The special polypropylene material for the weather-resistant soft floor as claimed in claim 5, wherein: in the anti-aging auxiliary agent, the antioxidant is at least one selected from phosphite antioxidants, hindered phenol antioxidants and thioester antioxidants; the light stabilizer is at least one selected from benzophenone light stabilizers, benzotriazole light stabilizers, salicylate light stabilizers, triazine light stabilizers, acrylonitrile derivative light stabilizers and hindered amine light stabilizers.

7. The special polypropylene material for the weather-resistant soft floor as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein: the processing aid is selected from at least one of a lubricant, a dispersant, a heat stabilizer and a colorant.

8. The special polypropylene material for the weather-resistant soft floor as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein: the flexural modulus of the material special for the polypropylene of the weather-resistant soft floor is 500MPa to 950 MPa.

The preparation method of the weather-resistant soft floor polypropylene special material as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8, which is characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps: mixing polypropylene resin, a thermoplastic polyester elastomer, a compatilizer, an anti-aging additive and a processing additive, then carrying out melt extrusion through a double-screw extruder, and carrying out granulation to obtain the special polypropylene material for the weather-resistant soft floor.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of high polymer materials, in particular to a high-modulus weather-resistant soft floor polypropylene special material and a preparation method thereof.

Background

The assembled suspended floor is mainly applied to outdoor basketball courts, badminton courts, kindergarten fields and the like. The existing assembled suspension floor is mostly realized by using weather-resistant polypropylene (PP), or weather-resistant Polyethylene (PE) or thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer (TPU).

At present, the surface Shore D of the PP material is about 90, so that the PP material has the advantage of good rebound resilience of a ball, but the PP material is too hard and has poor impact absorption. The problem of hard return of the sports field can also occur by selecting the weather-resistant PE. The sports ground adopting TPU has the advantages of impact absorption and good texture, but the balls have low resilience, poor resilience performance and general fatigue resistance effect due to low modulus.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to overcome the defects caused by a PP product with high hardness and high modulus and a TPU product with low hardness and low modulus in the prior art, the invention aims to provide a special polypropylene material for a high-modulus weather-resistant soft floor, and aims to provide a preparation method of the special polypropylene material for the high-modulus weather-resistant soft floor and an application of the special polypropylene material for the high-modulus weather-resistant soft floor.

In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:

the invention provides a special polypropylene material for a weather-resistant soft floor, which comprises the following components: polypropylene resin, thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPEE), compatilizer, anti-aging additive and processing additive.

Preferably, the polypropylene special material for the weather-resistant soft floor comprises the following components in parts by mass: 30-60 parts of polypropylene resin, 30-60 parts of TPEE, 1-10 parts of compatilizer, 0.5-3 parts of anti-aging additive and 0.5-3 parts of processing additive.

Preferably, in the material special for the polypropylene of the weather-resistant soft floor, the polypropylene resin is copolymerized PP.

In the special material for the polypropylene of the weather-proof soft floor, TPEE is used as a toughening agent. Preferably, in the weather-resistant soft floor polypropylene special material, the Shore hardness of the TPEE is 25D-75D. In practical application, a plurality of TPEE with different hardness can be selected according to requirements. Further preferred, TPEE is selected from one or more of H2525, H3303, H4543, H9275Y.

Preferably, in the weather-resistant soft floor polypropylene special material, the compatilizer is selected from at least one of polypropylene grafted maleic anhydride, glycidyl methacrylate, a copolymer of ethylene-butyl acrylate-glycidyl methacrylate and ethyl methacrylate; further preferably, the compatilizer is a mixture of polypropylene grafted maleic anhydride (PP-M) and Glycidyl Methacrylate (GMA), wherein the mass ratio of the polypropylene grafted maleic anhydride to the glycidyl methacrylate is preferably 1: (0.2-5). The compatibility of TPEE and PP is poor, and the problem can be effectively solved by adopting a compatilizer with compound double functional groups.

Preferably, in the material special for the weather-resistant soft floor polypropylene, the mass part of the compatilizer is 5-7 parts.

Preferably, in the weather-resistant soft floor polypropylene special material, the anti-aging auxiliary agent is a mixture of an antioxidant and a light stabilizer. In the anti-aging auxiliary agent, the mass ratio of the antioxidant to the light stabilizer is preferably 1: (0.8-2), more preferably 1: (1.2-1.5).

