Background

Fpc (flexible Printed circuit) is a flexible circuit board, and is favored with excellent characteristics such as light weight, thin thickness, free bending and folding. The double-sided board and the multilayer board contain more process flows, the production line is very long, different processes are distributed in different production lines, even in different workshops or different floors, the FPC needs to be transferred in different process flows in a circulating mode, the current main conveying mode is that interlayer paper is manually placed between the FPC and then stacked for transportation, and due to the fact that the FPC is light and thin, wrinkles are easily generated in the taking, placing and transporting processes, products are easy to move mutually, scratches are generated due to friction, and the products are also easy to scrap due to crushing injury.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide an FPC transfer notebook, which can be used for conveniently and stably placing an FPC between interlayer plates to realize safe transfer among different process lines and reduce FPC product damage caused by transfer.

The technical scheme provided by the invention for solving the technical problem is as follows:

the invention provides an FPC (flexible printed circuit) flow transfer book, which is used for safely transferring and transporting FPC between production processes and comprises a surface layer plate, a plurality of partition layer plates, a bottom layer plate and a bottom layer outer shell plate, wherein the surface layer plate, the plurality of partition layer plates, the bottom layer plate and the bottom layer outer shell plate are sequentially stacked and bound into a book from top to bottom;

the interlayer plates are used for placing the FPC between the two interlayer plates for circulation and transportation, and a plurality of bulges which are equidistant from the edges and arranged at intervals are arranged near two adjacent edges on the front surface of the interlayer plates respectively and used for stabilizing the FPC not to slide or even slide out in the transportation process.

The beneficial effects of the invention include:

in the first aspect of the invention, the sulfur-free paper which can protect the FPC product is adopted to manufacture the interlayer plate to be placed in a way of separating the FPC, tough and firm kraft paper is adopted as a front cover and a back cover, the FR4 material is adopted to manufacture the bottom plate, the front cover, the isolation paper, the bottom plate and the back cover are made into a book, meanwhile, the isolation paper is provided with a bulge, and the front cover and the back cover are provided with a magnetic hasp to stabilize the position of the FPC, so that the FPC can be safely and stably stored and transported, and the damage of the FPC and the pollution of a bad environment to the FPC product caused by the movement and sliding of the FPC due to transportation are reduced.

In the second aspect, the handle extends out of the isolation paper to facilitate manual operation, and the magnetic layers are coated on the handle, the protruding surface and the hollow inner surface of the isolation paper to facilitate automatic adsorption and page turning of mechanical equipment, so that convenience of manual operation and mechanical automatic operation is both considered, and the quality and efficiency of circulation and transportation of the FPC among different processes are improved.

The technical solutions of the present invention will be described clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, and it is to be understood that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.

An embodiment of the present invention provides an FPC transfer book for safely transferring and transporting FPC between production processes, and with reference to fig. 1 and 2, the FPC transfer book includes a top sheet, a plurality of partition sheets, a bottom sheet, and a bottom outer shell sheet, which are sequentially stacked and bound in a book from top to bottom.

Further, the number of the interlayer plates is 100.

Specifically, the number of the interlayer plates can be set to be selected from 50, 100, 200 and the like according to needs.
