Background

In the modern construction of rail transit, the track line is the foundation for safe and stable operation of the subway, and the detection and maintenance of the installed track line are important. However, the detection and maintenance of the current track line mainly depend on manual detection, so that a large amount of manpower and material resources are needed, the reliability of a detection result is not high, errors are easy to occur, and the potential safety hazard cannot be accurately estimated. Therefore, there is a need for a rail line electric detection device with high automation degree, accurate detection data and reliable transmission.

and the data center receives the detection information, the early warning information and the secondary early warning information from the station hall equipment, determines the accuracy of the secondary early warning information, acquires the state of the track line according to the detection information, and updates and issues the configuration file.

The electric detection device has the advantages that the accuracy and reliability of track line detection are improved through the field detection of the electric detection equipment and the processing and analysis of the station and hall equipment and the data center on the detection and early warning information, meanwhile, the accuracy of an emergency strategy is effectively improved according to the cooperation of the station and hall equipment and the data center, and the safety of the track line is ensured; meanwhile, parameters of each stage are quantized, so that the accuracy of data is improved, a clear processing mode is provided for exception handling, the automation degree of exception handling is improved, a large amount of manpower and material resources are saved, and the overall safety and reliability of subway operation are improved.

Detailed Description

The present invention will now be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. These drawings are simplified schematic views illustrating only the basic structure of the present invention in a schematic manner, and thus show only the constitution related to the present invention.

In order to overcome the technical problems existing in the track line detection process installed in the prior art, an electric detection device based on a data center is provided, as shown in fig. 1.

The device comprises:

Through mutual cooperation of the electric detection equipment, the station and hall equipment and the data center, the accuracy and timeliness of abnormal discovery and the accuracy and reliability of detection and maintenance strategy formulation are improved.

The electrical detection equipment is provided with a plurality of types of pluggable sensors and a plurality of standby interfaces, and the standby interfaces are used for connecting the needed pluggable sensors; through the arrangement of the sensors and the interfaces, the functions of the electrical detection equipment can be effectively expanded, and the detection parameters of each electrical detection equipment are dynamically set according to the actual scene, wherein the detection parameters of each electrical detection equipment comprise the same parameters and different parameters.

The track line parameters at least include: derailment coefficient T, wheel load shedding rate L, track line damage coefficient X, track temperature G and track bed state D; wherein, the derailment coefficient: the device is used for evaluating the safety degree of the train on the rail when the train climbs on the rail under the comprehensive action of the transverse force and the vertical force of the wheel rail; the wheel load shedding rate is used for checking the safety degree of suspension derailment of the wheel caused by wheel load shedding.

In the field, the track detection items include track gauge, track direction, level, height, superelevation, curvedset, triangular pit, rail section size, rail damage, support block, rail support platform, sleeper, overall track bed state, track bed state of ground ballast line, and the like, and also relate to derailment coefficient, wheel load shedding rate, stability detection (rail temperature and long rail longitudinal force detection is performed on the ground line to prevent rail expansion runway from occurring and endanger driving safety), durability detection (mainly detection on concrete structure), damping product detection, vibration detection of track structure, and the like, however, in the actual process, not all parameters need to be frequently detected, and the influence of each parameter is different, so that the invention selects one of the following parameters through comprehensive analysis: the derailment coefficient T, the wheel load shedding ratio L, the track line damage coefficient X, the rail temperature G, and the track bed state D are detected, but are not limited to the above parameters; then calculating the abnormality degree Y of the track line according to the track line parameters,

When other parameters are needed, constant coefficients can be increased adaptively; therefore, a basis is provided for subsequent early warning, detection and maintenance through accurate mathematical quantification.