Preferably, in the material special for the polypropylene of the weather-resistant soft floor, the antioxidant is at least one selected from phosphite antioxidants, hindered phenol antioxidants and thioester antioxidants; further preferably, the antioxidant is a mixture of a phosphite antioxidant and a hindered phenol antioxidant, wherein the mass ratio of the phosphite antioxidant to the hindered phenol antioxidant is preferably (2-3): 1.

preferably, in the antioxidant of the weather-resistant soft floor polypropylene special material, the phosphite antioxidant is at least one selected from the antioxidants 168 and 626; the hindered phenol antioxidant is at least one selected from antioxidants 1010, 1024, 1076 and 1098.

In some preferred embodiments of the present invention, the antioxidant is selected from antioxidant 1010 and antioxidant 168, wherein the mass ratio of (2-3): 1.

Preferably, in the weather-resistant soft floor polypropylene special material, the light stabilizer is at least one selected from benzophenone light stabilizers, benzotriazole light stabilizers, salicylate light stabilizers, triazine light stabilizers, acrylonitrile derivative light stabilizers and hindered amine light stabilizers; more preferably, the light stabilizer is a mixture of a hindered amine light stabilizer and a benzotriazole light stabilizer, wherein the mass ratio of the hindered amine light stabilizer to the benzotriazole light stabilizer is preferably 1: (2-3).

Preferably, in the light stabilizer, the hindered amine light stabilizer is selected from at least one of UV-770 and HS-944; the benzotriazole light stabilizer is at least one selected from UV-326, UV-327, UV-328, UV-329 and UV-234.

In some preferred embodiments of the present invention, the light stabilizer is UV-770, UV-329, UV-234 in a mass ratio of 1: (0.5-1.5): (0.5 to 1.5) in the presence of a light stabilizer.

In the material special for the polypropylene of the weather-resistant soft floor, the anti-aging auxiliary agent is preferably 1.5-1.8 parts by mass; the preferable mass part of the antioxidant is 0.6-0.8 part; the preferable mass part of the light stabilizer is 0.8-1.2 parts.

Preferably, in the weather-resistant soft floor polypropylene special material, the processing aid is at least one selected from a lubricant, a dispersant, a heat stabilizer and a colorant. The processing property of the polypropylene material can be improved by adding the processing aid, for example, the lubricant is added, so that the dispersibility of each component can be effectively improved and the friction can be reduced during processing and forming.

Preferably, in the processing aid of the weather-resistant soft floor polypropylene special material, the lubricant is at least one selected from pentaerythritol stearate (PETS), paraffin, polyethylene wax, stearic acid amide, N' -ethylene bis-stearic acid amide (EBS) and siloxane; further preferably, the lubricant is a mixture of pentaerythritol stearate and silicone. In some preferred embodiments of the present invention, the lubricant is PETS and GM100 in a mass ratio (0.5-0.7): 1, a lubricant. GM100 is a silicone additive and is made from high molecular weight polysiloxanes.

Preferably, in the material special for the weather-resistant soft floor polypropylene, the mass part of the processing aid is 0.6-1 part.

The flexural modulus of the material special for the polypropylene of the weather-proof soft floor provided by the invention is 500 MPa-950 MPa, and the material is a high-modulus material special for the polypropylene of the floor. In some embodiments of the present invention, the flexural modulus of the material for polypropylene is 510MPa to 920 MPa.

The Shore hardness of the material special for the weather-resistant soft floor polypropylene is 40D-75D. In some specific embodiments of the present invention, the shore hardness of the material for weathering-resistant soft floor polypropylene is 44D to 70D.

After the xenon lamp is aged for 500 hours, the percentage increase of the Shore hardness (compared with the Shore hardness before the xenon lamp is aged) of the material special for the weather-resistant soft floor polypropylene is not more than 10%.

The second aspect of the invention provides a preparation method of the polypropylene special material for the weather-resistant soft floor.

The preparation method of the weather-resistant soft floor polypropylene special material comprises the following steps: mixing the polypropylene resin, TPEE, the compatilizer, the anti-aging additive and the processing additive, then carrying out melt extrusion by a double-screw extruder, and carrying out granulation to obtain the special material for the polypropylene of the weather-resistant soft floor.

Preferably, in the preparation method of the weather-resistant soft floor polypropylene special material, TPEE is dried and then used; the drying temperature is preferably 75-85 ℃, and the drying time is preferably 3-5 h.

Preferably, in the preparation method of the special polypropylene material for the weather-resistant soft floor, the mixing is carried out at the rotating speed of 100 r/min-200 r/min; the materials are mixed evenly, and the mixing time is preferably 1min to 10 min.

