Background

At present, in many chemical analysis tests, pretreatment of a sample is often required. The method is a common pretreatment method, wherein the extracting solution is added into a sample, fully mixed and then centrifuged, so that the sample solution is layered. The supernatant needs to be collected, and sometimes the same sample needs to be extracted for multiple times, and the supernatant needs to be collected for multiple times. The common method for collecting the supernatant is to directly suck the supernatant by using a dropper or a pipette. If the suction head is inserted too deeply, the lower-layer substances can be sucked, and the experimental result is influenced; if the insertion is too shallow, the liquid suction amount is insufficient, and repeated suction is needed; improper handling can also result in mixing of the upper and lower layers, requiring re-centrifugation. At present, the actual operation process needs to depend on the experience and proficiency of an operator, and a method capable of effectively controlling the artificial error is lacked.

The invention aims to provide a centrifuge tube with a supernatant collecting device and a using method thereof, aiming at the defects in the prior art. The use method of the centrifuge tube with the supernatant collecting device is characterized by comprising the following steps:

A. a suspension to be centrifuged is filled in a centrifugal tube with a liquid outlet on the upper tube wall, and the liquid level of the suspension is lower than the liquid outlet;

B. centrifuging the suspension in the centrifugal tube;

C. after the centrifugation is finished, pushing a cylindrical push rod matched with the diameter of the centrifuge tube into the centrifuge tube, wherein one side of the outer wall of the cylinder on the push rod is provided with a groove, and the groove is aligned with a liquid outlet of the centrifuge tube and pushed into the centrifuge tube;

D. continuously pushing the push rod until the supernatant rises along the groove of the push rod and flows out through the liquid outlet of the centrifuge tube, and continuously pushing the push rod until the required supernatant sampling is finished;

Detailed Description

Embodiments of the invention are further described below with reference to the accompanying drawings:

referring to fig. 1 and 2, the centrifugal tube 2 is made of transparent glass or plastic, and the centrifugal tube 2 of this embodiment is made of glass and is a cylindrical tube body, similar to a test tube. D. continuously pushing the push rod 4, enabling the supernatant to ascend along the groove 3 of the push rod 4 and flow out through the liquid outlet 1 of the centrifuge tube 2 along with the continuous pressing of the push rod 4, then continuously pushing the push rod 4, observing the change of an interface when the bottom of the push rod 4 is close to the interface of upper and lower layers, and controlling the insertion degree of the push rod until the required supernatant is sampled and the pushing is stopped;

E. rotatory push rod 4, recess 3 on the push rod 4 staggers with the liquid outlet 1 of centrifuging tube 2, because the bottom parallel and level of liquid level and push rod 4, push rod 4 can be sealed in centrifuging tube 2 with the liquid level top in centrifuging tube 2, and the sample after centrifugal separation is sealed in centrifuging tube 2 by centrifuging tube 2 and push rod 4 with surplus liquid promptly, reaches the effect that directly seals up the save to the sample.
