped control arm 4a, so that the front arm of the V-shaped control arm 4a is separated from the limiting surface 3 a;

beyond said limited distance, the pull rod 3 is driven to move backwards when the switch piece 5 is pushed backwards continuously.

In a further improvement or preferred embodiment of the simple elastic thread ligation anastomat, the front end of the gun tube 10 is provided with a pressing ring 11;

the adsorption tube 2 comprises a tube body 20 and an adsorption cover 21 positioned at the front end of the tube body 20, and the adsorption cover 21 is communicated with the tube body 20; the adsorption cover 21 extends out of the front end of the gun barrel 1 after passing through the extrusion ring 11;

the outer side of the adsorption tube 2 is provided with a spring connecting part 20b, a compression spring 28 is connected between the spring connecting part 20a and the inner side wall surface of the gun barrel, and the compression spring 28 makes the adsorption tube 2 have a tendency of moving backwards.

A further improvement or preferred embodiment of the simple elastic thread ligation stapler further comprises an upper ring assembly, wherein the upper ring assembly comprises: a connecting piece 6, a coil support 7, a connecting rod 8;

the coil support 7 comprises a coil support section 70 and a connecting section 71 at the rear end of the coil support section 70, and the connecting section can be inserted into the front end opening of the adsorption tube 2; the outer surface of the coil supporting section 70 is a cylindrical surface, and the diameter of the coil supporting section is not less than the outer diameter of the adsorption tube 2;

the connecting member 6 comprises a sleeve portion 60 and a connecting arm 61, the coil support section 70 is slidably sleeved inside the sleeve portion 60, and the connecting arm 61 is connected with the sleeve portion 60 and extends backwards;

the connecting arm 61 is provided with a connecting groove 61a, the front end of the connecting rod 8 is detachably mounted in the connecting groove 61a, and the rear end of the connecting rod 8 is detachably connected with the pull rod 3.

In a further improvement or preferred embodiment of the simple elastic thread ligation stapler, the coil supporting section 70 and the connecting section 71 are of a coaxial tube structure.

A further improvement or preferred embodiment of the simple elastic thread ligation anastomat further comprises an elastic coil 9, wherein the elastic coil 9 comprises a ferrule 90 sleeved outside the coil supporting section 70 and a pull wire 91 used for controlling the ferrule 90 to tighten;

a fixing groove is formed in the side face of the front end of the connecting rod 8, and the rear end of the pull wire 91 is clamped in the fixing groove;

the rear end of the sleeve portion 60 forms an annular coil pressing surface, and the ferrule 90 is pushed to move rearward when the connecting member 6 moves rearward.

In a further improvement or preferred embodiment of the simple elastic thread ligation stapler, pressing handles 62 are disposed on both sides of the sleeve portion 60.

The beneficial effects are that:

compared with the existing product, the simple elastic thread ligation anastomat is simpler and more compact, has fewer parts, is more stable in structure and is not easy to damage;

Detailed Description

The present application will be described in detail with reference to specific examples.

A simple elastic thread ligation anastomat comprises a gun shell 1, an adsorption tube 2, a pull rod 3, a locking piece 4 and a switch piece 5;

the gun shell 1 comprises a gun barrel 10, and the adsorption tube 2 is slidably arranged in the gun barrel 10;

a pressure receiving part 20a is arranged outside the adsorption tube 2, and a pressure receiving surface is arranged on the rear side of the pressure receiving part 20 a;

the pull rod 3 is slidably arranged in the gun barrel 10, the rear end of the pull rod 3 is provided with a pressing part 30a, the front side of the pressing part 30a is provided with a pressing surface, and when the pull rod 3 slides forwards to a limit position, the pressing surface abuts against a pressed surface and the adsorption tube 2 moves forwards;

the pull rod 3 is provided with a limiting surface 3a, and the limiting surface 3a faces backwards;

the front end of the locking piece 4 is connected to the gun shell 1 in a swinging mode, the rear end of the locking piece 4 extends backwards and forms a V-shaped control arm 4a at the tail part, and two arms of the V-shaped control arm 4a extend out towards the front side and the rear side in an inclined mode respectively; when the pull rod 3 moves forwards to the limit position, the front arm of the V-shaped control arm 4a can prop against the limit surface 3a to lock the pull rod 3;