Preferably, in the preparation method of the special polypropylene material for the weather-resistant soft floor, the length-diameter ratio of a double-screw extruder is (38-42): 1, the rotating speed of a screw of the double-screw extruder is 150 r/min-600 r/min.

Preferably, in the preparation method of the special polypropylene material for the weather-resistant soft floor, the working temperature interval of melt extrusion of the twin-screw extruder is as follows: the temperature of the first area is 170-190 ℃, the temperature of the second area is 200-220 ℃, the temperature of the third area is 200-220 ℃, the temperature of the fourth area is 200-220 ℃, the temperature of the fifth area is 200-230 ℃, the temperature of the sixth area is 200-220 ℃, the temperature of the seventh area is 200-220 ℃, the temperature of the eighth area is 200-220 ℃, the temperature of the ninth area is 200-220 ℃, and the temperature of the head is 220-240 ℃.

Preferably, in the preparation method of the special polypropylene material for the weather-resistant soft floor, the residence time of melt extrusion of a double-screw extruder is 1 min-2 min.

The third aspect of the invention provides application of the weather-resistant soft floor polypropylene special material in preparation of a suspension type assembled floor.

A suspension type assembled floor is made of the weather-resistant soft floor polypropylene special material.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

Detailed Description

The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to specific examples. The starting materials, reagents or apparatus used in the examples and comparative examples were obtained from conventional commercial sources or can be obtained by a method of the prior art, unless otherwise specified. Unless otherwise indicated, the testing or testing methods are conventional in the art.

The formula compositions of the special polypropylene material for the weather-resistant soft floor in the examples 1 to 7 and the comparative example 1 are shown in the table 1. The amounts of the components in table 1 are all parts by mass.

The preparation method of the material special for the weather-resistant soft floor polypropylene in the embodiment 1-7 comprises the following steps:

(1) putting the TPEE elastomer into a blowing type oven, and setting the temperature to be 80 ℃ for baking for 4 hours for later use;

(2) respectively weighing PP resin, TPEE resin, a compatilizer, an antioxidant, a light stabilizer and a processing aid according to the formula proportion of the examples 1-7 in the table 1;

(3) putting the PP resin, the TPEE resin, the compatilizer, the antioxidant, the light stabilizer and the processing aid weighed in the step (2) into a high-speed mixer for fully mixing at the rotating speed of 150 revolutions per minute for 10 minutes;

(4) putting the mixed material obtained in the step (3) into a feeding bin, feeding the material into a double-screw extruder by using a metering and feeding device, performing shearing action of a screw, fully mixing, extruding, bracing, cooling, granulating and packaging to obtain a finished product; wherein the length-diameter ratio of the double-screw extruder is 40:1, the feeding rotating speed is 25 r/min, the screw rotating speed is 400 r/min, and the working temperature interval of the double-screw extrusion is as follows: the first zone is 180 ℃, the second zone is 210 ℃, the third zone is 220 ℃, the fourth zone is 220 ℃, the fifth zone is 225 ℃, the sixth zone is 220 ℃, the seventh zone is 220 ℃, the eighth zone is 220 ℃, the ninth zone is 220 ℃, the head is 230 ℃ and the retention time is 1-2 minutes.

The polypropylene material of comparative example 1 was prepared in the same manner as in the examples except that TPEE of the examples was replaced with TPE according to the composition of comparative example 1 in table 1.

The materials prepared in examples 1 to 7 and comparative example 1 were injection molded into standard sample strips for testing according to standard dimensions, and the performance was tested according to national standards, and the test methods are shown in table 2.

The test results of the PP materials obtained in examples 1 to 7 and comparative example 1 are shown in Table 3. Also, a commercial weatherable PP was compared as comparative example 2.

The polypropylene materials of example 1 and comparative example 1 were each made into a floating parquet floor and then tested for rebound height for a 1 meter basketball free fall. As a result, the rebound height of the basketball in the floor of example 1 was 90cm, and that in comparative example 1 was 65 cm.

According to the test results, the PP/TPEE alloy prepared by the invention can bring soft texture and increase the impact absorption of the floor and the rebound capability of the ball as seen from Shore D and flexural modulus, is a soft high-modulus weather-proof novel elastic material, and basically does not increase the hardness by more than 10% after the material is aged by a xenon lamp for 500 hours.

The above embodiments are preferred embodiments of the present invention, but the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and any other changes, modifications, substitutions, combinations, and simplifications which do not depart from the spirit and principle of the present invention should be construed as equivalents thereof, and all such changes, modifications, substitutions, combinations, and simplifications are intended to be included in the scope of the present invention.
