The adsorption branched chain 45 comprises an air pipe 451 and an air suction hole 452, the pressing and cutting block 42 is of a hollow structure, the upper end of the pressing and cutting block 42 is provided with the air pipe 451 communicated with the inside of the pressing and cutting block 42, and the lower end of the pressing and cutting block 42 is provided with a plurality of air suction holes 452 communicated with the inside of the pressing and cutting block 42.

When the color printing packaging box works, the air pipe 451 is connected with an external air pump, the air pump works to suck air, the pressure in the press-cutting block 42 is reduced, suction force is generated through the suction hole 452, the press-cutting cylinder 41 works, the piston rod of the press-cutting cylinder 41 extends out to drive the press-cutting block 42 to move downwards, the lower end of the press-cutting block 42 is in contact with the upper end of paper and sucks the paper, the press-cutting block 42 is matched with the press-cutting groove 44 to press and cut the paper above the press-cutting groove 44, so that the paper is pressed and cut into the same shape as the press-cutting groove 44, the pressed paper is continuously adsorbed by the suction hole 452 at the lower end of the press-cutting block 42, the press-cutting block 42 continuously moves downwards to the color printing packaging box and flatly presses the paper to the bottom of the color printing packaging box, the paper is adhered to the bottom of the color printing packaging box through the viscose while the flatness is ensured, the air pump stops working, so that the paper is separated from the adsorption of the suction hole 452, and the piston rod of the press-cutting cylinder 41 returns to the initial position, after the paper is pressed, cut and pasted, the positioning mechanism 3 recovers the initial state; the conveying mechanism 1 continues to work to convey the next color-printed packing box to the position between the positioning mechanisms 3 for continuous work.

Referring to fig. 3, the front and rear side walls of the pressing and cutting block 42 are provided with fixing blocks 421 near the upper ends thereof, the outer wall of the pressing and cutting block 42 is slidably sleeved with a pressing frame 422, the pressing frame 422 is a rectangular frame, sliding rods 423 are symmetrically arranged at the upper ends of the pressing frame 422, the two sliding rods 423 are slidably connected with the two fixing blocks 421, the upper ends of the sliding rods 423 are provided with limit blocks 424, and a jacking spring 425 is sleeved on the sliding rod 423 between the fixing block 421 and the pressing frame 422.

When the paper is pressed and cut by the pressing and cutting block 42, the pressing frame 422 presses and presses the edge of the paper pressing and cutting position, when the pressing and cutting block 42 continues to descend, the jacking spring 425 is compressed, the edge of the paper pressing and cutting position is pressed by jacking force of the jacking spring 425, and the paper is effectively prevented from being wrinkled when pressed and cut, so that the pressing and cutting effect of the paper is improved.

s4, paper pressing and cutting: the air pipe 451 is connected with an external air pump, the air pump operates to suck air, the pressure in the press-cutting block 42 is reduced, suction force is generated through the suction hole 452, the press-cutting cylinder 41 operates, a piston rod of the press-cutting cylinder 41 extends out to drive the press-cutting block 42 to move downwards, the lower end of the press-cutting block 42 is in contact with the upper end of paper and sucks the paper, the press-cutting block 42 is matched with the press-cutting groove 44 to press-cut the paper above the press-cutting groove 44, so that the paper is press-cut into the same shape as the press-cutting groove 44, the press-cut paper is continuously adsorbed by the suction hole 452 at the lower end of the press-cutting block 42, the press-cutting block 42 continuously moves downwards into the color printing packaging box and flatly presses the paper to the bottom of the color printing packaging box, the paper is adhered to the bottom of the color printing packaging box through glue while ensuring flatness, the air pump stops operating, so that the paper is separated from the adsorption of the suction hole 452, and the piston rod of the press-cutting cylinder 41 is retracted to the initial position, after the paper is pressed, cut and pasted, the positioning mechanism 3 is restored to the initial state.