In the process of a ligation operation, a plurality of ligation operations are often required, a plurality of coils are used, and in order to replace an elastic coil, an upper ring assembly is further provided in the application, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, the upper ring assembly comprises: a connecting piece 6, a coil support 7, a connecting rod 8;

the coil support 7 comprises a coil support section 70 and a connection section 71 at the rear end of the coil support section 70, the connection section can be inserted into the front end opening of the adsorption tube 2; the outer surface of the coil supporting section 70 is a cylindrical surface, and the diameter of the coil supporting section is not less than the outer diameter of the adsorption tube 2;

wherein, coil support section 70 and linkage segment 71 mainly used support and connect, for convenient to use, reduce the manufacturing cost of ligation device, in this embodiment, coil support section 70 and linkage segment 71 adopt coaxial section of thick bamboo structural style, both convenient to use, have can simplify the structure, and the quality is more light.

The connecting member 6 includes a sleeve portion 60 and a connecting arm 61, the coil support section 70 is slidably fitted inside the sleeve portion 60, and the connecting arm 61 is connected to the sleeve portion 60 and extends rearward;

the connecting arm 61 is provided with a connecting groove 61a, the front end of the connecting rod 8 is detachably mounted in the connecting groove 61a, and the rear end of the connecting rod 8 is detachably connected with the pull rod 3.

The coil support section 70 is characterized by further comprising an elastic coil 9, wherein the elastic coil 9 comprises a ferrule 90 sleeved outside the coil support section 70 and a pull wire 91 used for controlling the ferrule 90 to be tightened;

the rear end of the sleeve portion 60 forms an annular coil pressing surface which pushes the ferrule 90 to move rearward when the connecting member 6 moves rearward.

Before the ligation operation, the elastic coil is required to be pressed by the sleeve portion to be transferred from the coil support 7 to the front end of the suction tube, and for convenience of operation, pressing handles 62 are provided on both sides of the sleeve portion 60, so that the pressing handles can be used for pressing operation during operation, thereby improving efficiency.

As shown in fig. 1, in actual use, the elastic coil can be quickly installed on the ligation device by using the upper ring assembly, in order to ensure the cleanness of the elastic coil, the upper ring device adopts a one-time design, and during production, the elastic coil 9 is sleeved on the coil support member 7 in an aseptic environment according to the mode shown in fig. 7, and the end part of the stay wire 91 is clamped at the front end of the connecting rod;

before the ligation operation, the connecting section 71 is clamped into an opening at the front end of the adsorption tube (in the adsorption cover 21) to enable the upper ring device with the elastic coil 9 to be in butt joint with the ligation device, after the butt joint is completed, the connecting piece 6 is pushed to move backwards, the elastic coil 9 is extruded by the connecting piece 6 to be transferred onto the adsorption tube from the coil support piece 7, and meanwhile, the rear end of the connecting rod 8 is in butt joint with the front end of the pull rod 3; then the connecting piece 6 and the coil supporting piece 7 are taken down, so that the elastic coil 9 and the connecting rod 8 are kept on the ligation device, and the quick replacement of the elastic coil is completed;

during the ligation operation, the adsorption tube 2 adsorbs the tissues of the affected area, the pull rod 3 is utilized to drive the adsorption tube 2 to move towards the rear side of the shell 1, the extrusion ring 11 extrudes the elastic coil 9 to move forwards to the outer side of the tissues of the affected area, the pull rod 3 is continuously pulled to pull the connecting rod 8 to tighten the elastic coil 9, and finally the ligation is completed.
