after the cutting system finishes cutting the plate, the cut part of the plate falls onto the first conveyor 410 and falls into a collection box along the first conveyor 410; the first scraper 420 scrapes the debris on the first conveyor belt 410 to the outlet 431;

The second conveying part 200 is located below the first conveying part 100, the first conveying part 100 can be conveyed in a manner that a plate is pushed by an air cylinder or manually, and the plate falls onto the second conveying part 200 after passing through the first conveying part 100 and is conveyed to the cutting part 300 by the second conveying part 200 for cutting. The second conveyor belt 210 may be driven to rotate by a drive connection with a rotating cylinder.

The drying part 140 includes a cooling fan 141 rotatably provided on the supporter 110, wherein the cooling fan 141 is located at a start position of the first conveying part 100. The position of the cooling fan 141 corresponds to a starting position where the plate material is fed by the first feeding unit 100 and also corresponds to a position where the plate material cut by the cutting unit 300 is fed. When the plate is put into the first conveying part 100, the cooling fan 141 blows air to dry the plate that enters, and also blows off impurities such as dust on the plate. After the board is cut out from the cutting part 300, the board is dried by blowing air again, and the cut chips are blown off.

The upper cover plate 122 is fixedly connected with a second scraper 127, the bracket 110 is further provided with a groove 129 for placing the second scraper 127, and one end of the second scraper 127 is further provided with a storage cavity 128 for storing impurities scraped off by the second scraper 127. When the plate is conveyed on the first conveying part 100, the plate passes through the second scraper 127, the second scraper 127 scrapes impurities on the plate into the storage cavity 128, meanwhile, the plate can extrude the upper cover plate 122, when the upper cover plate 122 moves downwards, the second scraper 127 can be driven to move downwards, in order to ensure the stability of the movement of the plate, the groove 129 is formed in the support 110, when the second scraper 127 moves downwards, the plate can be placed in the groove 129, and the smoothness of the first conveying part 100 is ensured.

The upper cover plate 122 is provided with a clamping groove 130, the upper end and the lower end of the side wall of the water tank 121 are both extended with flanges 131, wherein the clamping groove 130 is attached to the flanges 131 to ensure the tightness between the upper cover plate 122 and the water tank 121. The flanges 131 are rectangular, and the slots 130 formed in the upper cover plate 122 are also rectangular, so that the slots 130 in the upper cover plate 122 can be tightly attached to the rectangular flanges 131, and the line sealing is changed into the surface sealing, thereby improving the sealing property. Meanwhile, when water just flows into the water tank 121 from the upper cover plate 122, the water can flow in from the clamping groove 130, and the water is prevented from being blocked by the flanging 131 to cause splashing.

Third baffles 132 extend from two sides of the lower cover plate 123, wherein the third baffles 132 are adapted to abut against the flanges 131 to limit the sliding stroke of the lower cover plate 123. The third stop 132 abuts against the flange 131, so that the lower cover plate 123 cannot be separated from the water tank 121 and slide out of the water tank 121.

Limiting plates 133 extend from two sides of the upper cover plate 122, wherein the limiting plates 133 are adapted to abut against the flanges 131 to limit the sliding stroke of the upper cover plate 122. The stopper plate 133 abuts against the flange 131, so that the upper cover plate 122 cannot be separated from the water tank 121 and slide out of the water tank 121.

A plurality of clamping blocks 211 are arranged on the second conveying belt 210, wherein the distance between every two adjacent clamping blocks 211 is matched with the length of the plate. The fixture block 211 fixes the plate, so that the plate is prevented from shaking during cutting, and the cutting precision is prevented from being influenced.

The cross section of the flexible pressing plate 220 is L-shaped, wherein the distance from the flexible pressing plate 220 to the second conveyor belt 210 is less than the thickness of the plate. The flexible pressing plate 220 is L-shaped, a cavity 221 is formed in the middle of the flexible pressing plate 220, the position of the cavity 221 corresponds to the position of the second scraper 127, and when the second scraper 127 scrapes off impurities on the plate, part of the impurities can fall into the cavity 221 for storage.

The elastic mechanism 126 is a spring, wherein one end of the spring abuts against the upper cover plate 122, and the other end abuts against the lower cover plate 123. The spring ensures that the upper cover plate 122 can block the water inlet 124 when in the initial state of the spring, and also ensures that the lower cover plate 123 can keep the water tank 121 sealed without squeezing the water in the water tank 121 when in the initial state of the spring.

Charging system 400

The charging system 400 is adapted to recover the portion of the sheet material that has fallen after the cutting is complete.

