Background

The common reciprocating electric shaver in the market at present generally has the working principle that a motor eccentric wheel component is riveted on a motor, then a driving element is driven to do reciprocating periodic motion through an eccentric mechanism, and finally a cutter head is driven to work. Such a transmission makes the procedure troublesome, time consuming and complicates the shaver movement structure when assembling the shaver.

Based on the problems, the invention provides a reciprocating type electric shaver magnetic suspension device, which is simple in driving mode, simple in assembly process and uniform in movement.

The adopted technical scheme is as follows: a reciprocating electric shaver magnetic suspension device comprises a fixed plate, a rotor device and a stator device; the rotor device is positioned above the stator device; the rotor device comprises a driving piece and a rotor, and the rotor is fixed below the driving piece through a screw; the driving unit comprises a base, a driving column and mounting frames, the driving column is fixed in the middle of the base, the mounting frames are respectively fixed on two sides of the base, and mounting blocks are arranged on the mounting frames; the stator device comprises a stator and a stator fixing frame; the stator is fixed on a stator fixing frame through screws, fixing holes are formed in two sides of the stator fixing frame, the mounting block on the driving element is clamped in the fixing holes in the stator fixing frame, and the rotor device and the stator device are fixed together; the fixed plate is provided with a through hole, and a driving column on the driving element penetrates through the through hole to enable the fixed plate to be matched with the stator fixing frame.

The rotor device and the stator device of the motor are respectively used as two split structures, and the rotor device is directly used as a driving structure, so that the structure of the whole eccentric wheel can be reduced; when the stator is electrified, an electrified magnetic field is formed, the rotor is directly driven to do reciprocating periodic motion, and a certain suspension space is formed between the rotor device and the stator device; when the stator portion is not energized, the rotor assembly and the stator assembly are coupled together.

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the technical solutions of the present invention will be described in detail below. Referring to fig. 1 to 4, a magnetic levitation apparatus for a reciprocating electric shaver includes a fixing plate 1, a rotor apparatus 2, and a stator apparatus 3; the rotor device 2 is positioned above the stator device 3; the rotor device 2 comprises a driving element 21 and a rotor 22, the driving element comprises a base 211, a driving column 212 and a mounting rack 213, the base 211 is shaped like a Chinese character ji, the mounting rack 213 is shaped like a Chinese character '7', and a mounting block 214 is arranged on the mounting rack 213; the driving column 212 is fixed in the middle of the base 211, and the mounting frames 213 are respectively fixed on both sides of the base 211; the rotor 22 is fixed in the lower groove of the driver 21 by screws.

The stator device 3 includes a stator 31 and a stator holder 32; the stator fixing frame 32 is U-shaped, the bottom of the stator fixing frame is provided with a mounting hole 33, and the stator 31 is fixed on the stator fixing frame 32 through the mounting hole 33 by screws.

Fixing holes 34 are formed in two sides of the stator fixing frame 32, and the mounting block 214 on the driving piece 21 is clamped into the fixing holes 34 on the stator fixing frame 32 to fix the rotor device 2 and the stator device 3; the fixing plate 1 is provided with a through hole 11, and the driving post 212 on the driving element 21 passes through the through hole 11, so that the fixing plate 1 is matched with the stator fixing frame 32.

When the stator 31 is electrified to form an electrified magnetic field, the rotor 22 is directly driven to do reciprocating periodic motion, and a certain suspension space 4 is formed between the rotor device 2 and the stator device 3; when the stator part is not energized, the rotor arrangement and the stator arrangement are coupled together, i.e. the levitation distance 4 is zero.
