Aiming at the problems, the invention provides a rapid forming device for shoe processing, which comprises a first base, a first motor, a first connecting rod, a second base, a trimming component, a moving component and a glue injection component, wherein the first motor is arranged on the first base;

one end of the body of the trimming component is fixedly arranged in the second base, and the output end of the trimming component movably penetrates through the top plate of the second base and is positioned above the shoe bottom die; the first base is further provided with a track, and the moving assembly is slidably mounted on the track; the glue injection assembly is fixedly arranged at one end of the moving assembly.

One end of the body of the first motor 2 is fixedly arranged on the first base 1, and one end of the output shaft of the first motor 2 is rotatably connected with one end of each of the two groups of first connecting rods 3.

And one end of an output shaft of the demoulding component 5 is in transmission connection with one end, close to the first motor 2, of the vamp mould 4.

The second base 6 is fixedly arranged at one end of the first base 1 far away from the first motor 2, and a gap is reserved between the second base 6 and the first base 1; so that rubber material overflowing from the rubber injection assembly 10 can leak from the gap, and the rubber material is prevented from being accumulated on the second base 6 to interfere with the shoe forming work. And a shoe bottom die is also arranged on the top plate of the second base 6.

One end of the body of the trimming component 7 is fixedly arranged in the second base 6, and the output end of the trimming component 7 movably penetrates through the top plate of the second base 6 and is positioned above the shoe bottom die; and the inner wall of the output end of the trimming component 7 is superposed with the inner wall of the shoe bottom die.

One end of the first base 1 close to the second base 6 is further provided with a track 8, and the moving assembly 9 is slidably mounted on the track 8.

The glue injection assembly 10 is fixedly installed at one end, far away from the first motor 2, of the moving assembly 9, and the glue injection assembly 10 is used for coating the melted rubber material on the shoe bottom die.

Illustratively, firstly, the vamp is sleeved on the vamp mold 4, the sole is made to face the second base 6, the rubber injection assembly 10 is started to coat the molten rubber material on the sole mold, and then the moving assembly 9 is controlled to move to the next group of sole molds; at the moment, the first motor 2 is started to enable the first connecting rod 3 to rotate clockwise until the bottom end of the vamp penetrates through the trimming component 7 to be tightly attached to the sole mold; after the molten rubber material in the sole mold is combined with the bottom end of the vamp and is cooled and molded, the trimming component 7 is started, the rubber material overflowing the sole mold is cut off, the outer edge of the molded sole is not required to be trimmed manually, manpower is saved, and production efficiency is improved. And then, starting the first motor 2 again to enable the first connecting rod 3 to rotate anticlockwise, and enabling the vamp mould 4 to carry the formed shoes to be far away from the shoe bottom mould. Finally, the demoulding component 5 is started to enable the formed shoe to have a gap with the vamp mould 4. The upper end of the first connecting rod 3 is further provided with a first sliding slot 31 and a second sliding slot 32, as shown in fig. 2 for example.

The upper mold 4 includes a front mold 41 and a rear mold 43, as shown in fig. 3, for example.

A second connecting rod 42 is fixedly installed at one end of the front mold 41 far away from the rail 8, and the second connecting rods 42 are respectively and fixedly connected with the two groups of first connecting rods 3; one end of the front die 41 close to the rail 8 is provided with a first connecting end 411;

a third connecting rod 44 is fixedly installed at one end of the rear mold 43 far away from the rail 8, and the third connecting rod 44 is clamped in the two groups of second sliding grooves 32 in a sliding manner; the surface of the rear die 43 opposite to the front die 41 is an inclined surface, so that a gap is left between the rear die 43 and the front die 41.

The end of the rear module 43 close to the rail 8 is provided with a second connecting end 431, the second connecting end 431 is hinged with the first connecting end 411, and the end surfaces of the second connecting end 431 and the first connecting end 411 are parallel to each other in the initial position as shown in fig. 3. The hinged position of the second connection end 431 and the first connection end 411 coincides with the center of the second sliding chute 32.

The stripper assembly 5 comprises a second motor 51 and a fourth connecting rod 52, as shown, for example, in fig. 4.

One end of the body of the second motor 51 is fixedly mounted at the upper end of the first connecting rod 3, and one end of the output shaft of the second motor 51 is movably clamped in the first sliding groove 31.

One end of the fourth connecting rod 52 is hinged to one end of the output shaft of the second motor 51, and the other end of the fourth connecting rod 52 is hinged to the third connecting rod 44.

Two groups of through grooves 62 are further formed in the first shell 61 and are located on two sides of the shoe bottom die 63.

The trim assembly 7 includes a first cylinder 71, a connecting plate 72, and a trim ring 73, as shown, for example, in fig. 7 and 8.

One end of the body of the first cylinder 71 is fixedly mounted at the inner bottom of the first shell 61, and one end of the output shaft of the first cylinder 71 is in transmission connection with one end of the connecting plate 72; the other end of the connecting plate 72 movably penetrates through the through groove 62 and is fixedly connected with the trimming ring 73. The trimming ring 73 is positioned above the bottom die ring 64, and the inner wall of the trimming ring 73 is superposed with the inner wall of the bottom die ring 64.