The cutting system and the loading system 400 arranged at two sides of the cutting system, the loading system 400 comprises a first conveyer belt 410, a first scraper 420 obliquely arranged on the first conveyer belt 410, a first baffle 430 arranged at one side of the first scraper 420 and an outlet 431 arranged on the first baffle 430, and the position of the first scraper 420 corresponds to the position of the outlet 431, wherein when the cutting part 300 of the cutting system finishes cutting the plate, the cut part of the plate falls onto the first conveyer belt 410 and falls into a collecting box along the first conveyer belt 410; the first scraper 420 scrapes the debris on the first conveyor belt 410 to the outlet 431. The first scraper 420 scrapes the debris on the first conveyor belt 410 to the outlet 431, and a collecting barrel 432 is further fixed to the bottom of the outlet 431 and then falls into the collecting barrel 432, so that the debris is prevented from adhering to the first conveyor belt 410, and the cleanness of the first conveyor belt 410 is ensured.

The first baffle 430 includes a resisting portion 433 and a supporting portion 434 fixedly connected to the resisting portion 433, wherein the supporting portion 434 is located at the bottom of the first conveying belt 410. When the plate is cut to a large size, the plate can be hit against the first conveying belt 410, and the supporting portion 434 is disposed at the bottom of the first conveying belt 410, so that the service life of the first conveying belt 410 is prolonged, and the first conveying belt 410 is prevented from being hit. The stoppers 433 prevent the cut portions from directly falling off from the side of the first conveyor 410, ensuring that the cut portions are conveyed by the first conveyor 410 into the collection box.

The charging system 400 further comprises a first driving roller 450 and a second driving roller 460 which are respectively arranged at two ends of the first conveyer belt 410, wherein the first driving roller 450 and the second driving roller 460 are both in driving connection with the first conveyer belt 410; the first driving roller 450 is in transmission connection with a motor 470; the second driving roller 460 is rotatably arranged on the cutting system. The cutting system is further provided with a rotating seat 480, the second transmission roller 460 is rotatably arranged on the rotating seat 480, and the rotating seat 480 is fixed on the cutting system through a bolt 481 so as to adjust the tension force of the first conveying belt 410. The rotary seat 480 is fixed to the bracket 110 by a bolt 481, so that the position of the rotary seat 480 can be adjusted, thereby adjusting the tension of the first conveyor 410.

In order to allow the cut sheets to fall down into the collection box, the first conveyor 410 is provided at one side of the cutting system with a downward inclination.

The working principle is as follows: the plate is placed on the first conveying part 100 and conveyed to the second conveying part 200, and is cooled and impurities on the plate are removed under the action of the cooling fan 141 of the drying part 140; the plate is continuously conveyed to the cooling part 120, the plate presses the upper cover plate 122, the upper cover plate 122 moves downwards, the water inlet 124 is opened, and water flows into the water tank 121 from the water inlet 124 for water injection; while the plate material passes through the cooling portion 120, the second scraper 127 scrapes impurities on the plate material into the storage chamber 128, and part of the impurities may fall into the cavity 221 of the flexible pressing plate 220. The plate material continues to move on the first conveying part 100, and when the plate material does not pass through the cooling part 120, the upper cover plate 122 is restored by the spring to block the water filling port.

When the plate material is conveyed from the first conveying part 100 to the second conveying part 200, the plate material is conveyed to the cutting part 300 by the second conveying part 200, the plate material is limited between the clamping blocks 211, when the plate material contacts the flexible pressing plate 220, the flexible pressing plate 220 is pressed upwards in the process that the plate material moves to the cutting part 300, so that the flexible pressing plate 220 moves upwards to press the lower end cover, the lower end cover moves upwards to press the water in the water tank 121, and the water is sprayed out from the water outlet 125 under pressure. Meanwhile, the plate is pressed by the flexible pressing plate 220, the plate continues to move to the cutting part 300 for cutting, and the water sprayed from the water outlet 125 cools the plate being cut. After the cutting of the sheet material is completed, the sheet material is continuously blown by the cooling fan 141 of the drying part 140 above the second conveying part 200, so that the sheet material is dried and impurities such as chips on the sheet material are removed.

A loading system 400 is further arranged on one side of the cutting system, and the cut part of the plate falls onto a first conveying belt 410 and is conveyed into a collecting box by the first conveying belt 410; the debris adhered to the first conveyor 410 is scraped by the first scraper 420 to the outlet 431 and then falls into the collection tub 432.
